A young man came out with a drone and flew it over my house. I was initially impressed at the process, and the identified issues with my roof. I thought he'd climb up there to check it out, but he seemed to have it all worked out. He said I'd get a quote emailed to me, but after waiting a couple weeks, it never came. This brought me to Alpha Roofing. I scheduled an estimate, where I met Mario. The disrespect I felt with him flaunting his dodger hat to a deeply rooted Yankee home!!! yes, I proudly wore my Yankee hat as he and I bantered back-and-forth. We instantly hit it off. Mario is a personable and friendly guy, I felt comfortable with him. He came into my home to see the source of the leak and asked for access to my attic. He grabbed a ladder and climbed onto my roof first. I questioned him not having a drone and he told me he did, but for initial estimates, he needed to walk my roof to see what was going on. Once on my roof, he quickly identified everything the other roofing company mentioned and so much more. He found the source of my leak. The drone was great, but would never have caught the tiny holes left in my roof from removing solar pool panels. That gave me an Oh *hit moment! I quickly got an estimate and asked how soon the repairs could be done, as rain was approaching. Unfortunately, he told me it would take a couple of weeks. I braced for that. Next, there's Elsie. I was out with my granddaughters one day and kept getting a phone call from a number I didn't recognize. I finally answered and she apologized profusely for blowing up my phone, but was able to schedule me the next day for repairs. I was over the moon! I thanked her so much for her persistence!!!!! We recently put in a request with Yelp for quotes for a roof repair. We were two days from a…read morepredicted massive rain storm, and had been experiencing a couple leaks from the ceiling. We were very apprehensive about the timing, since getting people to respond quickly has been a challenge. However, ARG was one of the first people to respond, and after a quick text, they agreed to come out for a quote the next morning. After a 10 minute walkthrough and quick look at the roof, Delfino left with the promise he would firm up a quote shortly. An hour later we received an extremely reasonable quote by text, on that Friday afternoon. We asked Alex in the office if there was any way they could start the next day, and he said they would see if they could move things around. Very quickly thereafter he confirmed they would be there the next day--Saturday morning. As promised, Delfino showed up with his crew and they promptly got to work. Within 2 hours new flashing was installed, and everything was covered with new shingles. Delfino even emailed me photos of the work in progress, and the completed job. The crew left now mess, and there were no surprises! We were able to pay the detailed invoice with our credit card via text within the hour, and received a return receipt immediately.
