When I called them, a sales rep came by within a couple days. There was the usual follow up reminder. The sales rep was great. Super clear about the product and the process. We went ahead with his quote. Not long after, they called us to schedule a time to install the awning fabric. This was a little before what was promised. The awning got installed on the scheduled date and it came out looking as good as we expected it to. The installers cleaned up after themselves and it was they were not even there to start with.
