The lady gave me a snarky comment and said, "yeah you got Vietnamese coffee, that's what it will taste like". That's definitely not true, I've had Vietnamese coffee plenty of times and it was delicious. The gentlemen who was making the coffee was nice and said he would look into their supply. He remade my coffee for their salted caramel. It was very mild, wish the flavor had been more pronounced. But overall it wasn't a bad drink. Overall this place has become a pass for me.

I had their regular cold brew with a splash of cream and a Sunrise Sandwich- both were so good! The cold brew had a lovely aftertaste that in my opinion, reminded me of dark chocolate and whiskey. Service was also fantastic- the lovely barista was thorough in her explanations of each cold coffee option to help me find what I was looking for! My sandwich was also lovely- the Sunrise Sandwich on an Everything Bagel is easily my favorite breakfast sandwich in Tempe. The Basil Pesto adds a bit of freshness to an otherwise very rich sandwich. Also stopped in a few more times on my evening walks for a Lavender Haze (seasonal earl grey sage honey drink: EXCELLENT!) and their seasonal energy drink- it was a Sunset Spritz (energy with grapefruit pink cordial): both delicious. Happy to say service has improved greatly. Employees are on task and happy to answer my questions. The drinks on the seasonal menu are very good, and their classics are also great. If you're going to go soon, I'm a big fan of the Sage honey and a big fan of the cordial syrup on the 2026 Spring Menu. Will definitely be hitting Infusion up for some future study sessions. My friend and I went right at opening time on a Sunday, it got really crowded within about 30 min of that. They have a cute photo booth on the premises too. You can use your credit card in it (so, no cash needed) and you get to choose color or black and white for your photos. It initially charged my card but didn't let us take photos.
