I visited this location for the first time and didn't realize I arrived 15 minutes before close. I was excited to try the new Banana Pudding Nilla Bundt Cake and was disappointed. I always enjoy the Bundt cakes from here, especially the red velvet ones. They offer 3 different size options, but unfortunately the smallest option (bundtinis) are only available by the dozen. I wish we could purchase them in smaller quantities. Everyone working here is always polite and helpful. The cream cheese frosting is super sweet and helps make the bundt flavor pop. I had the pumpkin spice and it was super flavorful. The snickerdoodle was pretty good with the cinnamon flavor. It did taste like a snickerdoodle in terms of the flavor. The white chocolate raspberry was fruity and sweet. I had the strawberry flavor and it tasted like cereal to me. Captain crunch? The gluten free chocolate chip was a bit bland for me but family members liked it. The vanilla and chocolate flavors are pretty typical and nothing out of the ordinary. If you order online, be sure to pick it up! Your order will expire & they'll take your money & you'll have nothing. I made an online order on 5/27/25 of 3 bundlets and I wasn't able to pick it up. I called 2 days later (5/29/25), and the seasonal flavor is sold out. I understand because I know it's not their fault I wasn't able to pick it up. I asked if I could get refunded, I was told no. So I asked if I could get the regular flavored bundlets to cover my order. I know it'll be a little cheaper but it was I was willing to eat the rest of the cost. I was told I would not be refund nor would I be given any cakes to make up for what I spent. I was told their system is really weird but not weird enough to take in the extra $. I was told my order had expired and because it was 48 hours nothing was available to me other than ordering again and paying again.
