Stopped by on Sunday (Palm Sunday), and their shelves were as close to empty as I'd ever seen, the last 3 months I haven't seen a single sour cream donut on the shelf, that's unbelievable! Today I wish I'd taken a photo. A family of 5 had to go down the road to the new shop called Shipley's cause the shelves were nearly empty at Krispy Kreme. The tables are cool looking with the donut print on them, we did each get 1 donut she got cream filled and I got original glazed. We went to Shipley to get more of a selection, I got blueberry glazed and a buttermilk glazed donut and she got a cream filled and it had so much filling that I think Shipley's has won her heart away from the Kreme place...wow that's saying something! Y'all try what you like but I'm liking the blueberry & the buttermilk cake donuts down the road at Shipley's, the parking is safer also. Enjoy your day Y'all! read more

I'm a life long lover of Krispy Kreme who's very disappointed after a visit yesterday and a return visit today. I went for the strawberry glazed donuts and was told they didn't have any. They were expecting some later in the day. I went back today and was told upon entering, "all we have is original glazed." The racks were empty. I've never seen that before. Krispy Kreme donuts are a thing in the past. No filling, didn't ask for lemon donuts , a waste of money. I will not be back ever again

It's a hit or miss donut shop. Sometimes you can go in & get what you're really wanting or just have to get what they have. Service is okay, the employees all seem really over being there... It's not super clean but you can tell it's been wiped down... It's very quiet which is kind of nice. Sad we didn't get to experience the "fun" seasonal donuts the last two times they've been advertised - no matter time of day we went, they were always out. read more

It seems every time I go in this location; they are always out the the donuts that either are on sale or the special donuts like the chocolate iced kreme filled. I have been in there so many times and just left because they didn't have enough donuts to make a box of assorted. Wrong order 3 times in a row. The last time I went through the drive through and they were out of the first 4 items I tried to order. I said ok what do you have today ? They only had Glazed and cream filled and iced chocolate. They gave me my order without a receipt and it was the wrong order, and the donuts were smashed like crushed into half pieces. I would put zero if allowed. Went through the drive through since I am handicapped but knowone ever came on to take the order. I was the only car in line and started to drive off (I should have). After waiting approximately 5 minutes I finally gave up and ended up going inside after all. The drive through person was working the front counter instead of taking care of drive through. Finally got the dozen glazed I ordered which was a waste of money. The were very dense and not light and fluffy like they used to be. Taste was not very good either. So needless to say I will not be going back. They need new management and people to make the donuts. read more

This location NEVER has the donuts I order on hand. How can they stay in business when they never have fresh donuts. I have ordered 3 times in the last few months and they are always out of donuts. I guess the only thing they stock is plain glazed. If you want any other flavors you are out of luck. Also, if you do get one with filling it is almost no filling perhaps a quarter of a teaspoon. Came this morning because the light was on. The employees running the front register and the drive thru was walking around on circles doing nothing i sat in the drive thru 5 minutes and didn't move at all and then parked and went inside and stood in there 5 minutes in line and the line never moved an inch. Went in & the drive through employee pointed me to the other end of the store where an employee who was cleaning floors went straight from that to putting gloves on to get my order. I went this morning for the Hot fresh doughnut sign on. I receive lukewarm doughnut that have been sitting on the counter by the register. When I request for different box doughnut that were are hot. What a strange experience!?! We went to by grab some donuts for a snack after dinner around 9pm and the girl working said her manager told her to only sell original glazed and a pink heart-shaped specialty donut. There were many different varieties in the display case, but she told us she wasn't allowed to sell any of the others. A guy carried out a new tray of chocolate glazed while we stood there and we asked if we could buy those, but the girl said no. So we left and went somewhere else. I placed an online order, a day ahead, for a dozen donuts, my choice. When my husband picked them up they told him they were out of 3 of the varieties I had chosen (8 out of 12 of the donuts). Six of these were new varieties for which I paid an extra 50 cents each. My husband chose 8 donuts from what they had. They didn't offer anything extra or a refund for the $3 overcharge since we didn't receive the 6 more expensive donuts. My husband wasn't aware that I had paid extra for the donuts they didn't have or he would have asked for a refund. This particular store rarely has the limited time donuts in stock. Kam and Terry made our experience really fun. KK gives free donuts if you make As and Bs on your report card. They were super generous with my middle school son and kept congratulating him on doing well in school. They have upped their donut game. The plain ones were hot and fresh. My sweet tooth took over on a Saturday night so I ended up here. The inside as well as the drive thru were equally crowded. The staff was hard at work. My donuts were just ok. I find KK donuts to be too sweet at times and this was certainly one of those times! I could only finish one of the four donuts I purchased on my visit . KK donuts is really good at offering coupons so you are able to get some good deals. They also have an app where you can earn rewards. read more

The last few times we've been there they don't have the new donuts even though they're on the sign to order. They also haven't had any hot fresh donuts. I placed a large online order four days before I needed it... Double checked with the restaurant the day before I needed it... And was told by myDoorDash delivery person, 45 minutes before I was to feed 90 people donuts, that they were canceling my order and refunding my money. This is ridiculous. What's sad Is someone already warned me about them this week, that's what made me call and verify everything the afternoon before. Something's gotta give with this . With Shipleys opening up just up the parkway, very likely can run them out of business. I guarantee this is a staffing issue... But it's also a business plan issue at this point. Came in and got half dozen ($13.71).I asked to use the bathroom to wash my hairs. I white young who waited on me was ok. He told where the bathroom was. As I came out of the bathroom, I noticed his boots wasn't tied up and he was flopping as he walked around. He had rainbow colored hair. He did put on gloves to get my donuts. I thanked him for that. This place is a disaster and seriously only deserves 1 star. First of all, they had the lobby closed. Super annoying! The drive thru line was ridiculously long, because the lobby was closed. And to top it off the donuts are $16 for a dozen and tasted like they had been sitting out all day. The glaze was basically nonexistent on them. Just all around terrible. We came here for the limited time strawberry glazed and they had none. The cashier told me they sold out this morning! This location is in a bad part of town. It was difficult to find where the drive thru was. When you are waiting in the drive thru, there is a dumpster that is open that had swarms of bees. It just felt very dirty and unsafe. The service here is like talking to a brick wall and expecting an intelligent conversation is a pipe dream. We were in the store, communicated directly to the associate and he still got our order wrong. After trying to correct the error and get refunded for the difference, the register associate could not understand the basics of a receipt and got it wrong again. We had to give up and lose the refund because of the negligence and incompetency of this establishment. Service was so slow and several people walked out after not being greeted for around 7 minutes. The only shining moment here was a third associate noticed my boys curiosity in the donut making and came over to talk to them about it. I'm tired of coming here and being disappointed. read more

Went on St Pat's Day after ordering online. My order was not ready and I would have been better off ordering when I got there because people who came in after me got their orders, paid and left before I received my order. Turns out you can't get rewards when ordering online either. I asked and was told I'd have to take it up online but the receipt they gave me had no check I'd which is required to get rewards credit online. My daughter is pregnant and has been craving donuts all day. She drove 15 minutes out of her way to get Krispy Kreme and a drink. When she ordered a frozen latte, they said they were not making that right now and she said are you making any coffee drinks and she said no. So she asked what drinks do they have and the girl said they don't have any drinks available. I find this very odd and if I owned this location, I would not be happy with the way it's being run into the ground. Look at the other reviews.
