It pains me to write a review about Krispy Kreme, but the service I encountered here was just so phenomenal that I felt it would be unfair to NOT write a review noting how kind the employees were. I came into this Krispy Kreme late at night and unaware that they were closing within minutes. Everyone I encountered was beyond kind. It started with someone giving me an authentic "hello" when I walked through the door, to the girl who helped us select our items, who was kind and joked around, to the man who rang us up. Even when the store was closing up, they kindly told me and my friend that we were more then welcome to stay, even though we clearly would be over-staying our welcome. I wouldn't be writing this review if I didn't feel like the service I received was genuinely kind and outstanding. Well done Krispy Kreme! You have left me surprised and impressed! read more

Not impressed at all. Waited about 15 minutes in line and left with hard and old donuts. The only one that was fresh was the regular glazed one . they were way too sweet for me. And the coffee was cold , old, bitter and burned.... Yuck!!!!! read more

I just had an excellent experience at the Krispy Kreme in Palmdale, CA. I was waited on by Christine, and she was fantastic. She went out of her way to make sure my young boys were given complimentary child sized donuts. She made sure we got the best deals possible by combining drinks and donuts into combos. She knew we were waiting for fresh donuts, and she made sure to get us samples as soon as they were ready. She went above and beyond to make our visit feel special. read more

Over rated!!!!! Ok...let me start off by saying I was never a fan of Krispy kreme. I think they are over rated and I've had much better donuts. So...i came here to pick up donuts for a class presentation. I needed about 2 dozen donut holes. They do know come that way. You have to buy them by the cups..ok...that was the first strike...second I seen on their menu that they have mini donuts that u can get by the dozen...again they said they don't have them. I then ask then why have them on the menu and they said " oh its cause we're new". Ummm....i dont care if you guys are new. Don't have something on the menu if you don't have. False information. My class mates ate the donuts holes that I had to purchase by the cups and some said they weren't even fresh even though the cashier assured me they make the daily... Let's move on to the appearance of 99% of people that worked there yesterday. ...all short Hispanic girls. One Hispanic guy which was the manager and 1 black guy....really Krispy kreme. ..not really a wide array of diversity. So I will continue to not support or eat Krispy kreme. I am a huge fan of Krispy Kreme, but this location rarely ever has hot to go donuts. I can appreciate that there is even one in antelope valley but they aren't as fresh as some of the other locations. I took my 2 sons and twin neices there this weekend. Instead of going through the drive through I thought it would be fun to let them go in and pick out their donut. The kids were soooooo excited. There was employee there, Christine. She was so sweet and listened to everything the kids had to say. She and her peer Paris made this a really special experience for all the kids. New location! I'm so glad they came back to town. The best doughnuts! The girl working the register this morning was a bit lost (looking up at the wall menu to get a price on my coffee) otherwise no other issues. I was there at 0530. No line. The plain donuts are delicious, they always are. But on this actual night they had only a limited supply. Really confusing because you pick a donut and it wasn't the donut listed. They were filling the holes. The workers were great and gave us options for fresh donuts or have the ones that were 10 minutes old. We went with old because the donuts are always good. Also we bought a double dozen and could have gotten any drink for a penny. Location is really nice. I will always go back because I like there donuts but on a Friday night, they should have been prepared for more people coming in. read more

Love my Krispy Kreme in Palmdale - the donuts are always fresh and warm (as long as the Serving Hot & Fresh light is on LOL) - Grew up in the South so Krispy Kreme and Chick-Fil-A are my fav spots for quick foodie gratification ... Just wanted a shout-out to the team at Palmdale KK - you all are awesome - but I am on Keto so haven't been in but once since July 5 of 2017. That being said, yes, I "caved" and stop by last week for the Hershey's Gold donut ... YUUUUUMMMMMM!! And of course I had to have an original KK donut, warm, gooey, covered in that sugar-rush icing that I crave crave crave ... Because if the Gold donut didn't satisfy, I couldn't risk being disappointed. Well, I wasn't at all - and the cashier was super terrific! Coincidentally that's exactly the reason we went, but when we got to the window and sat there for a few minutes, they told us they were out of glazed donuts..... why even offer those if you're out of them?? read more

The Palmdale store has the worst customer service every time we go there. The last we went was to buy the Reese's Peanut Butter flavored ones. We were there at 8:00 in the morning and they had only made one out of 2 of the flavors and it didn't have the drizzle of peanut butter on top. Loved my experience at the Palmdale Krispy Kreme. I was greeted with a smile from the very energetic, enjoyable Christine. Her smile was infectious and she and I quickly built a great rapport and she made me feel welcomed. the donuts were hot and ready and she took great care of me. I was visiting from out of town but when I am in town I will make sure I visit this store. The chocolate glaze was amazing as well. Today I had the worst experience in the drive thru with AMANDA . I ordered 6 mini doughnuts, pumpkin spice doughnut and a whole milk. She asked if I wanted a small whole milk or a bigger one, I said small. So I get to the window and I'm handing her a 10$ and some change. She snatched the 10 out of my hand and closed the window. She didn't make eye contact or anything. Obviously I didn't want change. She opens the window and I tell her she's moving way too fast and she's not paying attention. She said " it's been really busy" I take the change and she hands me my box and a small 2% milk. I told her it was supposed to be a whole milk. This is the second closest Krispy Kreme to where I live. Just so happens, I was in the A.V. so I stopped by on my way back home to pick up a couple dozen original glazed. Showed up around 8ish (pm). There was at least 4 employees. There was a person who was already being assisted in front of me. It took them about 20 min to serve us. We got 4 donuts. Only one donut was descent, I assume because it was a Halloween one so they're being baked more frequently. The rest were hard and stale. I ordered 2 hot coffees, I don't understand why I couldn't prepare mine, the employee did it so I couldn't even determine how I wanted to prepare it. Aside from super bitter, it was extremely cold, might as well have asked for a cold beverage. You're literally just paying for the brand. At first had a great reaction with the team. Until we sat down. I took a bite of my Reese's doughnut. Just one and saw a hair sticking on top. So I went back to the counter to tell one of the clerks. She automatically assumed I put it there. Her reaction was rude. Said "Did I help you?" And then looked and said we're the hair. As I showed her she copped an attitude again. Then said I'll give you a free one. The 2nd interaction to the same women. Was when my sister in law asked can I use the restroom. She scoffed and acted as if we was taking her away from doing something important. When clearly no one was in line. At the end of this I will not return. Cashier named Amanda Ryss was rude, we were in line ready to order, then my son needed to go to the restroom, asked her for the bathroom key and she told us to wait. She kept serving other clients and after waiting for five minutes I had to ask her again to help us, and finally she did it. To make things worse, my son asked her for a sample and she ignored him. Then I asked her too, she was rude saying they didn't have any. After paying for our order, it was incomplete! She took off and the coffee was missing. Then when she saw me standing by the register told a female coworker, quote "I don't not know what the "F" he is waiting for." I informed the manager but left the "F" comment off the conversation but after arriving home felt the need to also make awareness of this incident online; I have been a long-time Krispy Kreme customer in Burbank, never had any issues until now in Palmdale. My wife and son love to go there, but after this incident we need to find other options for donuts and coffee near this community where we live. read more

One of the worst donuts I've ever bought. A dozen so old you could hammer a nail in the wall. Talked to company and sent proof of recp. And pictures and guess what THEY IGNORE YOU, request a refund and they disappear!!!! POOREST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!!!! Be careful early buyers you will be served the oldest donuts ever.
