An apology goes along way.. I love the tase of the doughnuts but when you are in the drive thru because you are too tired to get out and order ..I ordered 1/2 dozen and ONLY get four .. I didn't notice until I was on the other side and of the street .. So I called and and s/w Carla instead of her apologizing she kept saying come back another day with your receipt .. I ordered 2 boxes of donuts, and 3 single that were supposed to be in a box. The box of glaze had more than half of them flipped over, not pretty at all, my 3 single donuts were place in a bag on top of each other and they were 2 cheesecake and a strawberry filled all smashed. I told the lady who handed me my order and all she said was, i can give you a box but i cant take the donuts back. Who the HELL likes to eat smashed donuts??? N my glazed donuts, the glazed all on the box not on the donuts. The least she could've said was im sorry. I love this krispy kremes, I come often with my son and we both enjoy it. Let's start with the staff, since I come so often there is a few of my favorite. Samantha, Eileen, and Shon. Those 3 always make this a fun time for my son and always have us leaving with a smile. They always take the time to talk to us and give my son a hat. The donuts are usually fully stocked. I'm just not a fan of Krispy Kreme, the only way I can even try to enjoy one of their donuts is if it is hot off the conveyor belt. Even then I usually feel sick afterwards. I made the mistake of stopping here and getting four room temp donuts. I ate one and had to throw my other one away. My family disliked the donuts I brought them just as much as I did mine. The artificial sweet flavor combined with the commercial store brand bread is probably one of my least favorite flavors. This time I got a raspberry filled donut hoping it might be better, and it was only worse. The raspberry filling only added to the artificial flavor I so despise. I will not intentionally be going back to a Krispy Kreme any time soon. I much prefer the small mom and pop donut stores that can be found in the AV that don't have such an artificial flavor. read more

Overrated! 20 minutes in the drive thru for a cup of donuts that were hard and had too much glaze on them. The custard donut looked like it was sitting there for awhile and when I opened it up the custard was hard in some places The lack of freshness makes sense since I saw the employees unloading trays of donuts off a Penske truck while I was waiting in the drive thru. Make sure you hold on to your debit card. The girl at the window never handed it back to me and I didn't realize it until 30 minutes later when I went to use it. When I went back to pick up my card, mind you it was about another 20 minutes to go back there and the parking lot is insane, one manager tried to make me smile, however my irritation level was already at its peek. Cashier was not personable, didn't smile, and didn't acknowledge us until I said hello first --- even though she was standing directly in front of us on the other side of the display case. This is about the person working the drive-thru on Sunday, Sept 9 at about 9:30 p.m. I couldn't read her name tag, but when u pulled up to the order board, it was almost five minutes before she even answered. When I began planning my order, she rudely interrupted me with, "Are you buying a dozen doughnuts?" When I replied I was only ordering a half-dozen, she shot back, "We're don't do half-dozens, they're charged by the doughnut and your order will be around dollars." I settled for three only (since apparently y'all can't comprehend the concept of half-dozens anymore - I mean, how hard is it to take the cost of a dozen and cut it in half, you know, since a half-dozen is, well half of a dozen, duh!) Anyway we drove around to the window and for a $4.57 total, I handed her a $5.00 bill - which I guess was too much for her to handle because she put the bill in the drawer and closed it only to realize she hadn't retrieved my 43 cents in change. She turned to me through the window gesturing "stop" with both hands, called someone over to open the drawer and retrieved my change. She then threw open the window, tossed my doughnuts at me, then threw my change at me saying, "sorry." I replied, "At least it fell into my car." She said, "sorry" once more then slammed the window. As I drove away, I said to my daughter, "And she thinks she's worth fifteen bucks an hour." Now I remember why I don't go there. Having moved to Hawaii less than a year ago, I had no idea I would miss my Krispy Kremes that much, but I have!!! Hawaii runs on Dunkin, so the signs say in every Dunkin on Oahu. The lack of planning and poor service continues to be a constant at this franchise location. We went to get the lemonade lovers...as we were ordering we were informed that they are out of the pink lemonade but can replace with another flavor. I asked when will you make more. They said not today and if you don't get what we have we probably not be making them anymore. I asked is that for certain? She said she didn't really know, but yes. Then I looked at the lemon glazed and icing was cracked and melted off many of the doughnuts in case. I asked, when were those made? She said couple hours ago. I questioned how is icing melted if only few hours? I said looks like they've been there all day. She said well actually they were made early this morning, when we opened. I said it's 12pm, those are old. I asked if I could get a cake doughnut and they said they are out of mix for those. I tried to make best of it and order another choice. they were out of raspberry glazed, too. Man, the staff here are friendly early in the morning. Hadn't expected that, but they were pretty cheery and joked around. Been here on multiple occasions and the hot light was on but instead of getting fresh hot donuts. They are room temperature. Ordered a fresh dozen original glazed and half dozen mixed and neither of them were warm. The marketing works to get people to come but the quality isnt what you come to expect. read more

I had been inside the store previously, and service was good and fast. I probably was there for 3 minutes. But last Friday I was in a rush since there was only one other car in the drive thru I decided to go in the damn drive thru (worst mistake ever) I was literally waiting for over 15 minutes.. and plus I only ordered a glazed donut and hot chocolate, so I waited another 4 minutes in the window. -_- That is beyond insane, I had to use my breathing technique because I was about to cuz a girl out!!! Needs faster service promptly!! If you have large orders have them park in the front so that when people like me order 2 little items they are not disappointed for waiting 20 minutes in drive thru! I hope they stay forever, the first one closed. I love their products and I'm a diabetic...so I love them to death Hahahahahaha. I get one a couple times a year and they melt in mouth and are extremely yummy in my tummy. As far as the staff is concerned, I never had an issue.
