This location is always busy when I visit, but the staff is quick and work as a team taking orders and keeping the line moving making sure the customers wait isn't long at all. However going on the inside for some reason is always faster than the drive thru! When the doughnuts are hot they melt in your mouth and you can eat 3 or 4 before you even realize it! Okay so we all love to see the hot sign on at Krispy Kreme. My son and I was in the area and decided to stop in one day and of course they had Halloween donuts which I also thought was really cool. This visit was a little different being that we decide to go inside the Krispy Kreme and most of the time we just go through the drive-thru. What a wonderful decision. I had no idea how beautiful and clean the interior is and the fact that we could watch the donuts as they are prepared. The staff was extremely kind and we were even told that children who receive A's on their report card can receive a free donut. I had the seasonal pumpkin spice Donut which was only available on Fridays in October and my son had a Halloween donut which he ate so quickly that I was unable to take a picture. Well...I've been trying to call them the past two hours but no one seems to want to speak to me. In fact, the phone will be picked up and hung up. After a long day at work, I just wanted some donuts and chocolate milk. To my surprise, when I went to go drink it, it was like gulping down a hacked loogie. When I poured the two bottles out when I got home, it was straight up slime. The expiration date is April 26th. I know these things happen and it's not their fault, food is food. I was trying to give them a heads up for the past two hours so no one else would have to experience the same thing after paying for a product. I must agree with another posting that hot doughnuts are like "crack", however for this location in Riverdale the service is like a crack head- unreliable at best! It is very hit or miss with different variety of doughnuts sometimes they have what you want sometimes they don't. They includes the basic doughnuts (chocolate ice) and service as a whole is very suspect at best. Why is there a 20 minute wait for a dozen of doughnuts? Not sure what are the hours sometimes the inside is open sometimes it is not pick a day! And if you enter the building you are probably going to see the underwear of the person checking you out! Not sure why these kids wear a belt and still want everyone to see what type of underwear they are wearing! read more

Similar experience to others posted. I've stopped at this same Krispy Kreme the last 5 times I've been to Utah. They are never open when they say they're going to be, and they only post a note on the door. Apparently dine in is closed SOMETIMES on Sundays, but it is not posted anywhere. we waited outside for 20 minutes with people inside working and no one came out to tell us that until the drive thru line was 13 cars long. Don't go to this particular Kristen Kreme, unorganized is an understatement. I waited in line 15 mins. before a customer came around to say drive thru wasn't open. I attempted to go inside but the door was locked with some staff sitting down in the waiting area. Is it sad that I know when the "Hot" sign is on? Me thinks not either! Plus it is always fun to watch the donuts get mad. The nice cloud of that poofs up when donut hits the hot oil/grease (?). And glazing of the hot, fresh donut...from the conveyor belt and to the box...but be careful when you grab one cause they are still super hot. Since I generally only favor the original glaze donut; I have not tried any other flavors that they have. I had ordered online for pickup. This location is the closest Krispy Kreme and it's still 20 miles away. I drove the 20 miles to pick up my order. There was no line or structure. Just a bunch of people crowded around some cash registers and donuts behind glass. Wow lol. Just went through the drive through to buy some simple ass doughnuts. Our cashier was Marnae and I've never seen someone so unhappy to be at their job in my entire fucking life. My boyfriend was in the drivers seat, and he has a habit of being overly sweet to those in the service industry as he's in it himself. He was raised with awesome manners. And this bitch gave no fucks about him. I'm not even kidding when I say she didn't smile one time. Handed us our doughnuts and I asked for napkins politely. She silently closed the drive through window and all but threw napkins at my boyfriend and closed the drive through window again without a word. I told her to have a nice night as the window was shutting and she just turned and walked away. Great customer service. Will never be back to this location.
