The guy working there tonight was so nice! He helped me pick out 2 donuts because we don't have Krispy Kreme at home. And he just talked with me for a little bit. Great donuts convenient to the gates right before you fly out! Friendly helpful service provided me with a half a dozen donuts for the road hopefully that's enough sugar to get me rolling today! I arrived at the counter for donuts at about 6:15 am, there for no Donuts being baked and I was served what tasted like two day old Krispy Kremes this was by far the worst Krispy Kreme experience I have ever had. I simply threw my Krispy Kreme Donuts away, Hooda thought I sincerely hope you looked at the reviews before you stepped up to the Krispy Kreme and wasted your money like I did. We were in line waiting to order at the Krispy Kreme in the Hartsfield Jackson Airport in Atlanta. There was a very long line and the cashier T. Gray was on her cell phone the entire time. When you went to purchase your donuts she didn't greet you, she just gave you a look as if to ask what you had in your bag so that she could ring it up. She wasn't able to move as fast because she had her one hand tied to the phone. The women who gave us the donuts was friendly and courteous. It was not a good look for Krispy Kreme at such a busy location. Everyone in line was looking at her with disappointment. This was on 5/20/2025 at 9:07 AM. I could not read her first name due to her apron strap was covering it. My receipt says that the server was Jerome, but the woman cashier was T. Gray. read more

Someone swapped out the KKs for discarded Dunkins (although I don't mind a fresh Dunkin, but that's not what was happening here). Not good, and not Krispy Kreme. Coffee was terrible. Worst service in the ENTIRE world. The young lady taking orders while you stand in line is shorter than the doughnut case so you can't hear her. She doesn't speak up but looks confused when she can't t hear you. The young lady at the register is short and uninviting. She pushed my coffee across the counter without saying a word. I guess it was for me. They are busy here, but that is no reason to have lackluster customer service. Everyone behind the counter is working at something or with someone. If I ever stop at this location while traveling I will remember to expect subpar customer service. I did hear one employee tell another they needed help with the line because he was stocking. He jumped in and helped get the line down. They work well together, just short with customers it appears. The countertops where customers sit are dirty; full of crumbs and wet spots. Traveling through ATL continues to be a challenge with poor service and unsanitary conditions. This Krispy Kreme is the latest. I decided to treat myself to a Krispy Kreme doughnut on concourse C. As I walked up to the counter there was no one behind the counter. The young lady who was supposed to be working was stooped down/sitting on the floor outside of the establishment on her phone. I suppose her conversation took precedence over her job because I waited for her to finish her conversation before she came over to assist me with my purchase. I was the only customer and she appeared to be the only worker. I asked for 3 donuts and she proceeded to use her hand, with a glove, that she had on while on the phone and sitting on the floor. No washing hands, changing of glove, or using tissue to place 3 donuts in a box. It didn't seem to occur to her that having on a glove and doing everything that you would with your bare hands, doesn't make the glove sanitary. GROSS! read more

Ordered 3 donut pack and a regular hot coffee. Cashier did not secure lid on coffee, so when my wife handed it to me, it popped off and burned our hands. The cashier stood there with a blank look on her face and didn't care at all. A man working there stepped in and got a replacement coffee. Just be warned that some of the staff here doesn't seem to care for what they do here nor their customers and have them place the coffee on the counter so you can double check to be sure the lid is secured before picking it up. read more

I'm not in Concourse C often but now I know whenever I'm there, I can trust that Krispy Kreme will be there to brighten up my day. I ordered from the counter since there was no line. If you want a doughnut from Krispy Kreme in the Atlanta airport, I highly suggest you wait until you fly your destination and go to your local store. This is the fourth time I have tried to purchase, and was turned away. This time - a Saturday night, busy Airport and we ate dinner near by, and my wife and I where talking about getting Krispy Kreme for dessert, so at 8:40 we walked up to the Krispy Kreme counter to be shouted at "closed!!" --- not even "sorry I had to close early (for what ever reason). This Krispy Kreme location has had terrible unfriendly and rude employees everytime I try to just simply buy a doughnut. The parent company would benefit by revoking this franchise so it doesn't keep ruining their reputation. read more

Krispy Kreme for dessert?! YES! So for 1.20 you can get a plain glazed donut. In my opinion when these sugary treats are hot then you cannot pass on this as it disolves in your mouth. This location in the concourse C did not have that famous Hot-N-Now sign so I went with the choc glazed with sprinkles for 20 cents more. It was good satisfied my sweet tooth. read more
