Spent 30 dollars on doughnut that were not even fresh, think they pre cooked them then ran them under the hot cream like that were hot!!!

I went there with my mom to get her birthday rewards and the employees didn't acknowledge us or try to take out order.

Giving one star because Zero wasn't an option!! This place is filthy and the service was terrible! The floors throughout and the bathrooms especially were so sticky. You can see visible stains and residue of something on the walls of the bathrooms. We took the exit excited since we love Krispy Kreme only to be disgusted when we went in. read more

We saw the Hot Now sign on and of course we had to make a quick turn. Slow service at the drive-thru but the doughnuts were definitely hot and fresh! I don't stop at Krispy Kreme often, so this was definitely a treat! read more

They always get my order wrong, and not like slightly wrong like not even close wrong, in one instance I ordered a dozen donuts plus the hufflepuff donut and Slytherin donut and the snitch coffee and I did get my dozen but I got a sorting hat, and the other two HP houses and no coffee, I checked my receipt to see they didn't ring in anything but the dozen either so I didn't even bother disputing it and just went to Starbucks to get my coffee instead, the food tasted stale and gross despite the fact I ordered it in the morning, I will not be coming here again, I honestly did try to give it a chance multiple times but this place can't be helped read more

Gave me old room-temp donuts when I requested hot&fresh and the sign was on. Always out of specialty donuts, app is never updated to show current stock. It's always a stressful and expensive experience. Staff has high turnover and are rarely friendly. read more

I have been a fan of the fresh hot dozen Krispy Kremes since college days when I could satisfy the "munchies" with a hot dozen just a few blocks walk from the dorm. Those warm soft pillows that just melt in your mouth can't be beat. Their specialty doughnuts however are pretty average and I can do much better at my local Donut Kingdom. I sprung for the Valentine's Day dozen today and I am reminded why I don't prefer their filled doughnuts. I doubt they make their own fillings locally. It has that mass produced industrial food production look and taste. Probably comes in huge containers from some production facility a thousand miles or more away. Stick with the fresh hot doughnuts. They do cure the "munchies". :-) On a Covid note, the inside is currently closed. You cannot go in to pickup or order. (That's one way to avoid dealing with those folks that think it's all about them and refuse to wear a mask). If you want their doughnuts you have to use the drive through. read more

Do I like Krispy Kreme? LOVE KK. This location is absolute garbage. Drive thru was horrible service, basically snatched my credit card and shut the window on me. Donuts were mediocre. Krispy Kreme off I-10 ... it was drive through only. There was no line, we ordered and quickly got our food at the window. There were two employees at window; they were both nice and friendly. This location is very reliable on accuracy and speed of orders. I needed a few dozen donuts and of course a huge coffee. Their coffee is great. Always fresh and hot! The line looked long so I was worried if I was going to end up running late to work. In a blink of an eye, I was at the menu speaker to place my order. The person on the speaker was friendly. Before I knew it, I was at the window paying and receiving my famous hot donuts. These things are like potato chips as once you have one the whole box can disappear before you know it. I have always enjoyed the Krispy Kreme on North Monroe. I have found the folks there to be friendly and the coffee very good. BUT today at noon I was asked to put my payment in the hand of the young man behind the counter instead of on the counter as a "sign of respect". No ! This is a sign of disrespect-to the customer -who is paying you. Just another ploy of folks looking to be offended while shaping your behavior. This has happened to me twice in Tallahassee. Driving through Florida, our stomachs were grumbling louder and louder at 5:30 AM. That's when I used Yelp to find a breakfast place to satisfy our hunger. The first thing that popped up was not Krispy Kreme, but I drove 30 minutes to arrive and eat some doughnuts. It's located next to a Whataburger... What?! Yeah, I was surprised to find one outside of Texas. We were the first customers, arriving promptly at 6:00 AM when the doors opened. This clean Krispy Kreme location has free WIFI and clean restrooms. We enjoyed watching the doughnuts being made from fresh, loading onto the conveyer belt. They offer a variety of donuts with coffee and cold drinks like juice and milk. I believe it was around $8 for a dozen of deliciousness. You bet we took pictures with the Krispy Kreme hats. The worst service I've ever experienced; even had the audacity to get mad at me for giving me the wrong donuts.

The staff was attentive and friendly. The hot sign is on every time we come by but the doughnuts were tepid at best. The glaze on the doughnuts at this location is more like icing which is an observation, not a critique. I love Krispy Kreme and love checking out the monthly limited edition flavors (September has a salted caramel latte creme doughnut...it's delicious). We went over and were happy to see the "Hot & Now" sign on, which everyone knows means a free glazed doughnut. Of course we have never seen it not on when driving by, but at least we were now able to take advantage of it (and we always buy more in addition to our free ones as well as drinks). Well not only were they not honoring it...they didn't even have any hot, fresh doughtnuts. Nothing was being made, nothing was on the line. It was a Sunday morning and I'm thinking people are coming in for breakfast, they're going through the drive-thru, and I am sure people are picking up boxes to perhaps bring to church or wherever. And they don't have anything on the line...? The location is also small. Tight parking lot, and not much space within either. Maybe I was spoiled by the larger location near me when I lived in another state. Whatever the case, smaller location meant less selection. I found *maybe* half the selection as I have seen at my old Krispy Kreme - and that other one didn't even have everything! We made our choices and told the rather disinterested (and borderline rude) employees, sat and ate, and left. And yes, that light is still on - day and night. I drive by it almost every day and the light never goes off. Almost makes you wonder if they even realize the purpose of the light, or even the purpose of the words "hot & now" if there are no hot (fresh) doughnuts right now. Went by here tonight, stopped because the hot light was on. We parked and went inside. There was a couple ordering doughnuts. While we were waiting, we saw 4 other people working besides the one waiting on the couple. The hot doughnuts were in the rollers so we thought we would each get one and some coffee. Also while we were waiting, at least 10 minutes, we looked around and saw that the place was dirty, there were doughnuts all over the floor and the doughnuts in the case looked nasty. We finally asked if someone could help us. A guy came up and we asked if he could make us for a caramel coffee, I tasted it and it was horrible. I wanted to see if I wanted one. This one was for my sister. She didn't like it either. So she asked for caramel and sugar. It still wasn't good. I asked for a Plain coffee with cream and sugar. I threw it in the garbage. It was so strong. So was the latte. So we figured we would ask him to get us the two doughnuts and we assumed they would be warm ones. He took them from a tray we couldn't see. When we got to the car and opened the bag they looked like 2 day old doughnuts. They were shriveled and hard. I put mine back in the bag without even tasting it. My sister took one bite and said it was horrible. The service sucked. We were in there almost 30 minutes for 2 doughnuts and 2 coffees and it all went I. The garbage. The workers were not friendly, and not professional, and when you have to ask someone to wait on you, it's pretty ridiculous. I gave one star only because I didn't think I could give it zero.
