I have always had a good experience, whether I go inside to order or use the app. The staff is always friendly as well. The only reason I took 1 star off is because today I was shopping at Amazon and saw they had the brown sugar toffee latte and decided to try it. The girl that helped me (has helped me before as well) has always had somewhat of an attitude. I don't even think she made my drink correctly as it was undrinkable. Go past the cash registers and head towards where you go for package pickup and returns, and it's to the left of that. Giving this 5 stars because they honor promotions at this location. This past St. Patty's weekend you got a free green donut if you wore green. Showed up in my green hoodie and got the donut :) I haven't tried using the rewards app here but I don't foresee there being any issues at all. read more

I love Krispy Kreme, but this location has failed me both times I've visited. Parking is convenient and the location is inside the Amazon Fresh grocery store. Donuts were fresh so they get my 2 stars. It doesn't feel good to write a bad review, but I think their management needs to check on their staff. This location is a few minutes from my work so I preordered two dozen on the Krispy Kreme app. Upon arrival, I provided my name and I almost walked out with someone else's order. I would recommend the staff check the customer's receipt before handing over any donuts. As I was leaving the grocery store, I looked at the receipt and noticed it had the name "Sarin" with two dozen specialty donuts. I went back to the same staff member that handed me the order and let him know the order is not mine. He would have made another unhappy customer. The staff member that assisted me didn't seem to care that he gave me the wrong order. He casually took the order back and placed it where it was originally. I could have tampered with the donuts and he didn't check. I showed my receipt with the BOGO offer of a dozen original donuts. He proceeded with handing me over one dozen. I informed him there should be two dozen on my receipt. He needed to confirm with another staff member who also didn't seem to care, but knew of the promo. Stopped in for a sweet treat with my granddaughter for her birthday. This was my second time visiting this location. I love how clean this location is, and how nicely displayed all of the donuts are. The service was excellent and our server, Jesus was very friendly and helpful with selections. My friends and I stopped by here last night to get some donuts after eating at a restaurant nearby. We figure it would be cheaper here to get dessert rather from the restaurant and we like Krispy Kreme. This Krispy Kreme is inside Amazon Fresh toward the right side of the store. When we came at night, Amazon Fresh was not busy at all and had tons of parking. Krispy Kreme was also not busy so we were able to order our donuts right away. Since it was close to closing, they didn't have much donut selections but we got the ones we like. I got the chocolate glazed sprinkle donut, my friend got the glazed raspberry filled donut and my other friend just got a regular glazed donut. We saw they also had pop tarts donut too but it wasn't on the display so we said they sold out. The guy working said he did have some and he just put it on the rack so my friend got the frosted brown sugar cinnamon one. The guy working last night was very nice and we had small talk while he was making my friends coffee as well. We ate our donut inside Amazon Fresh since they had some tables there. read more
