i meant to post this earlier, but i went in for a one length, already had short hair, wanted about an inch off, just to refresh it... expressed to the girl about straightening my hair and refining afterwards...long story short ended up with a haircut that was too short for my liking, the front is shorter than the back and uneven...i understand hair grows back but the fact that it was too short AND uneven/choppy and i'm left w this before the holidays, then yeah i'll try to save someone else from going thru that--at least i still ended up paying and leaving a tip. i wish i had taken pics of it but immediately after, i went to get it fixed elsewhere ** i didn't get her name but she has tattoos on her fingers and hands.** this is what i get for being impatient lesson learned DON'T CHEAT ON YOUR HAIRDRESSER read more

I personally think this location is a rip off, because I came to do my hair a gray from a blonde. It was nice for 2 days then I washed it & the gray completely washed off I paid over 200 dollars & for it too wash off it was so not cool that was money going down the drain. this place was such a rip off I am never coming here ever again. yes I understand colors wash off but I expected at least 2 weeks not 2 FUCKING days ! what kind of fucking bullshit is that. plus I got a hair cut & Kristal didn't even wet my hair she cut it dry & when I got home I realized she didn't even cut it even one side was longer than the other plus that's another 30 dollars for a hair cut besides 200 for dying it like what kind of bullshit is that. paying to get a hair cut & style & it is not even straight. If I could give this place zero stars I would. I went in here a couple of months ago for a cut and dye. Before I set the appointment I made sure to get a quote the owner told me $65. So I told myself not bad of a price I set the appointment and went in. I told the girl I wanted my hair burgundy. She cut my hair than dyed it, once it was finished it looked horrible! Only the top of my head was the burgundy color and the rest of my hair was still my color (which is black). Being "professionals" you would think that they should know to bleach my hair first so my hair could correctly grab onto the color but they never did that. You could tell the girl messed up because she even told me that if the color doesn't blend together you can come back and we can fix it. I ended paying $90 for everything when they had quoted me differently over the phone. About less than a month goes by and my hair is still the same I call the place and tell them that If I could go back in and get my hair fixed. The owner informs me that she can't do that that it would of have to been within 2 weeks of getting my hair done! That would have been nice to know when I had left the place. So she tells me she can do it over but she's gonna have to charge me another $90 to bleach it! That should have been done in the first place! I let the hair salon know about my situation on Instagram and they ended up deleting my comment and blocking me! Way to go Kristal Kuts! Excellent customer service ! Lol read more
