I was scared after getting my hair colored again since it was messed up by an Ulta Stylist back in the South Bay, where I live. I showed Jackie pictures of what I was wanting and she did such an incredible job on my balayage. My hair was a disaster and my wedding was 10-days away! My husband and I walked in and were greeted very kindly by Maria at the front desk. I let Maria know that my wedding was in ten days and I was in need of a hairstylist for our big day. It was super last minute but Maria and Jackie were able to squeeze me in for a color touchup two days before the wedding as well as the day of to get my hair styled. Solid 4.25 stars First time client- Last minute/same day appointment with Bill. I have already got compliments on my hair today. Bill was very nice and accommodating. Listened to my wants. Basically I needed some weight taken from my hair so I could have more volume but I wanted to keep most of the new length. I showed Bill some past photos and I left looking like myself again... I hadn't had a cut in 6 months and my previous hairstylist flaked on an appointment the day before. I called a couple places in the are with solid reviews but this place was able to take me so I wasn't losing more time. Every time I would pass Lavish Salon I would see clients walking out looking pretty happy and I said to myself I wonder if they cut men's hair. I'm usually a picky person when it comes to haircuts so I just went in, as I entered Jackie kindly said hello, told me her name and asked how can she help me. I asked if she cuts men's hair and she said yes, she noticed I had a gentleman's haircut and asked if I would like a cut. Jackie was totally awesome with a hair wash then the haircut, Jackie did suggest trimming certain areas a bit differently and I said ok, by my amazement Jackie did magic, my hair is even easier to comb. Jackie also taught me the difference of hair product and what certain hair products can do to my hair.
