Staff measured me for a suit, when I arrived in Las Vegas to pick it up the legs were at least 3" short. When I came back to return the suit there was 1 person working but he was on the phone. There were a few people trying clothes on, and a customer at the checkout who looked irritated. After waiting maybe 5 minutes without being greeted and the employee still on the phone I asked the guy in front of me how long he'd been waiting, he said at least 10 minutes. Basic customer service is lacking here. After I return the suit I won't be back. read more

After reading the reviews on this location I had apprehensions of shopping here but my experience subverted expectations: Pros: 1) I came on a Sunday, an hour before closing and I was immediately helped by the staff in finding a last minute holiday party suit. I did not feel rushed to complete shopping, everyone was supportive and gave advice on some of their wares (customer service, check). 2) I called to check in on an order and someone picked up immediately and gave me answers. My item didn't ship in yet but they took down my number called me later that evening to notify me my item came (communication, check). 3) Got lots of good compliments for my outfit - no tears, loose strings, dirt, missing buttons after the tailor job (quality, check). Cons: 1) They are an expensive store and there's no incentive to spend more to save more. I had a buy one, get one tie deal but it really didn't add value to my purchase. 2) I spent several hundred dollars for my outfit and still feel a bit overcharged with shipping. Charging me $25 to ship a $25 pocket handkerchief to your store because you're out of stock? It wasn't even being sent to my address so I was confused as to why it was so much at the time. Terrible. They can't seem to figure it out. Had to go back 6 times for them to not get my pants done right. Every manager I spoke to calmly and reassured me I wouldn't have to come back yet they couldn't get my groomsman party tailored figured out. 100% do not buy here and DO NOT HAVE THEM TAILORED literally 5 times and they can't get it right. I had to buy another pair of pants and have them tailored elsewhere. They didn't even try to make it right and return my old pants they messed up badly over and over. DONT BUY HERE read more

This establishment is a s*it show. The phone lines dont work so don't try calling. They have cellphones that they don't check. The store is unorganized and dirty, the person who helped me was nice and courteous. I so badly wanted this to be a great experience but it wasn't. Also I'd like to add that men's wear house customer support wasn't very helpful either. But they will ramble on with : "we're sorry for the inconvenience and help in anyway we can" Blah blah blah... Staff aren't very helpful. Salesperson gave false info when picking out groomsmen outfits. Our order was wrong. Unfortunately we didn't realize until after the groomsmen picked up their suits. With days away from the wedding, it wasn't guaranteed that we could get the correct color of suit in time. In the end we didn't feel that we were taken care of. I recently purchased a new Summer suit at the Men's Wearhouse in Kennewick, WA. Both the young lady who assisted me, as well as the store manager, who was also involved a bit, were attentive, knowledgeable and friendly. The alterations were completed promptly, and correctly, as well. Several years ago, I purchased a more expensive Italian designer suit here, which still looks great, and had an equally-excellent buying experience, so I'm 2 for 2. If I could give a rating of 0 I would. They have the worst customer service I've ever seen. I used to work at a bridal shop that did menswear so I am pretty knowledge on how the process goes. She was giving my husband clothes that were wayyy too small. Handed him a medium when he wears and XL. Waited about 30 minutes and was there for 2.5 hours with the couple who is getting married. No one greeted us or told us we had to do an online checkin. 15 minutes wasted. They don't know how to use their own system to set up rental groups. We've waited 30 minutes for my husband to get fitted for only a vest after we bought his suit. Like she couldn't use the measurements she grabbed from him earlier. Heard other people being unhappy with their service as well, it was obvious they were upset as well. NEVER coming back here again. read more

With all the negative reviews I felt I should add my experience. I was helped by Jeremy and he really made this an easy process and was incredibly helpful during both of my visits. I was pretty nervous about ordering a custom tux and making all the decisions/choosing the right options. He was extremely knowledgeable and able to explain when one should choose option A vs B and just made it a comfortable experience. I purchased a custom tux for my wedding and setup my groomsmen with their rentals. They were quite busy both visits, but I was happy with my experience! I purchased a custom suit from the Portland Mens Wearhouse and against my better judgment had it delivered to the Kennewick store which is near my home. It isn't an overstatement to say that I've never had a good experience in this store. Clearly they are more interested in renting suits and tuxedos. But today might have been my absolute worst experience. I walked in to pick up my suit and I could see that it was wrinkled as the employee placed it in the suit bag. I said nothing as this is what I expect from this store and the employees working there. Once I got it home the jacket looked like it had been rolled up and left in a box and the hangar was completely broken. I like Mens Wearhouse and the value of their merchandise, but the Kennewick store is disgrace to the company. I will never go into that store again. read more

My husband I walked into to inquire about renting a tux for our daughters wedding. They were not busy and and barely noticed we were there . Eventually a young lady approached us and asked us what we needed. We asked questions regarding colors and what could be tried on together and she was curt and short in her answers regarding our concerns on what was available. It was apparent customer service was not something she was taught or cared about. As we left without the rental purchase she glared at my husband as she ripped up the paper with his information on it and threw it! He was nice but wasn't very interested in helping me with what I actually wanted. Just with what he thought I wanted, after repeatedly telling him different. Made an appointment to get me and 3 guys in for measurements and rentals for my wedding. The rental side was absolutely terrible, with almost nonexistent customer service. She didn't ask what I was looking for, or anything specific trying to help us pick a direction to go. Basically said this is what we have and then looked at me. The store was having a big sale so we decided maybe we'll just buy and piece our own stuff together. On the sales side a guy named Dustin hooked us up, measured us and helped us pick some clothes and shoes that looked good together. None of us regularly dress up or really know much about fashion and he helped us out a ton, without making us feel silly for not knowing anything. Before we came here I had read a lot of bad reviews, and was hesitant about giving them my business. I will say everything is accurate about the lousy service, with the exception of Dustin. He was very helpful and friendly. Probably will try somewhere else next time. read more

The lack of customer service in this location is unbelievable. When there is no customers in the store. You would think you would get greeted with a smile. I wasn't greeted at all. And I had to wait. There was more employees than customers. Both times I visited the store. It was a chore for the employees to do anything. Like asking a question was almost too much. I asked when I would be able to pick up the tux. They said they didn't know and couldn't give me any info. I chose to pick up my tux at another location. Just so I wouldn't have to deal with those people. When picked up my Tux it had been measured completely wrong. And it wasn't a little off. Which is understandable. It was like they just eyeballed it. The pants were up past my ankles. And the vest was 3 sizes too big. Luckily the Tukwilla location saved the day. I will never set foot in the Kennewick location again. And would not recommend them to my worst enemy. read more

What a terrible place to rent seven tuxes for my December wedding. Out of all seven, four were wrong/dirty. My Dad's tux had champagne spray on the back, two of the groomsmen's were way too short in the pants, and one of my ushers couldn't button his pants they were so tiny. Now, it sounds like some of these issues came from different shops (Seattle for example) because the measurements were wrong, but this Kennewick store was the one they were all picked up from and were not willing to take any blame. Heaven forbid we get a discount and a sincere apology for how much driving back to the tri-cities we had to do since the wedding was in Walla Walla. They were expensive, too. Vera Wang black tuxes are $200 a piece so my parents spent about $1500 in this ridiculous store. Good luck to you if you decide to choose ANY Men's Wearhouse for your special day. read more

Walked all the way across the store when a sales person finally asked if I needed any help. At this point I was not interested in buying anything. I have to wear suits for work and Men's Wearhouse makes the process as painless as possible. They will adjust your suits for weight changes for the life of your suit if they did the initial tailoring. That has a great service over the years. Make sure you go in with plenty of advance notice because the tailor is usually pretty backed up. Also, they are very good at picking out shirts and ties that match well with the suits. This is important for the color blind like myself. read more

MENS WAREHOUSE IS HORRIBLE. When we went to go pick out our tuxes we had made an appointment to get fitted and everything and had to wait over 30 minutes before we had even started. Then the Employee who helped us sounded like he was irritated the entire time we were picking out tuxes because the rest of the store had people in it and not enough people working. So we got everything ordered and I had to try to call after COVID hit because my wedding was cancelled from Palm Springs in May and we were able to move it to CDA, ID in July. I had talked to the manager Kevin there who said to pick up the tuxes on the Friday before our wedding so that we would have enough time to send it back if it did not fit. (Our wedding was on Monday July 13th) Only 3 of the 7 tuxes had arrived and they supposedly had no idea where the others were and the grooms tux hadn't even arrived. Since I (the bride) didn't find out til they were closed that night I called first thing when they opened and they were really beating around the bush and wouldn't tell me straight what was going on. They said they would call back and didn't so I had to call to find out that my tuxes would NOT be here in time for my wedding as they were in Memphis and basically there was nothing they could do......... I asked what my options were or if there's a different color or anything I mean we needed tuxes. They were "too busy" to help me and basically told me they could just refund me because they couldn't help..... DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. They are the absolute WORST on all levels. read more

Every Time i need a suit this is the store I come to but now it's the opposite. Since I'm getting married in the fall I stoped to look for engagement pictures outfit and was waking sound 15-20 minuets and there was two guys just looking at us but didn't even greeted us so we left. Today, a few days later I stoped again at an earlier time and got the same no assistance, yet a couple showed up and they were quick to assist them, look like they only assist caucasian customers not Hispanics. Geeeez, Men's Wearhouse. NONE of the tuxes ordered for my cousin's wedding had the alterations done when the groomsmen went to get them. One gentleman waited around for two hours for alterations when he went to pick his up (they had already done fittings, this wasn't an on-the-fly thing), my cousin's brother had sleeves two different lengths, one of my brothers had minor problems, but the other one picked up his tux only to find that his sleeves were 4 inches too short. Ridiculous stress added to an already stressful week. We have had three family weddings in the last five years that used this place, and they just keep getting worse. read more

I have used them twice this year. The first was a tuxedo rental for my cousins wedding. My biggest complaint about that is that the clothing I tried on while being fitted was very different from what I actually got. They ordered me a size larger shirt than what I had tried on. Because it was a rental and couldn't be altered, I looked like I was swimming in that tux as I'm a bigger person as it is. There was some confusion when picking up the tuxedo as it got put on the wrong rack twice, but it was quickly resolved and worked out fine. I worked with Cherie when I went in to pick up the rental and felt so comfortable and happy with her service that when I went back for my own wedding I requested her. When I arrived for my wedding I wanted slacks, a vest with a linen back and a white button down shirt. Cherie was busy so another salesman started helping me. He didn't seem overly interested in helping me find what I was looking for. He made the comment that mismatched patterns between pants and vests was a new trend he couldn't understand. It didn't look good to him. They didn't have the size in store I needed and he told me just to order something on line and if I found something to bring it in to be altered. I was about to leave when Cherie came over and asked if he had helped me. I told her what he said and she helped me pull up some online so that I would know how to tell if the vest online had the satin backing for a suit of if it was a casual vest with a fabric back. She measured me for pants so I could order appropriately. She was very helpful. I found something on the website and went back into be fitted for tailoring. Cherie was wonderful to work with and remembered me every time. She was a pleasure to work with and in the future I will always request her! read more

I was in the store for 20 or 30 minutes without anyone ever even acknowledging me. I picked out several pairs of dress pants and even helped myself to a dressing room. I was in need of new work clothes and I was prepared to spend. Even though I was ready to purchase the pants, I needed someone help me with the alterations. I waited awkwardly with the pants in hand hoping that one of the sales people would at least give me some eye contact and let me know that I would eventually get help. After a few minutes I felt stupid and left the store. I went home and ordered 4 pairs of pants and six shirts from Nordstrom. Ill just have my dry cleaner make the alterations. Its a very small store and it should be damn near impossible to go 20 to 30 minutes without the least bit of attention from a sales person. read more

The staff should be trained on what customer service is and also they need to work on better communicating with other stores. They left me high and dry on a suit I needed for a wedding. The incompetence at this store is almost comical. First off I got married a couple months ago and used Mens Wearhouse. When I came in and got fitted they measured everything wrong and nothing fit the second time I came in to pick it up. I had another wedding I was in the following week out of town, so I called into the tailor they were using and used the measurements they gave me. Needless to say when I picked up my custom suit from those measurements nothing fit. Back to the issue at hand, I came back in a second time and still the shirt they had, fit me like a dress. Yet the lady there tried to convince me it fit until I had to call a manager over to help who could obviously see that the shirt didn't come close to fitting. Finally on the third trip and hours worth of waiting I was able to pick up my suit. Fast forward to now. I called in two weeks ago to let them know about a wedding I was in and asked if I could use the measurements from my wedding and they told me they couldn't do that, so I had to come back in to get remeasured. I came back in tonight to pick it up and after a full hour of sitting there with not as much as a greeting I was finally helped. Again nothing fit and they are having to order in all new pieces because the only thing that fit was the shoes. I can't pick up my suit until the day of the wedding now and from past experiences I can't say that I am optimistic that things will fit when I go back in. The irony is that when you call in the answer is how can we give you world class service today and in my honest opinion this has not only been one of the worst experiences I have ever had with any business, but the service is so far from world class, that it is an insult to the brand. I don't know how much they value their customers because they are a national brand that has lost touch with it's customers, but this has been very disheartening and I struggle with the concept of the hundreds of dollars that I have spent in the past and have to spend on this occasion for the poorest product I have received in a long time. P.S. out of the 10 groomsmen I had at my wedding who all spent well over a $100 there more than half had their suits not fit. On top of that two of them, the pants were so small that while dancing the butt ripped out of the pants and they were forced to have to buy the pants from the store as a result. read more
