I want to start by saying I love the front desk staff and the nurse who worked me up…read more I was a first time patient and had completed my paperwork ahead of time. Signed in and was waiting in the empty lobby for 45 minutes. I then was brought back to the room and waited 30 minutes or more after the nurse did her work up. I was not checked in on once or told how much longer the wait would be. Dr. Boyd comes in and sits down in the chair across from me. She then wanted to review my medical history. It was completely inaccurate. I had spent 25 minutes writing down my detailed family history prior to my appointment as required and she was repeating it incorrectly. I then corrected her politely and she "fixed it." She then said I was here for my hormone evaluation panel and I agreed and she just ordered the labs. She did not ONCE examine me or take a look at the areas I was concerned about (even tho that was why I was there). I was told they do not do labs in office and had to obtain them and return in a month to review the results (which is fine). I was then checked out. About 2 weeks later I received the EOB from my insurance and she billed a moderate visit that cost my insurance $600 dollars and I had to pay $175. I went to look at my chart summary and the medical history was STILL wrong after Dr. Boyd "fixed it" in the exam room with me. She had completely incorrect diagnosis of cancer for my family and had random diagnoses for my father (that I did not report and he does not have). My occupation was also wrong (despite filling it in myself online as instructed beforehand like the rest of the paperwork). I have never given a provider a poor review before but the lack of detail and absolutely NO physical exam by her was not ok. I am seeing another OBGYN next week who I hope cares more than Dr. Boyd. Please go see another provider and avoid this practice. I paid my fee but I will not be returning.

I usually see Dr. Tovar and occasionally I see Mary Jane and they both have been great. They take the time to answer any questions I have have and always address my concerns about my health. April is a wondering nurse it's always a pleasure talking with her. She so down to earth and compassionate. I'm always greeted upon entering and the ladies in the front office are always pleasant and engaging. The office is always clean and neatly organized. Parking is never a problem so there is space. If labs are needed you can run upstairs on the second floor to get it done. The atmosphere is always laid back and quiet. Just thankful for my continued care and the great service they provide. I would recommend them to family and friends.

First time patient and everything was WONDERFUL. I scheduled my first appointment for a well…read morewomen's exam and requested lab work. They didn't hesitate to schedule for exactly what I wanted then also made a follow up appointment to review results. I met with Mary the midwife for my first visit. She took me into her office and spoke with me about my history and really got to know me and make me more comfortable before the "uncomfortable" part, she listened to all my concerns. During the exam she was very professional, gentle and reassuring but also fun we even joked around. The facility is beautiful and very clean. I haven't met Dr. Reddy yet but I am sure she will be fantastic since the rest of her staff and office is. Have already recommended this practice to multiple women.

United Healthcare assigned me to Jennifer Bontreger - I called to schedule an appointment to find out that she's no longer accepting new patients for 'Obama care' people. (Their words) Rude staff. If I'm judged by what insurance provider I use before even getting into your office, Im glad that you're not my doctor, I suppose. Pick ANY other doctor but this one in my opinion.

I unfortunately now have to travel over 200 miles, just to keep seeing her, as I have not had any successful luck in finding a local doctor whom I can successfully communicate with, anywhere near my new residence that actually seems to truly care about their patients. She takes her time with each patient, asks great questions, offers advice beyond the scope of a typical PCP. It reminds me of the way medicine use to be when your doc made house calls. Okay. that's a little before my time. It is refreshing to be able to email (text) your doctor questions and receive a quick response. I am a pretty healthy guy and never had any major medical issue. Friday night around 8 pm while on vacation in another state. I was not feeling well. I text Dr. Stuart with my symptoms , she immediately responded with very a couple of specific questions, when I respond, she step-out of a Friday night movie and called me. I never would have gone to the emergency room has I not spoken with her. Turns out my appendix had ruptured, one emergency appendectomy later it all turn out well. You hope this never happens to you and maybe this is an extreme example but it is a true story and Dr. Stuart deserves a shout out. I highly recommend Doctor Cynthia Stuart as your Primary Care Physician.

But over the years I've came for the same problem- irregular periods.. Over and over with each appointment they told me it was my diet and my weight. 3-4 different pills over the years and not once was a hormonal panel mentioned to figure out the underlying cause. I was fed up and started asking questions to a provider at this practice named Dominique cooper, i told her i was thinking of getting a hormonal panel done to figure out if anything is wrong.. She told me in a very annoyed/rude tone "you don't need that" i did it anyways with quest diagnostics because what do you mean i've been having the same problem for 5+ years and you're not even remotely trying to help or find a solution. I told her my fears of pcos,perimenopause and more and she condescendingly made me feel like i was stupid for even asking that. As someone in the healthcare industry, that is ridiculous and should never be the case that a patient feels like that. That was the last time i went to this office. I found a new provider and guess what? It was Pcos.

She told me the intake paperwork had to be digital. Mind you to my left there were 3 clipboards prepped with blank intake forms. I was also not asked for my ID or insurance card which was weird. I didn't even get to finish the intake forms before I was called back. The medical assistant for Dominique was pleasant. Dominique was pleasant up until she wasn't. When I told her I didn't know how to track my ovulation and asked how to do it she gave me a look that was very condescending as if she expected me to already know that information. Mind you I'm also a nurse and would NEVER EVER treat any patient like they are stupid for not knowing something. I used my well woman exam to vet this office to see if I would use them for obstetrics in the next few months and the answer is absolutely not. She was also supposed to send a prescription to my pharmacy and 9 days later she still hasn't done it. I inquired about brands of prenatal vitamins and she told me they all do the same thing (which they don't) and gave no specific brands to try. Thankfully I have such a great PCP who is kind, caring, and knowledgable and gave me proper information. Nurse to nurse do better girl. Sucks to see a fellow RN acting like the typical jaded, uncaring, and rude MD's you usually get.
