The person who did my eyebrow waxing kept arguing with me and having it back-and-forth on how much hair I want to takeoff and how thin I wanted them which really was not her place. I told her if she just was not comfortable with it then I could get someone else but she wanted to do it...she did complete the service. However, she ended up burning my eyelid, even after I told her that the wax was way too hot. I think it was a mix of her rubbing different types of treatments and liquids on my eyebrow and then waxing the same area multiple times with very hot wax. I get my eyebrows waxed every three weeks for the last 10 to 15 years and it's very easy for me to tell when the wax is too warm and obviously when your eyebrows are wax, your skin is red, but I could tell that the skin was just much more red. I did reach out to the Front Desk staff but nothing was done. I then tried calling multiple times, but to this day, I have never gotten a call back. And I honestly don't think I should have to reach out multiple times just for them to call me back. So while it does have very low prices and it's a beautiful salon I just had a negative experience that was not handled correctly so I really cannot recommend it. There are many salons in the area even within a one minute drive so I would recommend going to those locations over this one.

My nails have never looked so good. Not only did my manicure come out beautifully, but the salon is stunning, vibrant and very clean. The owner and staff are all very friendly and accommodating.
