A good hair stylist is hard to find, but i found her. Her name is Kristine, the owner of the salon. She made me love my hair again! It's been YEARS since i felt this way. My hair was super long, and extremely thick; there was enough for four people. Now, it's manageable, low maintenance, and i can actually wear it down every day. I can finally do all those cool braids on pinterest! She understood exactly what i wanted, and better yet, she knew exactly what i needed. Nice staff and pretty good work. I got a pedicure done for $25 + $5 tip. My nail technician actually made a huge dent in my polish but redid it for free. I also got a massage with lotion and hot stones. They separated my toes with styrofoam holders and had me walk on foam flip flops while my nail polish was drying. The only issue I have is my toe is still hurting days after I got it done. The skin next to the side of my nail is still sore because they were picking at it and cutting it down. I really wish they would have been gentler on the sides of my nail. There was another customer next to me who experienced this same pain. She complained and I think the staff was trying to make light of it because it is an uncomfortable situation when your customer is displeased with the service you are providing. They kind of laughed at it and tried to gloss over it. I think more care and concern would have been appropriate instead of trying to gloss over it with humor, especially if the customer is noticeable unhappy. She seemed to be in a lot of pain. TL;DR: Staff was nice and had a lot of jokes. The pricing was decent. However, my nail is sore/hurting and another customer experienced the same. read more

This place is awesome! I've never had a Pedicure before and was a little nervous because my feet are very sensitive. They took care of me so well any of that just melted away. I was immediately greeted and asked to have a seat at a nail station. They asked me what service I wanted and let me choose my nail color. I wanted a full set, rounded tip with a glitter accent nail on my ring fingers, so they used the solar nail powder on them to give them a nice sparkle! Honestly I don't understand the hype. I don't know if everyone is getting acrylic nails or it was just an off day for them. I had a regular polish manicure with Steve. He was very nice and polite but my nails looked awful once they dried I had to ask for a massage on my arms and hands and the tools used appeared to be communal and not sanitized between clients. They were very busy and a line was forming they greeted many customers by name so it's clear people love them. My nail polish dried in a way that it looked thick and globby, I have had nicer looking manicures at other salons. My nail polish began chipping off in two days time. I don't like shellac or gel polishes and have had regular manis last longer than two days It just didn't live up to the Yelp hype read more

Ok so my first experience here was terrible! I just wanted a quick clean manicure. Not what I expected. I saw on here such great review and decided to try it out. I've been on a look out for a good decent place to get my nails done for a while so I've been around. I walk in, it has a pretty outdated ambience to it. Told the lady I just needed a simple manicure and to remove my polish off. The lady sat me down and was super nice. I sat there and the manicurist walks over and preps up the acetone to soak my fingers. He was really nice as well. But how they soak the gel polish off was interesting. They had a jar with cotton and fills it up with acetone and you just stick your fingers in... Instead of the foil and cotton way. So now that my fingers are being soaked in acetone, the manicurist goes back to his other client he's been working on before I got there... That's when it went downhill and regrets of going there. I sat there for literally 35-40mins! My fingers were getting cold wrinkly and dry! You can see my figures have whites on my skin from the acetone. I had to remove it and dip it in and out. Finally after that wasteful long wait, the lady that sat me down came to me and started on my nails... The people there are really nice but the service was pretty bad. Having to wait that long for literally a simple quick procedure is horrible! And they definitely do not use new files on you like most places I've been to. I didn't like the tools she used on me because they didn't seem like it was sanitized the way it was supposed to be. I ended up paying $15 for a long ass wait and a quick manicure that wasn't nice either. I ended up refiling my own nails. The work done on my nails were what I can do at home. My mother in law used to work in the industry but she couldn't stand the environment and dirtiness of it. Would definitely not come back. ------------------------------ My reply to the owner: I don't think you understand my issue I had when I was there. I came to your salon expecting for a quick service done, instead I was in your salon for at least an hour for a simple manicure (no polish done). 90% of the time I had my fingers soaked in acetone that turned my skin white. None of your employees told me it was going to be a long wait. If I knew, I would have just left and looked elsewhere because i was in a rush. I doubt if I had told your busy employees I didn't like the service done on me, they would have let me go without charging. I know there'd be a billion questions and looks of confusion like it wasn't their fault. And I did not have that kind of time. When the lady asked me if my nails were ok, I was being honest... It WAS only "ok". How can someone mess up removing nail polish, trim nails, cut cuticles and shape nails? I can do that in my sleep. read more

I wish I could give them 10 stars! We were a walk in of three to celebrate my daughters 7th birthday. My daughter & niece had two "princess" manicures and pedicure and I had the signature pedicure and manicure. The girls were truly treated like princesses & the technicians were very patient with them. I really appreciated that. My technician Duy or "Zwee" was the best. I was new to the area and had seen decent reviews on this place so I decided to try it out. While the lady was doing my nails she stopped twice to fix someone else's and to pick up a phone call (from her personal cell). I'm a pretty patient person, and she wasn't long, so I let it go. I left and had to come back a few days later bc a nail broke, (my fault.) The lady @ the front sat me down and said someone would be with me soon. 15 min later I asked if anyone would be available soon and she said yes, few more minutes. I waited about another 5-10 min and still nothing. I asked if anyone could just fix it real quick (hello I've seen them do it before) and she said no, and asked if I could make an appt to come back. You made me wait almost 25 min to fix one nail, only to ask me to make an appt to come back? Strike 1. I ended up returning a few weeks later and had a different lady do my nails. She shaped them terribly. A few nails were crooked and more narrow on one side than the other. Not only that, the next day the top clear coat had already started peeling off multiple nails, looked terrible and I had to go back a few days later. Strike 2. When I did go back I didn't remember which exact color it was so I was trying to compare them and the lady picked one out and said it was the one. I was skeptical about it and even told her it wasn't the same color and she kept telling me it was. She fixed the few nails I needed fixed and the color was different! Not significantly different but I surely could tell the difference I'm sure she could too! Strike 3!! She said they looked great and to have a nice day. I will never go back to this place and have already told several people my experiences @ this place. The only good thing was they didn't charge me the times I had to go back and fix it, which is good they didn't since it was their fault anyway! read more

Okay, so let me begin with "have you seen their Instagram page?" Oh mmmmgeeee, this guys are not only nice, amicable, truly caring but beyond talented!!! Their Instagram page is filled with their nail artwork!! Walked in, first time customer with my mom and daughter, so 3 of us. We were seen immediately (kinda shocking since every nail salon has long waits), and then come to find out guys were working on us (rare because most salons are always women working), and they were making sure everything was to our comfort. Made my daughter feel like home, super caring with my mom, and we were all treated like queens. It was great to see the fact that they know their routine customers by name, and asked about their family by name too. This guys do it all and remember most everyone by what I could see.
