Very untrustworthy!! I mistakenly sent a $400 zelle transfer to the owner named David instead of another David who was supposed to get the money. I called the owner David at least 10 times and left messages and never picks or respond to messages. I left countless messages to the staff so he can call me to reverse the transaction but of course he never did because he's a thief. On top of that I've been a loyal customer and spent thousands of dollars over the last 5 years. I would not recommend dealing with such an untrustworthy owner and establishment if there was a 0 rating I would give it without hesitating. I'm surprised HEB would let such an untrustworthy business be their tenant. read more

They just remodeled during Covid shutdown. They check temperatures, have us wash our hands and clean the chairs after each customer. They still do a great job on their services. Love how clean they keep everything! read more

I used to go here with my mom (who has gone religiously for about 5 years) sometimes and I can say they used to have fantastic pedicures. I can't speak for them now as it's been a while since I've been unfortunately (my mom says they're still great). They also have always done an amazing job on my eyebrows, and Vi did an amazing job today! Long did a full set of almond shaped acrylic nails with two pink bows on my ring fingers. I'm absolutely in love. They ended up being a little longer than I was expecting but after seeing them once they were done I was actually really happy with the length. Not to mention now that they opened things back up, they were really doing a good job at keeping things clean and sanitary during the current circumstances and are rightfully having patrons wear masks. Heck they even put up sneeze guards at the desks, which was a pleasant surprise. All in all, I definitely will be coming back! read more

The pedicure was great, despite a few smudged nails since I had no assistance putting my nails back on. But the manicure? Wretched. I took in a picture of nude to black ombré nails. They said they could do it. What I received was half black, half nude nails. After a two hour (probably the longest I've ever been in a salon) service, I had cut cuticles, black powder residue on my fingers and nails that looked NOTHING like my photo. I got $10 off the service and the ugliest nails I've seen in my life to have while I celebrate my birthday. read more

Out of all the nail salons in Katy over the past 3 years, I return here the most. This place is a no-frills establishment. Not as fancy as many other Katy nail salons and their prices will reflect that. They are also consistently good. Sometimes they are understaffed and get a rush of people after business hours, so you may have to wait. Mani/Pedi special Mon-Wed for $35. Their shellac mani is $25 (many katy places charge $30+). They will take off your shellac at no charge if you get shellac again (its been some time since I got shellac here but that was how it was). For basic/classic pedicure, they have hot stone and hot towel service: those are usually an add-on charge anywhere else! read more

Luxe is a small nail parlor right by HEB off of fry road in Katy Tx. It's a nice little spot. I went there for my birthday and was treated like royalty but then there were some discrepancies about the price. I was told $55 by the nail tech but at the check out it was $85 I asked what was that price for? It couldn't be explained well. I called the guy up that told me $55 his response was " she's the owner she's the boss she said its $85." In a pissed off tone. I expressed to him that paying the money was no problem but the discrepancy in price makes me feel like I'm being takin advantage of. He apologized and told me to come back and he'd give me a free pedicure I said ok. After a couple of weeks I came in and brought my daughter with me she got a mani pedi and I got my free pedicure and a fill in on my nails. I was told for my daughter it was $35 my refill it was $18 and for my pedicure it was $35 I explained how her son told me it would be free on my next visit even showed her the card he wrote it on again it was more confusion and lack of communication obviously. I went ahead and paid but let them know that I wouldn't be back. There's no prices advertised so prices seem to go up with different customers. I'm not bashing the place I just feel like I'm a good person and I pay for what I get I don't like to feel takin advantage of. I will say my first nail spa experience was relaxing and I loved being catered too. read more

This is not my normal salon, I live in the woodlands and this was a great place to find!! If you are ever in Katy this is the place to go! I got a mani & pedi and both were amazing. I usually get shellac, but this time I did regular nail polish and my nails DID NOT chip for two whole weeks!! Great staff, products & work. All extremely reasonable prices. read more

Annie did a really good job on my toes but the guy who did my nails seemed to be in a rush. I felt like he didn't do it as good as he should be. Got a great massage with my legs when she did it but only thing was the rush of the manicure he did. read more

I have been coming to Luxe Nails for almost a year now and I just LOVE it! After moving to the area mid 2014, and trying about 10 different places, this one is DEFINITELY THE BEST! I recently went in and had to wait a bit and because I was impatient, I left and went to another place nearby. BIG mistake! I will NEVER do that again. Vee did a great job on a shellac French tip mani for me! She did many layers so they would last longer and gave a smooth finish. Also with the shellac they included a short shoulder massage and hand massage. Used clean tools and even do 10% student discounts! I'll be back! read more

kinda weird. i went here a couple months ago and just had a much better experience at another nail salon so now im writing this. my friend had been raving about this place so i decided to give it a try. i wanted medium length, red dip powder nails. so the nail technician (cant remember her name but she was really short and matter-of-fact with me, she seemed annoyed and it made me feel uncomfortable) glued the tips to my nails and is asking me how long i want them, so i tell her where and its about medium length. she then goes on to explain in an unfriendly tone that dip nails absolutely cannot be that long, and that they must be kept really short because the dip powder isnt strong enough to bare the weight of the nail. if i wanted the length i was going for (which wasnt even very long at all) then i would have to get acrylic, which i didnt want. so im like "ummm ok" feeling like i dont have much of a choice at this point so i told her to go ahead and clip them as long as she could keep them. im not even exaggerating when i say she cut them down to just a couple millimeters above my fingertip. but i didnt feel like being a pain so i said nothing and let her continue on with the service. i wanted longer tips to elongate my short fingers, but by the end of it my nails were fat, chunky little squares. i ended up tipping $5 and my total was $55 but i when i got home i had to file all of my nails down to make them look thinner and more appealing. they looked kinda cute afterwards but it wasnt really what i wanted and it wasnt worth the $55 honestly. and after looking it up and talking to friends i know now that dip nails don't necessarily have to be that short, so i dont know why she clipped mine that low. and i paid $10 extra for tips, so that was kind of a waste. all in all it was just a dissatisfying experience and i wont go back, but im just giving 2 stars because they looked ok after i filed them down. read more

I had a deluxe pedicure with Kim and Shallac deluxe manicure with Long. Both included massage (even your shoulders!) and were so totally relaxing I almost fell asleep!
