I contacted Sherry immediately and simply asked for the opportunity to have it corrected. I accidentally missed the first redo appointment after mixing up the schedule. I immediately apologized, accepted full responsibility, agreed to pay the $50 no-show fee, and asked to reschedule. After I repeatedly followed up, Sherry finally agreed to a new appointment. Then, at the last minute, she canceled the confirmed appointment and ultimately refused to redo the perm. What is most disappointing is not just the poor quality of the work, but the complete lack of accountability. I admitted my mistake, offered to pay the no-show fee, and made every reasonable effort to resolve the issue professionally. Instead, I was met with delayed communication, a canceled appointment, and a refusal to stand behind her work. I paid $144 and was left with an unsatisfactory perm and no meaningful resolution. If a business is unwilling to correct its own work after agreeing to do so, customers should think twice before trusting it with their time and money. UPDATE - in response to the owner's response: If there is 0 star. I would have chosen it! You are such a liar! Thank you for your response. Unfortunately, it does not accurately reflect what happened. After the unsatisfactory perm, I gave you every opportunity to make it right. I accepted responsibility for missing the first redo appointment, although the scheduling mix-up could have been avoided had the appointment been entered into your appointment system as your appointments normally are. I agreed to pay the $50 no-show fee and repeatedly asked to reschedule. You eventually confirmed another redo appointment, then canceled it at the last minute and ultimately refused to correct your work. I also waited over 30 minutes for my original scheduled appointment. This review is not just about the poor perm--it is about the lack of professionalism and customer service after I made every reasonable effort to resolve the issue. I stand by my review.
