Translation...I'm not special and just want to receive my necessary medicine. I arrive at the drive through and there's a sign that says we can't be open Sunday so please plan accordingly. The only issue is that is Saturday and barely 3pm. So I hit the service button assuming they're open. The recorded message says someone will be with you in a moment. I wait about 5 minutes and then call the pharmacy inside. No updated message ...only a recording that will keep you waiting longer. So I go inside and there's a service button on the main counter up front that says press for service. The pharmacy by the way is locked up tight. The person comes out (hardly speaks English at all) , and before you judge me I've been to over 100 countries and speak 3 languages. I just didn't understand the language this person was using not to mention the broken attempt at what I think is still the primary language spoken here. They were not impolite and neither was I. I simply said that a sign should be posted and the automated message updated. Not that they understood but now I have to go and change my prescription through the doctors office to another location. I chose the one on S. Briel. I actually went there to ensure they had received the change. Not polite here but they spoke better English. They said it would be ready in 3-4 hours and to return to the desk before that time. So I said ok and returned at 7 (one hour to spare) to the desk. I asked for my prescription and in a snarky tone with attitude they said I have to go to the drive through even though there are two associates behind the counter. I said oh, wow. I guess this is how we treat our combat vets and other good citizens of the community. I went to get in the growing line of cars at the drive through...who knew this was the place to be on a Saturday evening. An hour later I got through the line and received the medicine I had tried to receive 5 1/2 hours prior. Listen, I get the work force is stressed. I also get the medical field (all of it) is feeling stressed as well. But customer service (especially at CVS) is not present anymore. For me, I will not return to any CVS nor will I recommend them. Even if my medicine would've taken a day or two I am looking for someone who doesn't take their day out on the customer. Because I know I've had some pretty tough days and I turn the cheek a lot. I've given CVS a few chances. But I won't be back. Maybe the manager staff or strategic management team could put the customers first and turn this negative trend into a positive sooner than later. Good luck!

This CVS is hands down the worst CVS I have ever stepped foot in. Absolute bottom of the barrel…read more They never have anything in stock, ever. It doesn't matter if it's summer, winter, spring, or the apocalypse. Empty shelves every single time. Their email and app updates are completely useless and flat-out wrong. It will say your prescription is ready, then you show up and surprise, nothing is ready, nothing is available, and no one knows anything. The staff is unbelievably incompetent. Zero urgency, zero accountability, zero effort. Everyone looks miserable and acts like helping customers is a personal inconvenience. It genuinely feels like no one working there wants to be there or cares even slightly. I switched to Walgreens a long time ago for these exact reasons. Unfortunately, my doctor accidentally sent my prescription here because it was still on file. Huge mistake. Walking back into this CVS reminded me exactly why I left. This was one of the worst customer experiences I've ever had with any company, not just pharmacies. Total chaos, zero organization, and absolutely no concern for customers. And before anyone thinks I'm exaggerating, just read the other reviews. You'll see I'm not wrong. Garbage location. Stay far away. Use Walgreens. Use Kroger. Use Walmart. Use literally anywhere else except this CVS.

I checked and bought the exact same product at Walmart $ 10.98 for a 33.3 oz container. I've been getting my prescriptions at CVS for the past 6 years since I moved home. I just assumed after Cigna paid their part the price left for me to pay would be the same regardless of where I got the script filled. I win the moron award for believing that. My latest prescription had me paying $237 after my drug plan paid there share. That was enough to motivate me to shop around. I had CVS and Drug Mart want $237 and the hospital quote $161.00. The winner of this cost comparison was Costco a company I keep finding reasons to love. Their quote was $94. They got the business that day and for all future prescriptions! I'm amazed at how many people don't bother to check around for more favourable pricing on everything. Maybe if things get more expensive people will value their money more and not just give it to some price gougers like CVS & Kroger!

They also suited my need for some steamy hot broccoli (unfortunately they would not let me use their microwave which is understandable but that would of been nice) But overall I rated 5 stars because no one else rated so I felt obligated to be the first person ever in the history of help to write a review at this location...hmm that's pretty crazy to think about it as many people that go to that store daily and the ratio of people that have smart phones let alone the Yelp app is got to be pretty high. and to think in the only person ever to write a review is astonishing...well there's a first to everything.
