You are expected to pull in, get your gas, and get moving -- so as not to hold up the line. Prices, like Costco, are much lower that non-Costco gas stations. It's VISA or MasterCard only - no cash, no other credit cards. The station has a lot of pumps and the lines move quickly. If you're a Costco member, you can definitely save money buying Costco gas.

The coffee situation is limited in terms of yours of coffee and assortment of creamers, but it is hot, fresh and gets the john done. I'm there early in the morning and the lady who works that shift is consistently warm and helpful.

I can't say enough about the attendant here. He was not only polite, but concerned as well, and reminded me of things to do that I otherwise would have forgotten. When the cops let the guy who caused the accident go without a ticket, he commiserated with me on my likely expenses. I can honestly say he was more helpful than the cops, and I cannot appreciate it enough.

Going west you exit onto a lane that merges feet later. Going east you exit across four lanes of traffic. Exiting north is basically impossible. Exiting South is the only easy one, but who goes South past Fifth on Olentangy? What, going to Time Warner? The Post Office hub? Sure, sometimes there are reasons, but of the four options, it's the one with the least traffic. The store is a good size and has an open layout which is nice. There is a restroom, as I recall, and the air machine is free, which gains it a star in my book. There are two vacuums as well.

Choice of receipt. Choose fuel and begin fueling. This is a fotomat sequel set-up. Customers have no convenience store to enter. The walk up prison window has a slide out tray for minimal items. You will usually be standing in or around cigarette butts. Does that seem odd to anyone else? How are open flames in the proximity of fueling points? Trash cans and washer fluids seem in good use. Squeegees can always be replaced, but where are they not?

Went in tonight @ 11pm to pick up Hot Chocolate. The machine was running clear hot water. Went up…read moreto the register for help. Old guy said "it must need to be changed out". OK, I'll wait. Old guy tells younger guy. He said "OK". I go back to the machine and wait for them to come and fix it. They never took one step away from behind the register and I was the ONLY customer in the store. I fixed the machine, the container holding the mix was put in incorrectly. I go to the register to pay and explained that I went ahead and fixed the machine & neither of them would even look up at me. Go outside to leave and my car battery was dead. Again, I was still the only customer. I go back in and ask if either could help me. I had jumper cables. Old guy said: "No. I'm not using my battery to do it." Younger guy said: "Don't you see I'm working? No." I went back outside and thankfully a customer pulled up. I asked him for help and he immediately said, "of course." While my car was being jumped, the two employees came outside, stood by the front door... Started talking and laughing it up as they smoked. The gentleman helping me asked if I had asked them for help and I explained what had happened. He suggested I take pics and I did. He told them directly, by the front door, that he will be taking his business elseware and they just laughed at him. Disgusting employees? Yes! However; even worse, human beings.
