It's easy to get in and out of and is usually always busy. I don't go inside to shop at the convenience store often but they do have a nice selection of your usual soda and junk food. They also have a kitchen that makes things like pizza, hot dogs and burgers. They also sell wine and beer. Unless I move I'll continue to frequent here once a week for a fill up.

Tonight, and another time about 3 months ago, their fuel pump said my fuel perks redemption was not available. I asked the clerk inside about it and they explained that I need to have made a purchase inside the store in the past to be allowed to redeem my perks. And it needs to be 24 hours after my purchase so I couldn't purchase something right there and then redeem my perks. That didn't work for me since my gas tank was already on fumes. Maybe this is a new policy since GetGo got bought by Circle K, but I don't think it's enforced at all GetGo as I've never bought anything inside the store at the Clintonville and Grandview GetGos and am still able to redeem my perks at those 2 locations. Also, it's silly to force me to buy a drink/snack/whatever at this GetGo since there's a Giant Eagle Market District literally in the same parking lot where the same items are cheaper and earns the same perks! I'll have to avoid this GetGo going forward.

I can't say enough about the attendant here. He was not only polite, but concerned as well, and reminded me of things to do that I otherwise would have forgotten. When the cops let the guy who caused the accident go without a ticket, he commiserated with me on my likely expenses. I can honestly say he was more helpful than the cops, and I cannot appreciate it enough.

Exiting South is the only easy one, but who goes South past Fifth on Olentangy? What, going to Time Warner? The Post Office hub? Sure, sometimes there are reasons, but of the four options, it's the one with the least traffic. The store is a good size and has an open layout which is nice. The employees assisting me were rude, impatient, and unhelpful. First I spoke with an older gentlemen (who appeared to be a manager) who looked upset because i stopped underneath the membership code scanner in front of the gate at the entrance. When i rolled down my window to figure out what was wrong, he said "now i can't get out", which would make more sense had they not put the booth exit he was standing in directly in front of the gate. Whatever. I continued to move through the gate into the car wash, when my vehicle's auto-brake kept engaging. I don't typically drive my company car, and the instructions given were unclear. I was told to "drive forward," but it was not explained that they wanted a single press of the gas to disengage the brake. Instead of calmly clarifying, the employee was rude and hostile. As a paying member for years, I expect basic professionalism and clear communication, especially when assisting customers with different vehicle features. This interaction felt unnecessarily hostile and abrasive. Because of this experience, I'm canceling both my personal and company memberships. Customer service matters, and today's interaction missed the mark entirely.
