Came to pick up antibiotics instead was given the complete wrong medication and wasn't given any directions or what the medication they gave me was for. And i just assumed it was the antibiotics I needed. NEED to do a better job communicating the prescription given and HOW to take. I paid for a medication I didn't need and had to pay again for the real antibiotics I actually needed. Came to them about maybe doing a better job communicating and was just completely careless. Now due to me mixing anti-depressants and alcohol (bc I had no idea anti depressants was what they gave me) now I just have to deal with the horrible mood swings and stress of all this. Very frustrating experience unfortunately. Never had this happen at any other place, usually other places communicates what prescription is being given to them. It's clear your health. It is sad when your handicap mother has to walk half a mile to get her prescription filled. But when you are forced to come inside dropping off and pick up the script there are like 6-8 people just standing around joking and playing around. I have complained not once, not twice, but three times about their disgusting restrooms and still nothing has changed. I called the corporate office. Still there's poop everywhere. There are one million employees walking around, chatting, checking their phones, smoking cigarettes, but notta one can clean the bathrooms. Probably one of my favorite places to get groceries in the area without going all the way into Athens. Has a bit of everything from clothes, furniture, to your obvious regular Kroger staples (i.e. the deli, sushi station, salad bar, and an in store Starbucks.) On Saturdays they sometimes have a great deal of samples in the deli area-- mostly cheese! But sometimes sushi samples. Most of the sushi isn't bad either. Its all up to book as with most Kroger sushi. Salad bar can be kinda dull though, but the deli looks good! Produce always tends to be on the fresh side and they have a good selection of "healthy" veggie friendly products which is a big plus for me with decent prices. All around, this is a very large Kroger and makes a good 'one-stop-shop'. There are also many other stores in the plaza as well as a Kroger loyalty gas station. I've gotten a good deal of coffee from the on-site Starbucks, as well. Usually hit or miss on quality, but no complaints! read more

Normally I wouldn't take the time to review such a ubiquitous grocery store but this Kroger is absolutely incredible. There is a huge clothing section part of the store (leggings, fashion, you name it), a home goods section, everything UGA-oriented, and everything you could need for tailgating. There's actually FRESH grocery store quality sushi worth eating, Starbucks, a plentiful deli selection, and plenty of nearby restaurants. There are even free food samples during the day! This Kroger could give Walmart a run for its money! Do yourself a favor and start shopping at this Kroger if you live in the area - it's open late and chances are you'll find what you need without having to drive across town to go to Walmart! :) read more

I went almost 5 weeks without being paid this store is very hateful towards there courtesy clerks they think we are robots and that we cant get sick. I turned to my husband as we left the parking lot and said, "this is where we are coming, forever." Holy cow is the staff awesome and friendly. Uhmmm the were giving out sushi, olive, and cheese samples! YUM, plus we went up to the fresh seafood and the extremely helpful lady behind the counter gave us shrimp samples! We ended up getting crab, it worked we bought fresh seafood, lol. Love the different sections, the tool section, the clothing, ect. What a fresh new clean store. I refuse to go to Kroger on Alps. Literally, avoid it like the plague. read more
