About 2 years ago, I left a glowing review of the Crosstown location. I really regret that. I had no choice but to leave because: 1) They never had my medication. 2) They harassed my Husband when he would pick up for me. 3) Upon tactful discussion, I was told there was no such thing as "chronic pain." I have had no choice to use pain management after 6 back and neck surgeries. 4) They actually called my pain clinic doctors and "schooled" them on what they were prescribing me. 5) Two pharmacists would hide and giggle when I came in. 6) Finally, they FLAGGED my account making it extremely difficult to find another pharmacy. Don't go. If you want what little quality of life you have left in life, don't place yourself in the hands of immature and grossly unprofessional individuals. read more

Tried to check out and they had only one line open. This is totally unacceptable. I waited in line and finally next in line and the customer in front of me was trying to pay with an app and it was not working. The cashier had no idea what was going on. Kept trying different things and calling people over. I walked out. Will never enter this store again. read more

I thought I had did a review for this Kroger. I live and breathe in this particular location. There is always an abundance of sale items although the past couple of Friday/Saturday deals have run out of stock rather quickly. This location is one of the nicer ones. They have an extensive hot bar, deli, sandwich shop, olive bar, and salad bar. The wine section is humongous. They even have a section for special cheeses. The produce us always pretty. Nothing rotten to pick from. There is always a lot of cashiers working so I've never really stood in a line. They have what you need including a Starbucks. This location has a little lounge as well. If you are handicapped they have about 20 motorized carts. More than I have ever seen in any store Ever!!! On the weekend before Thanksgiving I did a Click List Pickup order. It went so smoothly. The agent that brought out my purchade was so nice and helpful. She explained any substitutions that were made and loaded the car for me. I appreciated it dearly. The only con I have is the bathroom. Not too clean. They need to do better with that. read more

Standard Kroger. Decent selections. Lines aren't insane like they are at my home Kroger (Hipster Kroger in Atlanta). However; and this may be a Peachtree City problem, but the pharmacy is super hit or miss. Mostly miss, it is a regular occurrence for the line to be backed up to the self checkout kiosks. After standing in lines like these for months, think it's time to stop using. read more

The store is fine but why does the parking lot always smell like sewage? It's actually overwhelming sometimes.

Management only gets worse! At 3:00PM today only one cashier line open. Asked if the cashier could call for another cashier as the line was 8 deep and growing. She said she was the only cashier available. REALLY,with teenagers off from school and you can't or won't staff your store. read more

The wine steward, Scott, has to be one of the most rude employees I have come across to date. Doesn't seem to understand the importance of greeting or ask how you are. First impressions are key for someone who wants to work in the customer service field. I'll take my alcohol business else where as long as Scott is employed. Shelves and floors are disgusting and there's a foul rotten smell of vinegar from past spills. Might want to clean those up Scott, along with your attitude. read more

This Kroger is always out of stock on many of their items. I have gone to this Kroger on several Friday, when you would think that they would be stocked for the weekend. Not the case. I had to leave there and go to Publix to pickup the items that I wanted because of their out of stock conditions. Their deli is never open. read more

I like shopping at this Kroger the majority of the time; however, the other day when I was being checked out with the help of an elderly white haired gentleman one of the young managers exclaimed to him "Boy you are so slow!" This review is mostly a comparative between the two Krogers in PTC. While this one is a bit more convenient to us, it is also the smaller of the two locations. This is an average sized Kroger (for the suburbs) but is also the older location. The selection here is a bit more limited than the other one. Also, I think they try to make up for the size limitations by squeezing more inventory into their space; it always seems more crowded here. Overall, a decent place to do grocery shopping. read more

This Kroger located in Peachtree City is really nice. It's always clean and neat. I stopped in here for some fresh lemons after going to Sams Club. It was close to noon on a Saturday so I could not park really close unless I waited for a moment. But I parked ran in and ended up getting lemons, limes, bananas, green pepper, red onion oh and grapefruits. Way more than I expected to buy lol. But the fruits and vegetables were so fresh. I jumped in line; I think I was in there all of 10 minutes. Staff is very friendly and helpful. There were many registers available with no long lines and self check out stations as well. I jumped in line with someone ahead paying was out the door. Easy breezy. It feels good when you can accomplish something with ease. read more

Bought a couple ribeyes to cook on this Friday night on my green egg. The green egg never fails. Kedron Kroger does. One word for my medium rare kedron Kroger ribeye.....Birkenstock! Texture was like a leather shoe. The customer service and checkout has gone sour as well. I'm done with this place. read more

This store has gone steadily down hill for the past two years while resetting the entire store twice. The store is dirty, the aisles are too narrow, and the shelves are often missing product that is steadily available at Publix. The employees are poorly trained and have no idea what customer service looks like. Those same employees are often found on their cell phones and annoyed or even surly when asked a question relating to the store. Frequently there are no shopping carts available when entering the store. All of the above areas are the result of a management team that is unseen. This store is totally lacking in adult supervision. This store used to rate 4 or 5 stars . I currently rate them less than one star. Even though this Kroger is very near our home, we would rather drive five times farther to shop at Publix. We avoid this store whenever possible. Why put up with this aggravation when you have a beautiful store and wonderful employees at Publix? Kroger Corporate needs to get on top of this store. read more

This is my normal Kroger. I am a Kroger girl! Publix is much closer to my home, but the selections are fewer and the prices (on what I buy!! I know there are Publix lovers out there) are WAY higher than my Kroger! That being said, even my Kroger isn't as pleasant as it used to be. I think the customer base is the problem - not Kroger itself. I've noticed the decline in the past 5 years. I now find half eaten food on shelves, cold items stashed on shelves, trash in the parking lot, buggies everywhere. Come on people - can you not take the 2 extra steps to put your cart in the corrals? LAZY! Really saddens me, as this was a very upscale Kroger and shopping was a pleasure. The cashiers are nice and accommodating. Customer service leaves a little to be desired though. read more

I was a faithful customer of Kedron Kroger Pharmacy for two years. I stayed with them because it was very convenient to pick up my prescriptions while grocery shopping there. I stayed with them through the long lines, no drive through, having to put off my grocery trips because they never had my prescriptions ready on time, and being out of one of my prescriptions most of the time, even though they knew I would be ordering it. I finally had the last straw when one of my prescriptions went from $15 to almost $150 a month, and they couldn't explain it and made no effort whatsoever to help me find out why. I get that they might be overworked, but I can't hire more help for them. The only thing I can do is to take my $3,600 worth of pharmacy business a year somewhere else, which is what I did. And guess what? When the new pharmacy asked Kroger to transfer my prescriptions to them, Kroger refused!! I had to contact all of my doctors and request that they send in new prescriptions! Kroger doesn't care that my doctors had to waste their time sending in prescriptions for the second time. And when I went on the Kroger pharmacy site to look at my current prescriptions, they were all gone. (They had time to do THAT.) So, maybe if Kroger Pharmacy loses enough customers like me, they will finally be able to service the remaining customers like they should be. And the prescription that would have cost me $147 at Kroger, it cost me $109 at the new pharmacy. read more

One lane open, line down the aisles and had to check out 2 carts in self checkout myself. It took longer to check out than it did to shop. Talked to employees who kept having to come help me with the self checkout scanner that kept lighting up. Multiple employees stated they had been complaining to manager that more checkout lanes needed to open up. It was 3:00 on a Thursday and there was not a manager in sight. I don't have 2 hours to spend shopping and checking out. This is not the first time and today was the last straw..will no longer shop here. read more

Do not shop here, please! The store is dirty with filthy freezers and refrigerators, shelves, and flooring. I have come to expect that from this location. However my quick stop by today was even worse than usual. Almost every employee had an exposed nose. If customers are required to wear masks correctly, shouldn't the employees be expected to do so as well? The employees need to be trained to use face masks correctly. The self checkout registers do not work well. The lady servicing them was doing her best, but every customer required assistance. I will continue to avoid shopping here whenever I can. read more

Staff that doesn't care and I would suggest that Kroger management meet at Chick-fil-A for training to try and pass the idea of smiling and greeting customers isn't a bad thing to do . I feel like it's a giant marketing trap for people who are just trying to get a quick get in and get out. Customer service is a joke. Stood in line for ten minutes for something that the cashier forgot to pilot in my bag at checkout. Watched 2 managers come in and out of customer service and no one offered to help alleviate the long line. By the Time I got to the desk, my ice cream had started to melt. Go to sprouts! read more

I've been going to this store for about 15 years, has only gotten worse. The cashiers are borderline rude. I try to not give negative post but after today I had to say something. My cashier Larissa has such a terrible attitude. She never spoke or smiled, just looked at her phone and threw things down the bagging area. I'll go the extra miles to Publix from now on. read more

The worse experience ever tonight was shopping at this Kroger. My wife and I were finishing up when we heard the store is closing over the intercom so within 2 minutes we were checking out. The lady who later gave her name as Kristen was not helpful at all. In self check out we continuously had to wait for her to come and help us. It seems as though she was doing some shopping on her own instead of being attentive to the self check out area. We noticed there wasn't a bar code on a piece of meat because it would not scan and we asked her about it and she rudely told us we need to go back there and find some chicken with a bar code. We continued to check out and was finished with the first order and she again very rudely said " don't forget your meat on the bottom" as if we would forget about a hundred dollars of meat on the bottom of the cart. We politely told her we were paying for that separately and continued about our business. We finished up and was heading out and she didn't say anything. No good night or nothing. She rudely rushed us out the door almost bumping into my wife trying to get us out the door. As she was slamming the door she mumbled get your black a$$ out the store. I've been to plenty of Kroger's and after being treated as such I'm really thinking about never going to another Kroger again. My wife has already made a complaint online and we will be going back next week to speak to the store manager. read more

Sushi to go is pretty good. They even had baby octopus. Like the store layout, has a good flow. The bistro counter is hit or miss avoid the General Tso (it is terrible). Also, try a cheese drip (kroger brand in the deli) called "Chili-con-queso". Great stuff! read more

I went in to grab bake chicken last week , well i get home half of it is still raw ( Red inside ) I just toss it out .Today i am there at Target decided to get salads and try baked chicken again same thing , I called the store Mr. Hask wasn't in spoke to assistant and he stated " Well it must be just your chicken under cooked because we have sold plenty today " My point is that wasn't the proper answer he should have came with a better apologetic response. This is the second time in less than two months that I had to take my groceries off the conveyor belt and move to another cashier. Admittedly the first time it was the two customers who demanded intense scrutiny to every thing THEY themselves had selected.- but that caused three separate customers to move to another cashier. We were all finished and were leaving while that couple were still in line. Then today, after loading most of my buggy onto the belt, the person ahead still had not progressed beyond when I first started the off-loading. The cashier said This is going to take a while - I figured she meant to pack up my stuff and move to another cashier. Well, after shopping for over an hour, going thru the process of placing my stuff to be checked out, I just could not accept having to do this all over again. I do not know what has happened to this location but after shopping here for the last eleven years I will have to find a different store. Saturday mornings should not be spent jockeying groceries from check out to check out. Oh, by the way, a manager finally showed up to fix whatever the problem was with the cashier. I left. read more
