I haven't shopped at a walmart in years so these methods afford me the opportunity to shop with them without the hassle of going inside the store. On my last pickup order they handed us a gift, a cute little goodie bag filled with samples and coupons. I was totally appreciative. Pickup service is easy to use. Just pick a spot and check in on the app when you arrive. They'll come out to your car and will pack the groceries for you. It saves me so much time and energy especially when I'd rather not wander through busy, overcrowded isles.

So I turned to the internet to find a new provider for my medication. Samuel provided great customer service to include calling my insurance provider himself to make sure that I was covered under my insurance. That was awesome. Then last week I went to pick up my prescription and the order, while correct in terms of being a generic version of my medication, wasn't exactly what I use and myself and the pharmacist did not want to alter anything since even slight changes in meds can be difficult on the body. So the pharmacist (I believe his name is Dr. Nguyen) went out of his way to find my exact medication, check to make sure it was covered, and then ordered it to be picked up two days later. Thank you for providing great customer and healthcare service!

The pharmacist is absolutely ruthlessly rude. I am a customer and they have my insurance…read moreinformation. As well as my medical information, address, phone number etc. I go in for my prescriptions not someone else's. I do not have a picture I.D. Because I have been mugged and it was taken along with my wallet. I present my health insurance card. State food stamp card ie.(SNAP) social security card etc. with tape glue still on my arms from the hospital. They refuse my prescriptions. I called 3 friends as apparently anyone with I.D. Can get my scripts. They refuse, a military I.D. Then a temporary state I.D. Then an expired state Drivers License. I'm most definitely never going to go to this or any other Walgreens ever again. I refuse to be treated as though I'm a vagrant or vagabond because I was robbed by a homeless person. This store is always surrounded by homeless people and obvious drug addicts. It's not safe. Poor lighting in the parking lot. People asking for money before you can get out of your car. As well as rude associates. I give them the lowest rating possible. This location should be closed for obvious negligent security and customer safety.

Just when I didn't think I would hear from him that day, he called me, apologized for taking so long but had been busy. (I totally understood ). He then said he could get my husband's prescription but from a different company. Sure enough, we arrived in town about 4:30 pm, 1st stop was Walgreens and they had his medicine! I told them I would come back, I asked for the hours and I went back and they told me they were closed for lunch for another half hour. That is absurd. The pharmacy tech did not tell me that when I asked her, and it wasn't posted on the plastic pop-up sitting on the counter of the pharmacy. Follow up to this review. I called to explain the situation because even as I got it on the third day, the Manager talked over me many times and didn't even listen to my input with respect to how they could improve the situation. Why would I buy a pair of pants at Target for $40? I'm having a hard time making that one make sense for me. The service is good, but you could hardly find an attendant to assist you. I went in looking for some warm and cozy winter socks for my husband and sons, and I found some, but that was about it. One of the pluses is that I discovered the Tesla charging station is now open. Galveston has its own Tesla charging station and it's at the Target. Now that's exciting!

Our last hope was Target before having to embark. The sweet woman who helped us was named Jaleesa. I think she could see the exhaustion on our faces and was eager to assist. I know a lot of people like us (who leave on cruise ships) come in often with the same requests and it can be overwhelming but she was so patient and understanding.
