He printed out my shipping label, helped package and secure my items. Several other staff made sure I was being helped. One in particular went the extra mile (I wish I got her name), but they were all great and very friendly! Only reason I did not give 5 stars is because the pharmacy is always VERY slow and the pharmacy staff are not the nicest.

They answer the phones like they don't like their jobs, as if they have an attitude that you even would even call them while they're trying to fill prescriptions, and have the audacity to act like you are the problem when you've been nothing but polite and kind. I just called to check on my prescription that I needed three weeks ago. It needed a prior authorization. I waited call today. I was told she couldn't find anything for me. Then when I told her the name of the medication , She finally found it. I asked her were you guys planning to tell me that it was approved or how does that work? It was as if I owed her an apology for asking, this has got to be the absolute worst customer service experience, most unprofessional pharmacy in the history of pharmacies. I'm not sure how these people interview when they first apply for these jobs, but I would like to be a fly on the wall. They need Customer Service classes because when we bring our hard earned money to you all (because insurance sucks,)we wait and we're courteous, warm and friendly, and we say hello we expect the same in return, is that not too much to ask for eye contact do better Walgreens!!!!!! Do Not take your prescriptions here. I would much rather go to Costco or Sam's Club. At this point, I would rather just drive back to the Walgreens in Denbigh. One out of 10.

There was a beige cap, but I needed black. Oh well, I browsed up and down the aisle because I hadn't been to a Rite Aid in years. I guess people still love it here, because Rite Aid has been around for decades. It's never busy here, but somehow they continue to remain open. The pricing here is a bit higher than other stores, but it's super convenient. I believe this location is 24 hours and that's a huge plus. Check them out if you are in the area. I love CVS! Like I really do!…read more I love that I am a rewards member! As a member, I receive rewards like every week. From coupons via mail to via email. This store, company, can do no wrong in my eyes! I visited as recently as yesterday to redeem some $ rewards and use my 40% coupon. This visit, I purchased batteries and a few toiletries. I even picked up some holiday socks for myself and the ladies in my family :) The employees are pleasant as well. The young lady, most recently was really sweet! Now, I have no experience in the pharmacy area... I actually don't know where it's located. I've seen signs for it, but never had a need to visit. They do have a drive-thru, which I am sure is convenient for the patrons. I love the make-up area, but my favorite is to check out the novelties they have each holiday season. (my socks were Christmas socks) If you have not signed up to receive rewards, please do so! This is the only CVS in the area, but I visit at least once a week and it's always a great time! Whenever I need to find a gift for someone who has everything, I am tempted to just buy a gift card and get it over with. Better than getting something that seems thoughtless and will probably never see the light of day. Colley Discount Pharmacy is the solution. They have all kinds of goodies for kids or adults that are special and unique. Even the options for children's gifts will seem as though you put a lot of energy finding that hand painted piggy bank or nightlight. The prices may be a little more expensive than a corporation pharmacy, but the service and products are well worth the extra buck or two.
