The staff at this pharmacy are so nice. They are amazing. I have been to other pharmacies and I won't say names but the other pharmacies were rude. I am so happy with them. I have a pharmacy that is close to my home but I won't use them. I drive 35 minutes to use this pharmacy in Lakeland. They are always so pleasant to talk to and get your medication without any issues. I highly recommend you try this pharmacy. OUTSTANDING SERVICE. read more

This comment is more so for pharmacy. Was told my prescription would be ready in 45 mins so waited an hour just to be told they were out and couldn't fill it. Just ridiculous no one could take 2 minutes to phone me and let me know instead of having to wait an hour in the car with my 2yr old. read more

I've had a 12-year Hate Relationship with the Hwy. 64 Kroger. I won't list all the reasons, but near the top is that many times after I check out, I leave without 1 or 2 essential items that I need for a Recipe. Not Exotic, mind you. Just products one would reasonably expect to find on the shelves of a mega-grocery. They are not out-of-stock. Just not carried. Having to drive to another grocery & go through the hassle of parking & searching again just adds to my consternation. You may pick up that I consider Grocery Shopping to be a Necessary Evil, not a Pleasure Trip. Time was when my regular young man properly sacked & carried out my purchases with a friendly cheerful attitude. I enjoyed our regular banter about The Game, etc., & I tipped him, of course. It's been years since a Sacker did that. Most of the time, the Cashier sacks & I'm expected to load my basket. Another Reason:: Management does nothing to police Special Shoppers who purposefully get in the 15-Item Fast Lane with 30 or more items. I will stop listing my reasons for now. read more

This Kroger is hit or miss. Today I went in today and it looked like half the shelves were empty. There was brown meat, empty. Ices in the floor, and the cashier had a bit of an attitude. You just never know if it's gonna be a good experience or a bad experience here. read more

I just don't understand why Donna at customer service always has to give me a hard time. Oh, there's only 2 cashiers open on a busy Friday evening with long lines and long lines at self checkout. Meanwhile, Danette and Trish are just standing and micro managing the younger employees. read more

I'm fascinated with Kroger and some of the southern grocery store chains. Up north, many of the supermarkets are starting to catch up with the "super-store" shopping experience. I went to this Kroger yesterday to pick up a few ingredients for baking cookies. But holy cow...the store is enormous. It's also very clean and pretty easy to navigate. I found what I needed immediately. There's an entire section of wine as well (even though there is a wine store right next door). Looks like they have a pretty good selection (even though I didn't really explore). The bakery is huge (and we picked up some cupcakes for dessert since the cookie baking wasn't happening until today). I didn't try the cupcakes but everyone liked them. Checkout was fast and efficient. We didn't even need to empty the cart...they take off to the side and even pack the groceries up. Good experience. read more

Rating really depends on the store location, (there are many ) and day of week. Sometimes they seem to be completely unstocked on many items I need. Sometimes staff is missing. Sometimes there are messes and clutter in the aisles, old,rickety carts, bad looking, or outdated produce, etc, etc. Last time I went to Trinity location it was all good. But I'm really tired of the inconsistency ! You really can't count on any one store to be a reliably good experience. This shows poor management and training techniques! I came in to utilize customer service. They were closed so I asked the manager (female) if they were closed for day or what. She said they were just doing a change out and give it a few minutes. I walked around the store for about 10 mins and then came back up front only to be told that lady is on lunch break and wouldn't be back for over an hour. Come on! read more

Neighborhood grocery store. They are usually out of what I need, especially if I go at night after work. The employees are nice and are always working. The store is clean and ample parking. They don't have the bag and go concept, but clicklist is available. I prefer to get my meat and veggies from Kroger, the produce is nice and usually well stocked, again it depends on when I go. After work the shelves are bare and pickings are slim. I use the digital coupons, grocery list in app option, and the Friday coupon. Prices are higher at this location vs other locations that I have been to in the Memphis area, not sure why. read more

On numerous occasions, we've tried to utilized the free pickup. We'll order things like red wine vinegar, apples, garlic powder, seltzer water, and allow substitutions... all of which go "unfulfilled". I've even ran in during the pickup and all of these items are in stock. We usually order in the morning, and we're given an afternoon pickup window of 3-4. We show up at 3. The order doesn't come out until after 4. This option is a colossal waste of time, and the opposite of convenient. Not only do we have to wait 40 minutes - 1 hour for half our order to come out, we also have to enter the store to purchase the rest of what we need. There's no point to this "service". I pretty much love Kroger and go a few times a week. This location is right down the street from my house. It has a first TN inside, the Little clinic and western union. It's clean and the customer service is pretty stellar. I can usually find xactly what I'm looking for at this location. However, the parking lot and traffic flow on the street this kroger is on makes every visit a headache. Sometimes I drive a bit further and go to the one on dexter and gtown pkwy bc I don't want to fight traffic. On a positive note there is a liquor store right next door! So it's kind of like a one stop shop. read more

Kroger in Arlington is terrible and continues to get worse. Ex: I bought a bag of lemons and a bag of tangerines. Got home with them and BOTH bags had molded and rotting pieces. Their salad mixes always look brown and sparsely stocked. I love living in Arlington but we really need a better grocery store. read more

One of the attendants at the Kroger gas station was very rude today. The other attendant was not rude. That does not mean everyone at this Kroger at Hwy 64 Cordova/Arlington is unpleasant to deal with. Sometimes you can have a good experience at Kroger, and other times, it can really suck, like today. read more

My wife and I used to shop at Schnuck"s - Kroger bought them out a couple of years ago. The transformation has meant brown bagged salads and sub-quality meats. Kroger was OK 15 years ago but seems to have down graded on their quality. One of my friends works a Publix and said they were planning on coming here - senior management won't confirm or deny it. Hope someone comes soon to give Kroger competition - that might make them up their quality. Trader Joe's would be a most welcome addition to the area. I bet, they are waiting for the grocery stores to start selling wine. read more

This is the grocery store that's closest to my house. I've been coming here for years and each week, the service is inconsistent. One thing that has remained constant is the deli being S-L-O-W. Today it took 20 minutes for me to get 2 orders sliced. I think I might find a new deli after today's experience. If they only staffed it properly... I also wish that there would be a better way to combat pests too. There were multiple flies in the deli area flying around and landing on the equipment/food. The checkout process was great though. We even got a bagger to bag the items we purchased instead of having to do it ourselves this time. This is just an average store here. I think I'd be willing to make the drive to Whole Foods if things don't change soon. read more

This review is specifically for the deli. It is obviously way over staffed. There are 4 people back there (I'm standing there now) and for the first few minutes they'd each look in my general direction and, I guess, hope I don't really need anything. Obviously they are paid to stand around and pretend they are busy. Finally someone started making our sandwiches. She's obviously not happy about it. Have to keep going back for ingredients because they don't keep it stocked. Honestly they need to get rid of the sign if they aren't actually going to provide this service. It's just before noon. When people eat lunch. Ya' know, when they should be prepared. Anyway, sandwiches are great. Wish I didn't get the feeling I was putting someone out every time I order something here. read more

Good size Kroger. Years ago this was the Shnucks (sp?) and Kroger moved into the building. Staff was nice. Free WiFi. Make your own 6-pk in the beer section, which is good for craft beer lovers. Shopping plaza has a wide variety of shops in it. Also inside the kroger there is a Starbucks with a nice place tp.sit down and drink your coffee and eat a meal. read more

This Kroger is undergoing some major renovations, so it's been a mess for awhile now. When everything's done, though, it should be great. They're even going to have a full service Starbucks! I hope to be able to improve my review soon, the people that work here are pleasant enough, and the store is always clean, even if it is a wreck. read more

With each passing week this place continues to grow and open new parts of the ever expanding offerings the in the new look and feel of Kroger. I've been driving 15min the opposite direction from my regular grocery store to shop here just because of the "Boars Head" deli selections. They have now opened the Starbucks at the entrance to the store so shoppers can enjoy there favorite coffee selections while perusing the produce selection just around the corner. From a fully stocked olive bar, hot lunch counter with dinning area, seafood and butcher shop, and insane over the top bakery with cupcakes galore, they offer most everything a finicky shopper might expect out of other high-end boutique grocery stores. Though not 100% finished so pardon the construction but prepare for a new attitude toward grocery shopping. read more

I really enjoy this Kroger, I live nearby and it's always clean and the staff is always so nice and helpful! I lost something and an employee stopped what they were doing to try to help me find it. And when we couldn't find it, she walked me to customer service and told them what was going on, she went above and beyond for me and even though we couldn't find it, she really made me feel like a valued person and not just a paying customer. This is the only Kroger I've been to with a Starbucks inside and it's pretty sweet (pun intended) to be able to shop while sipping on some coffee! read more

I like the renovations, very exciting. The new look adds glamor to our community. But unfortunately, the same old staff and management are still up to their old ways. They refuse to open adequate checkout lanes. And they do not care what you think about it. There have been times where I have been there at 5pm on a Friday and they have two checkout lanes open with customers lined all the way into the aisles while other employees stand around and talk. Long check out lines have always been an issue at this store, and the management refuses to address the issue. Most employees at this location are very nice, however there have been a couple that have been down right belligerent. read more

Poor customer service by some of the employees! They consistently have had old, molded, rotten, and expired items on their shelves. I seen items on the shelves that were MONTHS PAST the expiration date, and I have pictures to prove it! This store is in need of higher standards.....it's shameful!!!!!
