I'll preface this by mentioning I do not like the Kroger corporate supermarket chain and I only patronize them for specific items that I can't get at a small or independent store or direct from farmers. From that point of view, this location is a standout due to their huge deli Department featuring Boars Head meats and an astonishing selection of international cheeses. This store is enormous with 50 long grocery aisles. FIFTY. That's besides the deli, bakery, butcher and wine departments and the pharmacy. They sell clothing too. I've only been in two of those fifty aisles though I've been here a number of times for my cold meats and cheeses. They are open long hours which is good. I did note a very inadequate number of open checkouts considering the size of the store and a parking lot that's probably two football fields. With my small amount of items I use the DIY checkouts and haven't had any issues with them. The deli and cheese staff on Sunday mornings have always been great. read more

Went to the Kroger bar. The bartender was going in and out and had zero sense of what "customer service" is supposed to be. The beer selection was subpar. Service was below average. Seems like a liquor store would be better than a BAR that can barely serve customers. 0/10 read more

This is a newer location and its pretty large. Its a supermarket and i guess its better than some of the older ones.

My 18 year daughter worked 7 months.. and more then 6 times she didn't get her checks.. we called corporate, HR, and the union and everybody gave her the run around.. All for today we went back to Kroger for a lady to go in the back and give my daughter 3 checks dated for JULY... it's October!!.. they don't help young kids that's new to the working field!! Then today she had to sign some papers for her to get 3 more checks to get sent out!!!! read more

I came here simply to do a quick Clicklist pickup. The store itself looks quite impressive from the outside as it is one of the newer Marketplaces. I found that the pickup area was to the right of the building behind the pharmacy drive up area (which is huge in itself). I parked in the designated area and checked in using the app. A helpful gentleman came right out, loaded everything up, doted on my puppy, and that was it! 99% of my items were in stock and the substitutions were appropriate. I recommend their free pickup service for sure based on this experience. This location also has a gas station and Starbucks! read more

My wife and I purchase our Starbucks drinks from this Kroger location because our Barista (Denesha) does an excellent job. She's fast, accurate and always pleasant to talk to. Often times if she's not working, we go to another store. I should have wrote this review months ago, but I still want to give credit where credit is due. I have been shopping at the Kroger in Liberty twp for the last 10 years, but I have tried this one a couple times now. First let me say this is a huge Kroger, almost as big as a Walmart or similar. I really like the lay out of this store and it is much easier to find things here, even if the parking lot looks packed this place seems almost empty. The have very large sections for the deli, bakery, meat, cheese, wine and beer. I do find it odd that the local Kroger I do go to use to have clothing and furniture and they stopped selling these items, because they didn't sell well. Yet this location is selling these items and more. Let Walmart and other stores sell these items, be the best at Groceries. read more

Really large location with very friendly staff.

I'd give this place a 5 if it was just based on price, but I would rather pay more and get what the doc ordered and get it when this place says it will be done that go here! Due to an insurance change in January I had to change from my old place to here and it has been a stinking pain in the neck every month. I'm not sure if it's insurance or the store but I have to refill monthly vs the old 90 day supply. I get to scripts and not one time in the past 10 months have the been correct. Counts have been off, they NEVER have them both ready at the same time, I get to the counter, they say give me 10 min, 40-90 min later after 2/5 trips back to the counter they finally complete it. I don't have any confidence that I'm getting the correct meds. I will say the counter people have all been nice and helpful. Kroger should spend as much time with the pharmacist in getting things completed when they say they will and accurately as they do coaching the desk people on how to apologize and calm angry customers! What a terrible place and incompetent! read more

It's just OK, same brand different plot of land. Grocery I was pretty excited to hear about a new bigger Kroger opening in the area. Then it opened Super bowl weekend, and it was a mad house. Ok fine, everyone needs wings, chips and beer. But this high traffic, full parking lot bazaar of a grocery store has continued through its first open months. The produce section is being kept well stocked, but at the same time it was always crowded in this section bumping shopping carts, boxes and click-it it list carts. The organization of the store is.... different. Aisles split in half, dairy spanning the entire length of the back wall of the store. Oh, with the exception of dairy items like yogurt being found in the cereal aisle (?) Murray's Cheese Counter I've heard good things about the cheese counter but my first visit caused frustration. Took three laps around the counter looking for a simple ball of fresh mozzarella. Just then realize they keep this in a fridge across from the counter. A better experience on another visit when they had samples out. Purchased some cheese from the counter and found all the fixings to do a meat and cheese board at home. Rx The health section is so far on the other side of the store, I typically don't even shop the area. The pharmacy always has a long line that extends over to the bank entrance. Beer & Wine There is now a draft beer bar also with some wine selection. Not really sure on who the regular customer base will be for this as you can not leave the designated area with your drink. I did decide to try it out one day when I was in for just a few things and the beer was served in proper curved glass pint glasses. Checkout and Customer Service When using the self checkout I seem to always have problems with the machine which require input from an employee that may or may not have the right codes to fix the problem. I've found myself just walking away and going through a traditional checkout line. Employees are sometimes helpful. I've had to visit the customer counter twice and they handled my problem quickly and easily. Once I didn't receive a 18 count of eggs during a time when the cashier and bagger handled everything and handed the bags to me. Another time after getting home and having a package of potatoes completely molded. read more

Now Open!!! New location of Kroger Marketplace. Food, Pharmacy, Starbucks.... The largest Kroger in the area. Taking after the model of new Kroger's and newly upgraded Kroger locations, this Kroger has an expanded Deli area, larger fresh produce section, alcoholic beverage section and larger pharmacy area. Also, with c inclusion of the clicklist cards, much wider aisles to better navigate through. Would I go back? Yes. Absolutely. Glad to see we finally have a new Kroger in the area as the other ones have become pretty run-down. read more

This store has been wonderful but recently I'm finding shopping at this location is less than desirable. Shelves are continuously empty. I recently purchased bread only to get home and find the bags had been sliced open as if by a knife. You have to carefully watch the register, when you can find one manned by a human, when you checkout as the advertised price does not ring correctly. I recently stood in line on a Friday afternoon to retrieve an item the bagger did not put in my cart. There was a line ten deep and one associate working at the customer service desk. The milk routinely sours days before the expiration date. On one occasion they did not have head lettuce so I purchased shredded lettuce that was supposed to expire on June 24. When I opened the bag on June 16, the lettuce was brown and beginning to turn slimy. It was not edible. I'm getting upset with the games being played with the coupons. First there was the shoppers card which was supposed to earn your "sale" price. Now you have to spend an hour before each shopping trip slogging through the app clipping weekly coupons and the weekly digital deals. Luckily, I'm a senior who understands technology. What gives Kroger? I used to be a loyal shopper but I for one can't afford to throw my money away on spoiled products in this economy and I don't always have time to dig through all the coupons. read more

Was excited for this new location to open, as the old one was sorely outdated and too small to handle the customer base. Have given the new location a couple of months since it's opening and also shopping there multiple times before writing this review. The pros- very large store and easier to navigate during busy hours, more easy-to-prepare fresh items, new and updated look and larger beer/wine selection The Cons- Not really a bigger selection overall of grocery items, extra space in store is due mainly to non-food items (clothes, bath and cosmetics, decorative items and seating for indoor eating/drinking). The international section of food is small. Lack of adequate open check out lanes, self check out lanes are very 'sensitive' and even using a coupon requires a Kroger associate to unlock this feature, employees not overly friendly Conclusion: will most likely shop this store sporadically as it is the closest grocery location for me, however whenever time permits I will utilize other options. Perhaps time will help iron out some of these issues. read more

Have used the restrooms here twice. Absolutely horrendous. They are never cleaned. Were completely out of toilet paper and hand towels. Appears that the Store Manager never checks the restrooms or they would never be that bad. read more

BE CAREFUL! I dropped a prescription off to be filled and they gave me the WRONG prescription when I picked it up!!! The prescription needed to be transferred from another pharmacy and the girl who took my refill order didn't do her job! She didn't look at the bottle, she didn't request the transfer....she just filled an old script they had in their system. They are not correcting the problem, they told me this is MY fault and MY problem, and their employee told me she wouldn't help me any longer because I was upset. BEWARE! DO NOT USE THIS PHARMACY! read more

Excellent customer service they helped me find multiple things and even gave me recommendation. Overal, amazing store.

Was looking forward to this store opening. What a disappointment it's been. The positives are the number of checkouts, deli and fresh meat counter. Negatives include Everything from the Cramped produce section, confusing store layout with the middle long aisle that cuts across the main aisles. Terrible organization of products - example- cheese is located in three possibly 4 separate locations. All dairy is basically scattered throughout the store. Spices - also in two or three separate sections. Meat selection has been greatly reduced. Have yet to see pork spare ribs. General selection options limited. Wasted space to have clothing. The overall largest reason we are not shopping here anymore is the parking layout and Grand Prix type layout of getting into and out of the main parking area. Also the lack of grocery cart corals is amazing. Now- they've moved the south exit stop lines back 10-15 foot and last week the person in front of us wasn't smart enough to pull up to trip the light. Oh yeah- traffic in front of the store on weeknights is horrible. Obviously West Chester/Kroger's didn't think this one through either. Not going back.. read more

Last 3 experiences at this Kroger were terrible! Worst Kroger in the country for service. It's busy for now, but a year from now, sales will plummet when people are sick of rude and lazy employees. I let the Store Manager know what happened the last two visits and she said she will try to figure out what happened. Newsflash, I just told you what happened. She was nice, but I do t think she genuinely cared about what the lack of service cause for now the registers are ringing. read more

This Kroger store is disappointing. Although the prior store was a little cramped, at least items were together in logical manner. They took the same merchandise and spread it out in a, not necessary, large space. (except added clothing and ?). Really not improved in the prepared food- all they added was pizza. Self ck out not great, usually need assist as something sets it off. The employees in the meat/seafood dept seem very upset to be working, most are teenagers, and at times can not comprehend instructions such as please rinse fish off before putting in bag with seasoning. I would recommend downsizing, bring in your better store design and rehab people and figure out how to improve this store. Ive been a loyal Kroger customer. This store is close and convenient, yet I will travel to an alternate non Kroger to shop. read more
