I go to the Kroger near my home. It is always easy to navigate and has the products that I want.

I utilize curbside grocery pickup. They used to charge a small fee for it, but did away with it during covid. It's very convenient when the order is correct. Ordering: using the Kroger app is easy and they have lots of digital coupons. You can modify your order if it's at least scheduled a day out. They have times early morning at 8am for example through 8-9pm as well. Pick up: Every store has a designated area. You notify them in the app or text that you're on the way. I've never waited too long for my order. They take paper coupons when you arrive & update the order total. EBT is also accepted payment. They pack all your items in your vehicle and a digital receipt given. Staff is always pleasant and polite ambiance wise. Cons: order is never correct. They bag horribly as noted in the pictures. I've given feedback to management. They are a high turnover because it's always someone new. Never have issues with refunds but I prefer my order to be right. I'd pay for the service if it meant better service. Don't order produce curbside unless you want to check it right then. I've had moldy fruit more than once so I skip it when I can. read more

What a trash-hole. Store closes at 10:00 pm, we arrived at 9:30 - door is locked and blocked on the OUTSIDE by a dozen carts - ILLEGAL. Entered through the exit door - security looked at us like we had urinated on the American flag - "How dare we come in through the exit?" staring at us. Had all 8 items in our hand basket at 9:38 (I looked at my phone) when PA announces "We are closing in 15 minutes. Bring your items to the front." NO... they close in 22 minutes. Went to self check-out and it was a disheveled mess. Never going into this dump ever again. Kroger sucks. read more

Placed a $350 grocery order (small compared to what we have consistently purchased every week for years) on Friday to be delivered later in the day. Appointment time comes and goes. No communication from Kroger. So I call and I'm told that they had to cancel our order. No apology, just told you need to reorder. OK, so I'll reorder. Stuff happens. Just one catch...they will not refund my money!!! They are telling g me that the draw that they were conveniently able to do instantly when I purchased will have to be held for 5 days before I get it back. Recap...THEY camcelled our order. THEY did not let us know. THEY are holding our grocery money hostage THE WEEK BEFORE CHRISTMAS. I am ALL OVER social media with this. Absolutely unacceptable. I even reached out to my bank who are READY WILLING AND ABLE to receive the funds that these crooks are refusing to refund. Pathetic. ​ read more

Horrible store! Deli is closed 40% of the scheduled hours! Only one cashier open and Thanksgiving is just a couple days away. Self checkouts line was 1/2 the width of the store. A Manager confided that the Deli manager is very difficult to work for and this is the reason they are short staffed! I will no longer support this store! read more

Kroger used to be one of my fav grocery stores from Detroit to Atlanta. Used to. For the past 10 years I've grown increasingly dissatisfied with the chain. I've tried 7 stores in my orbit and all have gone downhill. Don't get me wrong - it's taken years and multiple trips to come to this decision. Most recently, was a year ago Christmas I ordered a standing rib roast for dinner. They were half price. When my husband brought groceries there was no roast. Yet it was on my receipt. I called and the lady I spoke with told me she was sorry and that it was the n the cooler with my name on it. Sent hubs back to crowded store to pick up our holiday roast. I guess I should have told him what happened because when he got there they charged him! AGAIN. After multiple calls, and getting someone different time, I gave up. No apology and no refund. I took a break from ordering and began ordering once again. I order quite simply because I'm in a wheelchair and cannot shop comfortably in the store. EVERY time for the past six months I'm told that I have to pay inside because their machine is broke. Really, you've had 6 months to buy a new machine if that's the case. Fast forward to this afternoon - I'm sending my husband to pick up a 1-2 order. Store calls at 1:30 to tell me they're behind and to come about 3-4 instead. Canceled order and sadly, they have now made my list. I gave them months worth of "try's" simply out of the decades of being a good store. It's time to cut the cord. read more

Beware of the refrigerated food. Went to kroger after the power outage and bought milk products. The same products I have been drinking for years started making me sick. DO NOT TRUST THEIR PRPDUCTS WERE ADEQUATELY STOREDDURING THE OUTAGE! Shame on you Kroger! read more

The store has been remodeled three times because the employees don't take care of anything. It is so gross in and out side. The employees smoke pot and cigarettes' by the front door. The carts are everywhere! Trash is everywhere. I would never buy food from this store as it is so gross. The employees are on their phones at the register!!! It is so dirty in and outside. When asking for help, you can't get anyone. So sad because this makes Livonia and Kroger look bad but it is the employees fault as they stand around and do nothing but smoke pot and etc...on their phones Livonia/Westland needs to call the health department and contact corporate to get this store nice again. read more

Ordered a "30 Plus Roses" bouquet for $75 through Door Dash and the recipient was delivered a very small bouquet containing only 3 roses.

I go here because it's close to my house. Most items are in stock and I can usually get through the self checkout faster than at Meijer. I like that they sell liquor at this location. Staff aren't overly friendly, though, and the carts are always sticky. They sometimes have wipes available to clean carts, but they always seem to be dried out, so bring your own. read more

On a road trip to see the Wayne County Lightfest in the area, a carload of us figured we could stop in for a restroom break and to get some hot chocolates to take with us on our night time adventure. We found the restrooms with ease. They were clean, neat and orderly. We searched for hot chocolate, only to find the coffee/hot chocolate machine to be out of order. Quite the disappointment. Otherwise, the store seemed to be neat and well organized. read more

Terrible! I loaded 6 bags of bottles into my cart, and picked up and disposed of trash in the parking lot on my way in. I get inside and the doors won't open to the bottle return. I had to leave my bottles and walk halfway through the store to find someone. She had no idea why it wasn't open. She asked someone else, they didn't know either. Finally after 10 minutes, a kid comes in from outside and said it closes at 6:00. Where's the sign? He didn't know where it was. I am very angry. If the employees don't know it's closed or why, how are customers supposed to know?? read more

No carts large or small no baskets, I just picked up what could carry. Told the cashier, he didn't seem to care. Most of the time, their isn't small cart. If you want a small cart you have go back out and get it. I may make Meijer my go to store, they always have small carts. Today at 5:30pm no carts or baskets, they need better management. read more

Awful Kroger..everytime Ingo grocery shopping here they are restocking in the daytime. Boxes everywhere and you can't even get down aisles. Came here to go shopping for Thanksgiving and the place was a disaster I have never seen a grocery store in such chaos. I literally couldn't get down 4 aisles because people stocking and throwing boxes everywhere. I think there is a better time to do the stocking especially for Thanksgiving. Well I can tell you I'm no longer a Kroger shopper I will be doing my shopping at Meijer from now on including bmu Thanksgiving this year! read more

Where's all the carts at? Trash all over. Employees aren't friendly. Hardly ever stocked. They have 2 aisle's of self checkout but they only use one, so always a long line to checkout. OK, So I wrote an update a few weeks ago, but for some reason, I don't see it here, but I'll do it again because what I've experienced since then is significant. I made a secret pact with the store 6 months ago that they never knew about. The deal was, if there was someone behind the seafood counter, I would purchase seafood. Well up until around the holidays, I never had to make good on my promise. And then about 4 weeks after my initial review lo and behold, there was someone behind the counter from time to time. I wonder if it flagged someone's computer in a secret bunker at Kroger's headquarters? I made good on my promise and have supported the seafood counter when some one was there to wait on me. There are still times when someone isn't there, but a dozen times now I've bought seafood. I'd say that is a big improvement on customer service. Some of the items were better than others and there is one clerk that is always happy to wait on me. The other does the job but does not take the time to learn the product that is being sold. I don't expect them to tell me how to cook each item in some new and exciting method, but it would be nice if they knew the difference between catfish and cod. So Kroger, you've come a long way. Deli opens at 8am but the lazy ladies trick is to not turn on the lights until 9am so no one asks for service

The produce is always fresh and choices are always fresh at the right time of day, and that would be from 8am to about 12pm. I guess that is when most Grocery stores are fresh because they have just put the merchandise out. After this time the produce in merchandise looks picked over, as you can imagine. If you go to early like when they open the employees have not had time to put the fresh merchandise out. I have been shopping here for years. The reason for the 4 start is because I have shopped during those after good hour I mentioned and could not find a lot of my regular items. read more

Love this Kroger. But lately it has become empty of everyone you need. Not enough stock on the shelves, too many people shop at this store for the size of it especially since they closed the Kroger in garden City. I just moved to this area and I really like this Kroger! It's always seem to be clean and plus they have the click list program here too, always fresh fruit and vegetables. I always like how this Kroger has a Kroger gas station across the street! Definitely shopping at this Kroger's again. This place has great produce and l like the ice cream selection. My kids love the bakery we always have to get cupcakes when we stop there. The bottle return area gets a little busy . The machines worked great the last time l did my bottles. read more

Worst Kroger ever. Floors are never mopped, curbside pickup orders are perpetually botched, and the staff is rude and surly. They phoned to say my order would not be ready on time and to come in three hours later to pick it up...great. I went in and there were zero parking spaces for pickup. After 5 minutes one finally opened and old woman cut me off and took it as I was pulling in. So I waited in aisle, off to one side so traffic could pass, since there was no other place. Old bag Kroger employee came out of store literally screaming - "Do you see that? Do you see him sitting there? I don't believe this!" I guess she never saw someone waiting in an aisle for a space to open.. She then proceeded to fill one of the other orders, but kept screaming about me to the other customer. "Just look at him! I can't believe this! This is ridiculous!" I opened the door and said "stop screaming about me like I'm not even here! I was here long before this woman and she cut me off when I went to park. There IS no other space open!" She said, "This order over here has just been filled, park here!" I said, "I can't, she's still parked there." She replied "she can't get out with you sitting there!" I pointed out my bumper was a good 4 feet from her car, plenty of room for her to back out. The old bag Kroger employee kept screaming and finally walked away, but she wasn't done. As she crossed the drive, she stopped a passing shopper who had just walked out of the store. "Do you believe him?" she screamed, pointing at me. "Look at that. Just look at that! He's just SITTING there!" I opened the door and yelled back: "There-is-no-other-spot-open! Where am I supposed to go!" She screamed back "Go around the block and come back in again!" I said, "and park WHERE? There is not one space open! What difference if I sit here waiting for a spot or THERE waiting for a spot since I'm not blocking traffic?" "Fine" the old bag Kroger employee snapped, "I'll just call Security and THEY can deal with you!" I told her F- off and drove away without my order. Does this old woman actually think I'm going to sit there and let her fill my order today or EVER after this? Kroger has been slipping for a long time but this is the last straw. I have been shopping Kroger since 1993 but I am NEVER shopping here again! read more

used to shop at krogers until prices went up on basically everything grocerywise then statred going to meijer because of 10 for 10 deals started recently coming back buying little things here and there and was using the krogers app for e coupons. used to be could use both e coupon and regular paper coupon in conjunction, sadly not the case, manager flat out told me unless it was a kroger card coupon they would not accept it, WTF? had shopped week before and had not had any problem using both & now cant use clipped coupons only krogers, no thanks - along wit that after spoke to manager , she took all the coupons off my order so point being walked out with such crappy customer service why bother. not worth even stopping by the purchase milk - which seem to always be out of to. read more
