Living near-by, I make a point a stop by their tasting bar at least weekly. Their selection of rare and high end bourbons, along with their local craft beers on tap, are 2nd to none in Louisville, let alone Prospect. I collect bourbon and I have quite a few that are collectible, but have never opened the bottles due to their rarity and price. Luckily, Prospect Liquors has most of those bourbons and I can sample their open bottles instead of opening mine.
