I had a consultation with the doctor and made some xrays to figure out how to pursue the issue. The doctor explained the procedure for me and has told me that he would work on the price with me. I originally made the office aware that I will not pay the full price upfront and I would make the monthly payments. When the doctor started to work on my tooth the first time he didnt explain the price to me. When I came to check out the price was $1600 and I asked them for a break down , which I never received . I also asked them what was the amount of discount applied as prior conversation. I also asked to send me the bill and give me a date when I should make the payments. Which of course was never received or discussed. They made me a second appointment to exchange the temporarily crown with a permanent in a week. When I came there a week later they have told me that they would do another temporarily one before they can do a permanent. ( Didnt make sense to me why they would do that and change what they stated previously. ) The day when I came for my permanent crown I made a payment and then I was told that they want a third of a payment at least in order to perform my service. This has never happened to me in such an unprofessional manner. I ve told the lady upfront that I will make another payment within two weeks and I need to get the permanent crown done. She told me that there is nothing they can do . What kind of a medical professional performs half the service????

About 9 years ago this…read moreoffice told me i had 13 cavities and that for a small fee of ~$370 they would fill at least 3. I never had cavities before and was absolutely horrified. I didnt have the money to spend but was able to come up with the amount asked. After the initial 3 fillings, a family member mentioned a 2nd opinion. Guess what? Other 9 cavities were nowhere to be seen. Its been 9 years and we are still searching! It is my GOAL to make sure that nobody has to go thru this again. This experience speaks volumes of this establishment!! Quite frankly I need to report this place to the board. I get to look at these xrays with unnecessary dental work for the rest of my life and I will continue to come back here and leave these reviews. Funny how they're all gone all of a sudden!

This was September 17, 2025. They quickly charged the petty $128 to my insurance very quickly. On October 3 I call to make an emergency appointment which i had to reschedule for today due to an urgent issue with social security that I had to resolve. I call this morning b4 my appointment with my dental insurance on the line. Turns out they hadn't sent any request until October 3 the same day I called for the emergency appointment. The woman for lack of a better word who spoke to me & the insurance was super dismissive and condescending & RUDE she got caught in her lazy lie and didn't like it. They maybe in Miami Lakes but belong in liberty city. I am glad I figured this out early on. Very eager to charge my grandmothers care credit card when I have $5,000 available from my private insurance between now and January for any service needed. May you have better luck than I did if you come here. They wasted about 4 weeks of my time on nothing. Tuesday I have an appointment with a new dentist.
