He is very caring, thoughtful, knowledgeable and ethical. He had a very pragmatic and thoughtful recommendation, and described well pros and cons of different approaches to my issue. We also worked on a cost estimate, which was very helpful as some of procedures are not fully covered by insurance. I trust his opinion wholeheartedly, and he is one of the few professionals I met who will really look out for you. It is not easy these days, in my experience, to find an excellent professional who does not upsell/ recommend expensive procedures you don't really need. Dr. Scheweiss is that rare find!

Dr Iannce is the only person I would trust with such serious surgery! He has done a 1 other implants before for me AND is the only one who knows how to do it gently. Armed with patience and an able bodied team (Kaitlyn; Joanna; Maria & others ), I was comforted and escorted to a chair where a machine took special ex-rays of my entire mouth. Remarks were made as to the status of some other teeth AND ...I was informed that a temporary bridge' would be ordered to replace the crown. I felt confident and fully trust Dr Iannace! He's an amazing, methodical and wholistic periodontist. He is though and attentive to my concerns and needs. He's reassuring and eases my anxiety and fear. When scheduling, I made it very clear that I would need nitrous due to dental anxiety. After arriving, I waited over an hour past my appointment time, only to finally be told by the receptionist--without any empathy--that I couldn't have nitrous because they had "used the last of the oxygen." This is not a small oversight. For patients with anxiety, this kind of preparation and communication is essential. To wait that long, after traveling and arranging childcare for a newborn, only to be dismissed so casually is incredibly frustrating and unprofessional. If you experience dental anxiety and rely on accommodations like nitrous, I strongly recommend looking elsewhere. This office does not seem equipped to handle those needs with the care or consideration they require.

Then said she will give me a call back by end of day or Friday morning the latest because she was going to check the appointment book. I told her that was fine and would wait on her call.
