I appreciated the help I received with my case after my car accident, but communication and attention to detail were sometimes frustrating. I repeatedly asked that they not call or discuss my case with my mom because this was my case and I wanted to keep my situation private. Despite that, there were occasions when they still contacted her, which made me feel that my requests and privacy were not being fully respected. There were also multiple occasions where my last name was misspelled. While this may seem like a small detail, I believe these things matter, especially when dealing with someone's legal case. At times, it felt like they were all over the place, and I wish they had taken more time to get to know me as a client and understand my preferences. Another thing that disappointed me was that once my case was finished, no one reached out to schedule a final meeting or even check in with me. I would have appreciated an opportunity to go over the case one last time, ask any final questions, and discuss whether I was satisfied with the service I received. Even a simple follow-up to ask how I felt about experience would have made a difference. Overall, the service was okay, but I believe there is room for improvement in communication, organization, attention to detail, and client follow-up. I'm giving 2 stars because I did receive assistance with my case, but | think taking a little more time to listen to and follow up with clients would make the experience much better.

I was then sent to a dental office where the dentist is the attorney's cousin. That office performed additional work that, in my experience, caused unnecessary trauma to my front teeth and created a completely different treatment plan that contradicted the plan from my original dentist. This created discrepancies in my medical records, a significant gap in treatment, additional bills, and has now placed my entire case in jeopardy. I have been left in limbo trying to deal with the consequences. The circumstances have raised serious concerns for me about the referral, treatment decisions, and billing. I trusted this firm to protect my interests, and I feel that trust was severely misplaced.

I work as a claims examiner and I deal with attorneys on a daily basis and it is fair to say we are arch-enemies. I will like to take this opportunity to address some of the unreasonable comments here. The job of the attorney is generally to write propositions, represent/respond to argumentations, and legal counseling. People don't understand that in different field of cases the amount of these duties will vary. In EDD cases the attorneys are here to send your appeal, prepare you for examination from judge/possibly employer (rare), and give you the best legal counsel to respond to the questionings. YOUR job is to listen, and do what the attorney tells you to do.. In EDD cases the Judge really only cares about testimonies unless in certain cases where cross-exam or more rigorous defensive tactics are required. So please don't hire attorneys and expect to just sit through the hearings, because you are expected to testify and nothing is more powerful than evidence which is mostly your testimony. With that said PSLF did just that Daniel's pre-hearing counselings were professional, thorough, and effective. I am naturally a good debater as well that did help, however the legal insights these guys provides you are unparalleled. You won't find better attorneys to rest your tough cases with.

My attorney was great, but I found out later that associates working there (Steve/Stephanie) we're in the business of defrauding people. Steve gave my ex his personal number instead of the attorneys office number so when I called to ask why I hadn't heard anything about my case he told me that my case was still being worked on. I called because I had been hit by another car and was in excruciating pain, Steve then told me that he was going to let my attorney know, I was contacted by Karen Jacobs, but I was super confused thinking she worked for the same company. I later found out by calling the attorney's office that my first case was done months ago they were just waiting for me to show up. Also that Karen didn't work for the same law firm. She did forward me to the same doctors as the other law firm so the whole time I was thinking they worked in the same spot. Again no complaints for the side of the attorney or the law firm, just the two workers that I later found out were no longer working for the company. The only reason why I'm writing this review is because Mr. Drake did a great job, and I woulda hoped that he was my lawyer for the second case I had. When I tried to let Karen Jacobs know that I wanted to switch attorneys she told me that my case was done and that I would have to pay her for all her hours out of my pocket.
