He stated that his general manager, "Jay," was not available and could not be contacted, and he did not know his full name. I was told the manager would return in the morning. I explained that I would be on a flight in the morning and would not be able to return, at which point I was told there was "nothing that could be done." I did not request a replacement cheesecake, as the original item I was given was spoiled and raised concerns about food handling. Ultimately, the restaurant kept the merchandise, and I left with nothing. In addition to the refusal to resolve the issue, Louis's demeanor was condescending and dismissive, and the level of customer service I received was extremely disappointing. They placed the food in a paper bag, and placed the paper bag of food in a plastic bag. I noticed that the paper bag inside the plastic bag had started to become wet from the heat that was trapped inside. I'm not sure if that affected the food, but overall, the breakfast was just ok. We ordered 1 Bacon Biscuit Combo, 1 Chicken biscuit combo, and 1 Bacon Egg & Cheese Biscuit, and 1 Sausage Egg & Cheese biscuit. We all agreed that the breakfast was just mid. This was disappointing because we had dinner from Jack's the week before and we were really impressed with the fried chicken and biscuits. Based on that experience, we expected the same great quality and flavor for breakfast, but it didn't measure up.
