I usually never have any problems with this location. So this review is for my last visit, which was on 1/25. I did a mobile order for pick up through the drive-through like I normally do. As I got there, I noticed that the line was a little long. But a long Chick-fil-A line usually moves pretty quickly. That was not the case this night. As I waited in line, I noticed that there wasn't anybody out taking orders on iPad like normal. So I left two lanes of traffic putting in orders at the speaker box menu thingy. I wish I would've known it was down since I placed the mobile order and would've just gone inside to pick it up. This cost me to wait in line for about 40 minutes to get my food. I said it the window when I finally got to the place with a hand you your food and waited and waited and waited. No one ever apologized for the wait or the inconvenience of how slow everything was going. So service this night was truly terrible. Very disappointed. read more

I dined in at the Hiram Chick-fil-A for breakfast with my family last Saturday after an early morning appointment in the area. Our order came out so fast that I was still paying for it when the employee called my name. We ordered chicken biscuits and chicken minis and everything tasted fresh. The dining area was clean and spacious. The staff checked on us twice asking if we needed any refills, condiments etc. The service was awesome and it was nice to have the option to dine in inside. This is the worst location I have ever been to! I thought they would have improved when they moved down the road to their new building but they didn't. If you order through the app, you still wait in the same line as if you ordered in drive thru. This location does not have a designated drive thru line or parking area for mobile orders. This is so frustrating since they do have 2 drive thru lines, but only use 1 lane! Even when they are busy during lunch hours and cars wrap around building and into the street, they only have 1 lane open for order pickup. Oh you can place an order from both lanes, but after the order the outside lane must merge to the inside lane. I am so disappointed they didn't improve the customer experience with their new building. I'll continue to go to the Austell chick-fil-a. It's 10 minutes longer for me to get to there but I can order from the app and pickup in a designated drive thru line making this a much faster experience overall. Hiram, do better!!! read more

I'm a fan of Chick-fil-a and always appreciate how pleasant they usually are, but I've never seen a Chick-fil-a like this one. Their professionalism and customer service is second to none. There was a kind employee at the door holding an umbrella over my head & opening the door for me on this rainy day, another asking if I'd like my drink topped up while working & eating in a booth, and yet another asking if they could dump my tray for me. Every person in the restaurant looked switched on and actively working to serve. Much larger restaurants (and businesses in general) could take a page out of their book. I have been disappointed by this particular restaurant for a few months now. CFA is usually king of everything-fast food, customer service, you name it. I'm not sure what's going on at the Hiram location because the food and service isn't what it used to be. I've recently gotten salads with fried chicken when grilled was ordered.(wasn't for me but the order was still wrong) I have received salads without chicken because the cashier didn't enter it correctly. The order was a salad w/o bacon and somehow it was entered as a base salad so there was no chicken. This happened TWICE! Now my last visit was a fail. All of my fries were cold and rather crunchy. One of them was supposed to be no salt so I'm not sure how that one was cold because those are usually fresh. My no salt fries were cold and quite salty for fries that were supposed to be no salt. I called the restaurant and the young lady who answered said they will replace it for me. So I drove back and called once I parked. I got my fresh fries but once I got home the rest of our food was cold and some sauce was missing. I didn't not enjoy cold sandwich and cold nuggets for the little ones. This trip was a waste of money. Based on the last few visits they would get 2 stars but because it wasn't always like this I gave them three. read more

This is easily the WORST chickfila I have ever been to. The staff is rude. They do not greet you nor speak to you. The manager walked in front of me while I was walking to get into line and didn't even say excuse me. The tables are not wiped down and there's food all over the floor. The staff looks miserable. Management at this location must be terrible. Our food was not up to the Chick-fil-A standard either. Chicken strips were undercooked and the fries were cold. My stepmom had to get up several times to get refills and more sauce since no one came to check on us considering the fact that the location is more than adequately staffed. read more

The traffic in this shopping center is horrendous. We had to wait just to get into the area of the parking lot for curbside. They have 8 spots for curbside and we were the only ones using it. Our order came out piping hot a few minutes after we let them know we had arrived. The order was fulfilled correctly and tasted great. After having a negative experience at the other Chick-fil-A down the street from this location I came here. The line was extremely long but that's expected. Jesus took my order and they did a wonderful job, very well mannered, and welcoming. The line moved fairly fast and our order was brought to us while waiting in line. I did receive the wrong style of grilled chicken and it was missing some of the additions I requested but overall the experience was good. A standard Chick-Fil-A in terms of food and service, which is good. The store has recently been renovated. There is no longer any children's play place, which some families are disappointed about. The food was good, and the workers were attentive. One woman came around and refilled my drink twice, which was appreciated. I drink a lot, and since Chick-Fil-A doesn't have a self-serve station, it's annoying to have to wait in line for a refill. The store and restrooms were clean. The place does get very busy, and the parking lot can be difficult to navigate, since the space is shared with numerous other stores around. read more

I was in a hurry and needed a quick bite to eat. I have never been to this location and it looked fairly new so I said they can't mess up. I haven't had Chick-fil-A in a while due to the recent experiences with order issues, quality and the amount of food given with my order. Sometimes you luck up and get a piece of chicken that will at least hang outside of the bun or you may get a chicken. Get for your chicken biscuit. I haven't had a chargrilled deluxe in a very long time. Customer service was super extra, unnecessarily but great. The only concern was an employee told me that the yellow lines are for the staff so you can drive up and they won't get ran over. I could not drive forward because they were crossing the front of my vehicle to give condiments to the customer in the drive- thru lane to the right. I determined that it was a special needs employee just doing her job so I smiled, nodded, and drove away. So I drive off with my meal and allowed about 10 minutes for the cheese to melt on my sandwich. Highly anticipated the melted cheese with bacon on a chicken sandwich because I rarely eat pork. I opened the container to discover a tiny chicken breast at room temperature about the size of the two small tomatoes slices, a cold cheese square (did not melt AT ALL), and cold, hard bread!!!!!!! Fries- I got 4 large fries on top and broken up tiny pieces of fries at the bottom of the container and I also got a small fry instead of medium unless something has changed. For almost $14 for a drive thru meal, I can go and have a seat at a restaurant and get a nice sized chicken sandwich and a nice amount of fries. Chick-fil-A I have tried and tried. It's nothing like it use to be. For the size and quality of food that I received I will no longer waste any of my money at any Chick-fil-A restaurants location. I have used the majority of my points towards meals and I would also like to add that I did not get reward points for my purchase which was two days ago but it's fine at this point. read more

I've ordered their small ice cream before over 5 months ago and was given 3 tablespoons of ice cream. I will never buy anything from Chick-fil-A again. Don't understand why this place is so different from others in quantity and quality. Also bought 2 chicken strips and they were not warm, were dried up and very small. I have never seen a chicken strip so small. Chick-fil-A since you don't value your customers, I'll keep my 20. + dollars a week I was spending on ice cream because you want to be stingy! This Chick-fil-A is THE SLOWEST ONE IVE EVER BEEN TO. Mind you, yes it the only one in Hiram but if you dine in, you see about 10/15 staff members walking around doing nothing. The don't even bring out staff to take orders on busy days, just on slow days. The drive thru takes about 15 minutes to get through. When you get your food, guess what? There is still sauces missing. One time they gave me a salad with no dressing. Just the salad bowl. The most frustrating thing in the world is that they are fully staff and some how they are constantly inconsistent, suck at time management, and are a joke. If you choose to come here, make sure you aren't on break. If so, Make sure it's an hour long and not 30. By the time you get your food, I promise you won't have time to eat. read more

If my wife comes home completely distraught by her treatment by the female manager at the window on Monday, September 2 at 2:52 pm, I know something was terribly amiss. No need to go into detail, only to say the manager was less than sympathetic (my wife is not one of 'those people') to her and never once said "I'm sorry ma'am, what can I do to make this right?" This is not the treatment you'd expect from a franchise touting itself to treat customers with utmost respect and with Christian values.
