Upon arriving, I indicated I was there for an appointment and provided the name of the person I booked with. The front desk person didn't mention that my masseuse would be different. Once I provided the name of the person my appointment was with (based on my confirmation email) that was an opportunity to provide another layer of customer service from the front desk and mention the appointment showed with someone else, since Daired's made the change to the appointment.
