I've been seeing Melissa for almost two years, she's a saint of a human, making you feel as if you're best friends while keeping her professionalism. She takes time to truly listen to your goals, wants and needs and plans the treatment accordingly. I've always only had Botox, which turns out phenomenal every single time. My last appointment we really had fun doing Botox, Skinvive around my mouth & Voluma. First let me say I am a whimp in her chair no matter how often I go I'm always nervous, Melissa has patience to stop when needed making sure you're comfortable the entire process and keeps the conversation light and airy to ease my nerves. Second I went in planning to do a different treatment, once I expressed my concerns we discussed other options and changed the plan. She said to me "can you trust me and explained why she decided on another plan." My response "ABSOLUTELY". I trust she knows me and the level of expectation based on our conversations. Horrible experience. Ona from North Texas Plastic Surgery is my go to girl (highly recommend) but was super booked and I needed in for Botox for a bday trip and my daughters graduation. Scheduled with Meagan as a 1st time client and received 42 units of Botox. 42!! That is normally what I get with Ona if not less at times. Well after the 3rd day one eyebrow was totally higher than the other. Went in. She fixed. Weeks passed by and I am noticing my forehead is not smoothing out. April 6 was initial injection, I finally get around to call them and ask what can be done bc forehead is not where it should be. The response I got was I'm sorry. Had you called at the end of April we would've given you a full refund but now it's too late and all we can give you is a $50 discount and charge you $10 unit for more. Botox at the minimum should last for at least 3 months. Not happy at all and will NOT be returning nor referring friends and family to Hidden door spa. Highly recommend Ona at North Texas Plastic Surgery in Southlake. Update: Lori said in her reply "for free" that is false!! Not once did they say that. read more

Wow! You need to go here, like now. Not only do they have a crazy amount of specials (that change every month) the ladies are super nice! At 30 years old, I decided I should probably start taking better care of my skin. I made an appointment via their website for a Skinceuticals deluxe facial. Carolyn addressed all my concerns and I had the most relaxing time. You get to lay in a dim room on a little heated bed with soothing music and get your face pampered and even a shoulder massage. My skin looks and feels fabulous, she even got out all my blackheads which have been there a long time! Definitely coming back, this is definitely a treat. What a wonderful little piece of heaven. I go to the Alliance location. All the staff that I have dealt with are amazing! Always a warm friendly face when I walk in. The facility is spotless, and the massage, oh my the massage! I originally booked the 50 minute and with a 30 minute reflexology. Christine started working on my back. WOW! I knew immediately that I had found a professional and asked if she had time to do 80 minutes instead of the 50 minutes I had booked. She was so kind to do that as 80 minutes plus another 30 minutes of reflexology is a lot to ask AND it took time away from her lunch break but she was more than happy to accommodate me. I am hooked. I LOVE this place and have been going monthly since April of 2018. I have seen both Katy and Michelle for facials, IPLs and chemical peels. They are very thorough checking out my medical history to confirm it's safe to do my treatment. Example: I had been taking and antibiotic and went in for a scheduled photo facial. Went once for a massage and facial. Loved the facial - Shannon was amazing. I felt completely at east under her care. Her fingers are like magic. The products she used smelled incredible. I also had a massage by Christina(?) which was very nice. I went ahead and upgraded to Swedish massage - my mistake. I'm more of a warm relaxing kinda massage. Disappointed to learn that this spa will not treat breast-feeding moms. Had a facial booked today and was told once I got there that because I am nursing they could not "treat" me. The appoinwas for a facial. I've had facials during pregnancy and when nursing my older kids. I use the same skin care (Skinceuticals) that they use. **update** I was originally scheduled for a Skinceuticals Facial. After arriving and talking with the esthetician we decided that a Hydrafacial would be best (I needed a deep cleaning facial). When she found out I was nursing, she checked with "someone" and said the Hydrafacial could not be done. She offered to do the Skinceuticals facial and I agreed, but then she said she wasn't sure that could be done. Again she checked with "someone" and came back and said that facial could not be done either. I have been to this Spa 3 times - all 3 while nursing. I've had 2 facials at Hidden Door. Nursing was never an issue before. I understand that I could not get a Hydrafacial, but not the regular Skinceuticals facial. read more
