My sister has been hyping this place for a while. She has incorporated this into her recovery after workouts. I decided to finally give it a try. We were immediately greeted by Keely & Yavetzi at the front desk. They were so accommodating for my first time at their business. They gave me a tour as well to check out what all they offer. I tried their cold plunge for the first time. Your 1st session is free! Can I just say I wanted to shout but I didn't LOL!!! They even gave me a free shirt for my first time. HOW SWEET!?? Next, l did the body balance with red light therapy. Let me tell you so many health benefits, and it vibrates throughout the machine. I almost fell asleep. Then I concluded the night with the hydration station. It's basically a steam bath. Honestly, I never knew tanning places had a wellness/recovery side as well. It's much more than I expected. The ladies at the desk were so sweet, and it makes me want to come back for more recovery sessions in the future. read more

If I could I would give this place 0 stars , first of all, they are so rude all the time , I have give this place a couple of try's and they always disappoint me ; yeah not even the job but there attitude seems like they get mad cause people come in , like come on we are not asking for anything free we are asking for a service , like today one of them assume i didn't spoke English cause i ask my daughter if I should sign in due to the fact that no one ask u if u need help, after my daughter told her if I should sign up she answers she is not gone get service right away with a attitude and I told her ma'am am just asking if I should sign up so her face when she found out I speak English was priceless . Walked in the salon and immediately welcomed! Staff was very helpful and knowledgeable, especially the young gentleman who helped me get my account started. He gave me a tour of the salon and knew a lot about the equipment and benefits. I'm very excited to be apart of the salon and use all the amenities to my benefit. Even though I purchased the Groupon, I plan to buy a regular membership. Place was very clean and more of a relaxing environment than the typical tanning salon. *This post is mainly about this business's adherence to Covid-19 safety recommendations.* ****UPDATE: pictures added after last visit. I didn't use lotion this time. Pictures were taken before using the bed. Beds were not properly cleaned. I realized this when I went to lay down and my hand slipped in someone else's body goo.**** I love this salon and their beds but I'm highly disappointed that every time I go, the employees are not wearing ANY masks. While the suite is spacious, since I can't wear a mask when I'm using most of their services, I wish Jason, the owner, would require employees to wear them. Personal opinions shouldn't be a factor when running a business. I would think providing a safe and enjoyable experience for all customers would take precedence. Their beds are wonderful and a great way to pamper yourself while not interacting too closely with others. That's why they were given an extra star. I truly struggle with continuing my business with them. If I saw more masks, it would be a no brainer. I'd be there every day. read more

I have had multiple memberships at Glo Sun Spa throughout the years for tanning, spray tans, and spa treatments, at different locations as well. I wanted to start again and I went in to the South Arlington location and was met with the most sunny, loving welcome by Deanna. She explained every single thing to me with so much kindness. I went in today for first time at this location. Only to find Casey Tristan, Sydney and Bailey standing there with beautiful smiles and great personalities. I told them I have a disability and they took total care of me. Not once did a request bother them (and believe me, I need a babysitter when I got to glo.) If you're disabled I highly recommend doing the tour! Once you see how this team works together and are smiling constantly, but it's worth so much more. They're team Casey,Tristan,Sydney, Bailey, Jaiden, Brittany, Deanna,Anissa and Nila is vibing! They're happy to be the genuinely! They love what the products will do for you. THE SPA SERVICES! Been searching for four years for a place that had the hydro like we did in LA. Love it! they have so many spa services and spa packages if you don't want to use their tanning. A little wellness retreat. I have the all inclusive package and I love it! If i have a bad day I come here to unwind and use massage chair and hydro. Only "negative" is when your in a super rush some of gals don't cater to that but I think i'm just used to the catering of people back at the LA tanning salons. Gals are ALWAYS super friendly and knowledgeable. 10/10 recommend. Have tried other salons for tanning who have a bunch of ditzy snobby attitude filled people with NO spa services. Little over 2 years ago I bought a Groupon for a spray tan. When I got there the owner was like you don't need to purchase one . They provide one free service or year free of basic tanning bed. My husband and I ended up getting the family membership we only kept the membership for about 6 months. We decided to sign back up in the Mansfield location and the owner remembered us . I bought a spray tan on Groupon. I drove from FW and it was well worth the drive. The staff were friendly and not pushy but very informative on what they offer. The guy up front gave me a tour and showed me what each service does. I get 2 free sessions of any service if I come back within a week. The spray tan did not stink and wasn't that wet feeling you get from other places. Place is immaculate. I'll be back! No complaints at all. read more

Love this franchise! The Arkansas location is already A1 to me, but Im around their area more so I gave them a call. When I called to inquire about prices/services since I was a previous member I didn't get the bad/burnt out service like " hi yeah what's your first name, last name, no you can't use your Groupon, price is blah blah". I called and a guy named Jason helped me! He explained what I couldn't use, why, and what offers fit me, and why. That's WHY I came the same day and got a service done! The spray tan they have is so unique, I absolutely love it! I'm of yellow skin so I did the bronze medium and I'm loving the results! Was thinking about joining here but tried the spray tan and it didn't really work for me. I did the darkest shade they have and noticed a slight difference but nothing to drastic. I know everyone's different and they use their own solution so it could work for some just didn't work for me. The employee was super nice though and did a great job at giving me the info and a tour. Best spa by far & when I say spa - I mean it!! Glo Spa is SO MUCH MORE then tanning beds & spray tans. They have Hydration Station, slim pod, red light therapy,a salt therapy booth that helps with these crazy allergies & they just added a sauna where you can get a hot yoga secession in ! This place amazes me with all the things they offer. The staff is ALWAYS helpful, the spa is always clean & the owners are on top of the newest & best amenities!!! We visited for the first time and Lon to return. We went to try the cyrotherapy. The owner helped us and explained the process throughly. The spa was clean and inviting. The staff were all super friendly. We were also shown around to the other types of services they offer. I an going to go back and try the salt room. We appreciated that there was no pressure to buy a membership. You can buy a membership or buy a service as needed. We do plan to return for more cyrotherapy. read more

I went in with a Groupon for 1 month and left with a membership, 3 month plan (that's all I like to do) , and a great experience!!!!! I love the staff!! They were so sweet and knowledgeable of the equipment!!! I did go to my local Palm Beach Tan that I have gone to in the past and that person was so cold , never offered a special or had a personality! This experience was definitely what I needed to sign up and buy lotion. This place is worth the drive for me!!! By the way... I want to thank them for making the world seem normal again!!!! I do appreciate the no masks, I feel like we have the right to choose what we wear ( believe me after seeing some ladies at the nail salon prior to visiting Glo Sun Spa , I wish I could tell them what more to put on!!! ) I'm sure if the staff wanted to wear the mask they would be allowed to but they are getting their rights, again thank you for making my day!!! read more

I bought a Groupon to try out this location's spray tan. I got there and was told since I had been to the one off of Arkansas I could not use my Groupon. I was having a horrible day and the lack of understanding or even working with me was horrible. As a business owner I would have worked with the client. When I stated I would not be back , " Okay , goodbye". With that said , if the guy would have just worked with me I probably would have bought a membership. read more
