Krystal did her makeup about 3 years ago; however, the prices have substantially increased since then. Either way, I was excited for my bridal trial with Krystal. The makeup and hair quality was average even though it cost $300 for only 2 hours. The eyeliner was messy, mascara was clumpy (she brushed the mascara onto the spooly instead of using the mascara brush), the foundation did not match my skin tone - it also seems of poor quality and the lipstick was of poor quality as well. She spent an hour doing 1 type of hairstyle that I did not like. I liked the idea of a different hairstyle and Krystal said she will do that the day of the wedding. I'm surprised Krystal gets clients. In my original email to her I explained that I am only interested in bridal makeup and need a quote for that and travel, gave her my wedding date, location, and told her the look I was going for. She responded saying she wasn't available that day but someone else will be available to do it and asked me for the same information I gave her in my original email as if she sent me a default copy and paste response.
