I showed my confirmation but I never made it on the books for the day. I was graciously taken by a stylist after some back and forth from everyone on who would take me. Left with the haircut I requested and that's the end of it. Wasn't an experience or vibe . Just sat and got a haircut with nothing special to say about the salon or stylist. Regina brought her dog to work on the day I went, but she first texted me in the morning asking me if I was comfortable with that and it seems she was actively asking other customers about their comfort as well.
