I ordered 10 cheese krystals and 2 orders of tots with chili. I waited 15 minutes to get my order and the tots ended up being fries. This business is going downhill and this is the 2nd issue I had with this location. read more

At 1:00 am we sat at the drive thru for 5 mins waiting for someone to say anything. All the lights were on inside but no one was inside and no cars outside. Suppose to be open 24 hrs but no one to take your order. read more

Employees made us come inside. Wouldn't service us at the drive thru. Went inside and employees were sitting at tables, talking about inappropriate sexual things, using phrases like "I wouldn't stick my dick in that." Employee behind counter was assembling sandwiches with no gloves. Everything was very unsanitary. We ended up not ordering food because we did not feel like it was sanitary enough to do so. disappointing when you drive all the way home after spending $30 and there's no pickles on a single Krystal burger out of a 24 sack. The worst service I've ever experienced. I waited 40 minutes for the wrong food. Utterly ridiculous.

Don't use the app to try to get your food ordered ahead of time and think you can go through the drive through to tell them your name and get your food like the app says. Oh no. You get to the drive thru to order and they say "you have to come in." Well then don't let that be an option in the app! They are slow as can be. The next year could come before you would get your food. They only had three employees working. It's supposed to be fast food, you need to have adequate staff to at least try to be fast and not turtle speed. read more

Out of mustard and pickles. Didn't tell us and so we didn't know until driving away with our order. Wouldn't have bought the burgers if we knew. They should have said something. This was our first time coming to this restaurant, we were just looking for a quick fast food restaurant. The staff at Krystal's was very sweet! The food was also really good! They messed up our first order of cheese burgers, but when we brought them back up there with our receipt they re made them and gave us two extra burgers free of charge! If we are ever in Alabama again and in look for a quick, good fast food restaurant we most definitely will be back here! I definitely recommend this place. read more

Today I drove way out of my way to my favorite Krystal. Never in many years have they disappointed me. Today was the day. I I ordered regular Krystal burgers, fries and a chocolate shake. When it was my turn at the window, I waited and waited and waited. I figured they must be cooking fresh ones. No. They were NOT, as I'd find out soon enough. After paying and driving away, i found the burgers to be stone cold, the fries old and the milkshake was ice cream, no shake. It didn't thaw out before I got home 30 minutes later. All went into the garbage. I'll now add Krystal to the very long list of drive throughs I'll never go back to. Thanks so much for ripping me off. This place serves slider style hamburgers similiar to what is sold at White Castle. The only difference is the taste. My dogs liked them but the people I bought them for did not like the food very much at all. We also had the chilli which is very fresh and the oreo cookie milkshakes. Both were okay. read more

Where should I start...the women's room was out of toilet paper, and not very clean. My son said the men's room was not much better. The workers were rude AF. Yes, they were busy with drive through, however, they were not even paying attention to the counter or the door where we and numerous other people were lined up to order. When the girl finally realized we were there, she very rudely stated "we busy" it will be 20 minutes if you want to wait. 20 minutes until she could walk over to a register to take orders! This is a fast food joint! Don't have your dining room open if you can only handle drive thru orders. Both of us are industry and recognize the lack of help and very much recognize the lack of good help that is not in the workforce right now. I love Krystal burger and I was happy to come across one on the way to Orange Beach. Our snack pack was made promptly and correctly to how I ordered. The sliders tasted delicious just like the first time I ever had it way back when. Fortunately I also received great service from here as well given that service can be a hit or a miss at fast food joints. Says 24 hours but when I pulled up to the drive then the girl said we're closed. She was standing outside with a group of other people with the headset on her head. I know overnight shifts suck but don't advertise being 24 hours if you're not, because other overnight workers like myself get 30 minutes to try and find food before getting back. Someone forgot to tell the workers at this Krystal that it's called FAST food. Incredibly slow service. Half the place is sitting and waiting for their food. This isn't a fine dining restaurant so you should not have to wait 15 minutes for your food. Staff was lethargic and apathetic.
