Our experience at KS has been terrible every single time, the nail techs are kind and respectful but the front desk lady is unbelievably rude and disrespectful. Today my friend and I went and they told us the wait was 15 min but ended up waiting atleast 40 min and once they sat us they made my friend get up to put someone else in her seat who had just walked in. They then forgot about her and when she asked the front desk lady what happened she laughed in my friends face and never once apologized for the outrageous service. read more

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! Worst mani pedi of my life. The place is jam packed and obviously is primarily interested in getting as many people in and out of there as possible in record time. Different techs did the mani and pedi and they both were super rough, super hurried and were rushing like they had an urgent deadline to meet, in spite of me arriving early for my scheduled appt. Both twisted my fingers and toes around like they were making pretzels, and both cut me with sharp instruments, one drawing blood. As a visitor from out of town, this was a good place for nail service. Claudia was my pedicurist and she did a nice job. Mary was my manicurist and had extreme attention to detail with cuticle trimming and gel polish. Only negative was her station wasn't very clean. Debris and broken nail left on table from last client. Overall, I would recommend. read more

I used to go to this nail salon a while ago, while their service was mediocre I would still be able to deal with it. But, I went to get my nails done recently and sat for an hour and a half waiting. I was also upset that the receptionists attitude was rude. She sat me down with my friend and then the nail tech asked me to get back up to let someone else sit there. I then was waiting another thirty minutes to be seated and she sat me in a spot that was already taken. I told her that I was not getting my nails done and she laughed in my face. Pedicure was good. Only complaint was the massage part was non existent. (Wouldn't complain but I paid for the high end one that said 25 min massage!) Nails. Ugh. I haven't had nails in so long and I really wanted to treat myself. They are lumpy and thick. I got to the car and noticed one peeling. I went right back in and she fixed it. They said it was because she used acetone to get the excess powder off my fingers. (My fingers and hands were covered in red dip powder!) Now only a few days later, two nails have completely peeled off the top layer leaving them looking awful. More have started to peel. I've never had nails peel like this before! I received a wonderful pedicure from Mary, but when I went to check out, there was some child behind the counter (and yes, I mean a young girl) who DID NOT KNOW WHAT SHE WAS DOING trying to ring me up. Pros: they take walk ins and I got right in -it was clean enough -they offered drinks -good location Cons: didn't clean my nails up. I left with dip on my skin and under my nails....could have helped if they had nail brushes at the handwashing basin -asked for almond nail shape and it don't know if they just aren't familiar with it. Started with oval, so I explained what I wanted, but she just couldn't quite get it without making my nails uneven -she drilled onto my skin and it hurt and It bled a little...no sorry, just "oops" This was my second time. The first time I asked for an ombré, this time just a basic French tip. Dip both times. My nails look presentable enough, just not the quality I expect for $50. I don't think I'll give them a third time. Maybe have nail shape samples at each station for the techs to be able to see as a guide....ensure the tech understands to clean up the nails/skin post washing. read more

I hate to leave bad reviews, but easily the most unpleasant and frustrating experience in a nail salon. I went in to get my nails filled, and asked for a very simple French tip on almond nails (which I already had). Not only did she burn my nails when drilling, but after telling her it was getting hot she ignored. I put it aside and tried to trust the process. She could not do the French tip, and every finger looked juristically different. I kindly asked her to fix them 4 times and she just got frustrated, filed off the white left my nails extremely thin, bumpy, and hurting. I paid for the service, and regret it. Not only was I trying to be kind and flexible with her, but she seemed irritated at the fact I asked her to fix them. I will respectfully not be going back, and no hate on her, it may have just been a rough day. read more

Honestly if I could give this place a 0 star rating I would. The lady I had was very rude and was rushing. I got the luxury pedicure ($35) just for the extra massaging. She barely did that and when it came time to paint my toes it was like my 3 year old was painting them (she also didn't even paint one of my toes). I also got my finger nails done and they are just okay. Since I got dip they said it would be $40. Once I got up to the register she told me it would be $90. I don't know how that makes sense at all. This place is amazing. Brand new building that is spacious and clean. Wait time isn't that bad to be honest. I've been here three times and every time has been wonderful. I always get the dip powder on my nails and gel one my toe nails. I can easily go four weeks on both. The never damage my cuticles or cut anything too short. Super friendly and serve wine and margaritas. Bonus they are artist... I've asked for designs on my nails and toe nails and they always deliver. I went to this nail salon based off of good reviews of friends. I'm sad to say it was not what it was hyped up to be. I went in today for a pedicure. Not only was I not asked what service I wanted they just assumed I wanted the cheapest pedicure. Then when all was said and done all the woman did for my feet was rinse them off (they didn't even soak my feet), buffed, haphazardly cuts my toenails, and painted with not very great accuracy. In the classic pedicure which is the price I was charged it lists a sea salt scrub, trim, shape, and cut cuticles, along with a light massage. I'll just say I probably won't be returning! I've been here a couple times and the nails are fine. They aren't bad, but they are not the best. I feel like they're always in a rush (which I understand and maybe it's my fault for walking in), they always take walk-ins I have never had to wait before. For me it is just attention to detail, some of my nails are a little lopsided but it's only noticeable if you really look, but I do. And I have noticed they are better at gel than dip, every time I have gotten dip there were minor coverage issues. This is probably the best set I have had. read more

I took my daughter here with one of her friends for her very first mani and pedi. I chose this place because the two kids chairs were so adorable! After painting their toe nails, we were on our own with no instruction as to how to pay or when it was okay to leave. The kids obviously squirmed around and eventually messed up they toe nail polish. It was incredibly busy for all this covid stuff going on. I just wish it would have been more special for my girl! The 3 stars are for the beautiful atmosphere and how quickly they got attended to. I used to really like this place for pedicures before Covid. Last two times I've been in, it's been subpar. Last time, they left me to dry by toenails, and then didn't even offer me the disposable flip-flops when I left. So I walked out barefoot. This time, the water was cold, and the pedicure was painful. The leg and foot massage was even painful. It's usually a relaxing experience to get a pedicure. This time it was like receiving torture. And my toenails look like I did them myself. read more

My last 4 appointments have been terrible. The last time I had waxing services and the wax was slapped on heavily. I am taking the time to write this review to warn anyone considering this facility.My husband and I went this past Sunday for pedicures and myself a dip. My husband did okay, me however, what a horrible experience! First, the manicurist attempted to burn my toes off with all hot water! OUCH!. She proceeded to provide the wrong service and had to be coached by another manicurist. She walked away while I sat for 20 minutes in acetone, which is extremely damaging to the skin. She left my nails a bumpy, uneven mess. Areas were not even dipped completely. I was infuriated to say the least! After spending 2 hours, they had the audacity to ask to redo the nails, no apology, just looked at me like I was the crazy bat lady! I suspect the manicurist was high!! I awoke after 1:00 am and my nail beds were on fire!! Please spare yourself the expense and pain, avoid this shop!!! read more

I don't recommend this place. I started visiting the nail's salon because I like the place. It is clean, nice, and they offer a complementary beverage. However, every single time I have visited the place the gel manicure doesn't last 2 weeks and in three occasions the paint chip in 24 hrs. One time, I complained about it, they fixed it, but I took one hour to fix 3 nails because they just made me wait even, they had employees not doing anything. Also, because I have natural long nails and I don't need to use any sort of acrylic fake nails, the employees avoid doing my manicure. They decided to ask the new girl for doing my manicure, but she is not fully trained yet. Doing a manicure took 2 hours and she didn't file/shape my nails correctly. All of them got broken after a week. The last time I went, I ask for someone better trained to do my nail. So, I think the girl in charge told me. Ok, I'll do your nails. I asked her to paint my nails in different colors. She told me, that will cost $5 more dollars. I said it's ok even before they would charge me the regular price before for doing the same job. The woman reversed the color order and she didn't want to fix it and charge the full $35 instead of $30 even after messing my nails. The sad part was that my nail chip after one day.
