Pretty good place to get nails done on a whim. There aren't many workers here and they told me to come back 45 minutes later to accommodate me. I arrived at 2:30 at my appointment time, but they did not start with me until 3:00. They did let me sit in the massage chair prior to them working with me which was nice. I was not in a rush whatsoever, but this is not the type of place I'd go to if I had been in a rush. They did a good job with everything before and after and overall felt relaxed. read more

My wife wanted to get her nails done and has a friend tht works here so u took her. Checked it out but wasn't my cup o tea so I did the park thing. She really likes the way she gets her nails done here. It's just a small place in the plaza in the middle of Choctaw. It's a family owned and operated space. They do manis and pedis. Usually an appt is necessary. I can't speak from first hand but my wife's nail look fine. read more

Stopped at location because of convenience and frankly I didn't see any cars in parking lot. It's a older building and the inside is similar but larger and open space. Two nail technicians on site today and two customers getting pedicures. I opted for a fill in on my previous acrylics. I love my previous color (cotton candy) of which they didn't have. I asked for a trim as my nails where long and boy did she cut them off. I wasn't really happy with the finished product... could just be the color or even the shape after cutting off. My nails don't look just done, they look says old. She complimented my nails before we started afterwards I don't think I'll get compliments from anyone. I randomly happened upon this place and it was alright. my nails look pretty even though one is crooked. a little expensive though for what it is. they charged me $65 for a full set and the whole time there were kids running around screaming and setting off timers, not really relaxing. read more

Older gentleman did my pedicure. He cut every nail crooked, made a little toe bleed, left me with skin around my nails that most would trim and painted them like a 5 year old would have. Also, 1st time the callous cream wasn't used during that part. I only gave 2 stars because the massage felt good. I guess I have to get one somewhere else in a few days. read more

Walked in to have my nails filled on a Tuesday late morning, the place looks a lot nicer inside than the exterior. I could see doing a full spa day here. I was greeted at the door and told them what I needed. The lady was a little straight forward and not very warming at first but I feel like that is just their culture. She complimented the work of the previous manicure and was patient with me as I decided between gel and two different colors finally opting for a regular violet polish; for $20 I feel like it was good service. I could see how they would come off rude but I think this would be a place to be a regular and get better service the more you come. DLs nails and spa is really great. I didn't have an appointment but I didn't have to wait long even though it was a Saturday afternoon and they were busy. The nail tech worked me in very quickly and she was really great. I have been looking for a new nail spa since last one didn't work out,for many reasons. Usually do a good job but have very few people working there and sometimes takes 2 hours for a fill because you have to wait so long. Everyone comes across as rude but they are nice once you actually sit and talk with them. Make sure to set an appointment or you will be there forever. read more

I don't know what it is about nail salons in Choctaw Plaza, but they are disappointing. I was looking for a place to get a bi-weekly pedicure and really wanted to love this place. Too bad I wasn't able to actually enjoy this place, as the workers completely turned me off. I went in today (a Friday) at 9:35 a.m. It was five minutes after they opened, so I was hoping to get served. When I walked in, there were two ladies already working on two customers (which was fine). No one acknowledged me. No one said hello. Finally after a little time, a woman asked what I wanted. I TD her a milk and honey pedicure (side note: they're pretty awesome if you never had one). Then she didn't answer me. A little time passes again and she told me, "You'll have to wait a while." "Okay, for how long?" I asked. No answer. A little time passed, and then she said, "It won't be right now." "Okay, for how long?" I asked. A little time passed. Finally, she told me she had three people coming in for an appointment and that I had to wait. After asking again for how long, she finally told me an hour. I don't mind places that are "busy" or honor appointments. What I do mind, however, is crappy customer service. Even if you couldn't fit me in, the very least you could've done is a. look me in the eyes, and b. not string me along by ignoring me. I definitely won't be coming back to this place ever again. I ended up going back to the nail spot in the Choctaw Walmart that welcomed me with open arms, amazing service, a bottle of water, and hot stone massage -- that felt like an eternity. When this place first opened they did a good job- but I went literally two days ago and got gel nails- and they are already peeling- the lady was going to only do two coats and was leaving a huge gap around the cuticle - this place is a waste of money and they are not friendly read more

I have been going to this place for years (so pre covid) and since December I have not had a good experience here. Bad quality nails that come off within a week, leaving the salon with gel that is not dried and they refused to put them back under the tool to dry them, and just overall bad nail job and bad work. Every time my nails have looked cheap, been not the shape I had asked for, and have not looked like I just paid $50 for them. I am disappointed because I have been so upset with my nails the last couple times but wanted to keep going to give them the benefit of the doubt but it's so bad that I am never going back again. Hands down my favorite nail place on this side of town. Ive tried other places in Choctaw and their shellac polish just does not hold up as long. They are always polite, professional, clean and do a good job. read more

The people were friendly. The pedicures were good until we got to the nail polish. The polish jobs that my daughter and I received were the worst that we have ever had! Mine was doable except for a messy/clumpy big toe and they started chipping in a couple of days. My daughter's were done by the older man and looked like a 2 year old did them. I asked for them to be fixed 2 more times but it didn't help. It was a thin, see-through coating and was all over her skin. They didn't even file her nails after they cut them in a point. Looked awful. We finally gave up. If you aren't particular, it may not be bad. I am and will not return. Poor quality for the price! read more

They are very attentive to your needs. They do excellent work from your fingers to your toes and they always make you feel welcome. I highly recommend them. They have taken very good care of my life as she is disabled. I would recommend anyone who needs a manicure or pedicure! read more

The customer service is non-existent. When someone finally speaks, it is as you turn around to leave. The pedicure left me with a huge bruise on my foot, and the manicure ws done by a woman with a horrible rash on her hands. The manicurist obviously did not want to give my change back.
