The pump was replaced in the Texas freeze of 2021 by another well company. And we have had issues with trying to decide what was the main issue. D'Spain was highly recommended by my neighbor who use them for a constant pressure pump and a deeper well head drop. Then another recommendation by my water softener company, BioTec, Parker. D'Spain promptly sent out Garrett, technician and he worked on the well and adjusted the increased the timing and said that would in one hour to re-test the adjustments. He was very informative and very knowledgeable on the well system. He did increase our output, and explained in language that we could understand.
