I notified CalJump of this cancellation more than 72 hours in advance and they still have yet to process my refund despite written confirmation that they had. I have tried contacting their business numerous times via call and text and have either been ignored or told that the manager would check on it. If you do purchase their services, be sure to pay with credit in the case you need to cancel your event. They will reverse the charges for you if CalJump does not honor their refund policy.

We figured it was a new business and decided to use them to supply the tables/chairs for our party since their quote was beyond reasonable with delivery/pick-up included. On the day of our party, they were running about 15 minutes behind and were communicative. They helped carry everything into the backyard. The tables/chairs were of good quality and everything was very clean. The following day, we got all the tables/chairs folded up and they carried them from the backyard back to their truck. All in all, a fantastic experience. I will not hesitate to recommend them to friends or family looking for event rentals and they will be the first place I contact for my next party.
