We rented a bunch of LED furniture from Opus. The booking process was easy and they were very…read moreresponsive and easy to book. Even when I added extra furniture the week of they were super accommodating which I appreciated -- but there were a few hiccups along the way. The day before we were given a delivery window - they showed up about 2 hours early, and I was not home yet to meet them. Not knowing anything about what I needed my husband told them to put everything in our backyard. I came home to a stack of high top chairs about 12-14feet high and plastic wrapped. I know this is how they travel, but it would have been nice if they were left in more realistic stacks. Even on a stepping stool I wasn't tall enough to get them unwrapped and down. Then when night came about 2-3 pieces weren't lighting up. I called the next day (the day of the event) and thankfully they were able to send a friend who was coming this way out to replace the pieces. She was super helpful and lovely. As frustrated as I was that pieces weren't working, this extra effort really helped. But then after the party the following Monday the delivery crew again showed up hours early. They didn't even let us know they were there, they just let themselves into our yard took the furniture and left. Had they come when scheduled and let me know they were here I had tip money for them! While I appreciate them not asking for the tip I don't think they should just silently take the furniture. I had a heart attack when I saw it was gone and then had to check the cameras to confirm it wasn't stolen. Also what if our dogs were in the yard? Next time, definitely let people know you're there! Also knocking off one more star because by 10 pm (and the furniture was turned on at about 5:50) 3 more pieces had died and were no longer lighting up including one of the pieces that was replaced that morning. I'm glad the party was full so no one really noticed, but since I paid for light up furniture it was disappointing to have so many issues with it .

Thought I would give them another chance for my daughter's high school graduation party. The Monday before my party I did get a call from them confirming taco catering, tent, tables, chairs and table linens, and a delivery time frame between 10-12 on Saturday. Saturday morning comes along and now it's 12:30, I call PR&C and the associate asks me what day is my event on? I said today! and delivery was suppose to be between 10-12. She puts me on hold, and comes back asking if my tent has been delivered and set up, I said no! This leads to the next hour and a half of me calling trying to get an eta of when my rentals would be delivered! I called many times throughout the hour and a half trying to get an eta. The associate mostly did not answer my calls, leaving me to text constantly to find out where are my rental items. PR&C finally sent a text to back to me, and said my items would be at my home in 20 minutes which at that time was 1:55 pm, my party started at 2 pm. They arrived at 2:20, and had to set up the tent, that took another hour. The taco catering did show up on time (1:30, food served at 2). The tent, tables and chairs were done with set up around 3, that is when i could finally tell my guest they could eat. I was soo embarrassed, my guests kept asking me if they were early to the party cause the PR&C crew were setting up. I called the next day, Sunday and expressed my frustrations and issues of what happened Saturday. Kim answered, and she was very understanding and apologetic about Saturday, and told me she would call me back Monday evening. The week went by, and finally Friday I talk to Kim again, she told me she sent an email to Jessica, and Jessica should have emailed me, no email was sent during the week. I finally did receive an email from Jessica on Friday afternoon, after my many phone calls. She did not apologize about the mishap, but instead stated in the email, that my guests arrived late to my party (they did not, they were all in my house waiting for outdoor seating to eat). And since they arrived late that pretty much it is not PR&C fault for the late delivery. Jessica also emailed me attached photos of my home with my guests in her photos. Why are her employees taking pictures of my house without my consent. Still to this day no call from Jessica just emails of her trying to justify their wrong doings. Her husband did call me Friday, and stated since I accepted the rentals late, they will not refund me any amount (not even partial) but instead offer me a credit for future rentals. Why would I choose to rent from a business who has already showed me who they are. I understand the frustration of other reviewers, and what Jessica calls "harassment". She and her staff do not answer the phone to us disgruntled customers, they should just talk to us, that is what good customer service is from a small business.
