Johnathan a new customer service person was very friendly, and helpful. All the mechanics are also nice and very knowledgeable. I don't normally do reviews unless the service was really bad, as in no return to OR when Excellent service is delivered on a continual basis. You just can not go wrong with Ashley Automotive!

I put in a Roadside Request thru State Farm to get the car towed from my house to the shop. The app…read moretold me 55-85min. I called the company and asked if they could call me when they are close so I can go home, being that I am at work. I stay close to my job and I can get there quickly. The rep tells me, he cannot promise that because they are busy. Ok, so at the 85min mark I decided to go to the house and wait. I waited an additional 35min, when I called Mr. Tow rep he said oh it will be another 45-60min. I asked why did the app give me a different time? He said oh they just give times but they are not accurate. I said how is that great customer service. If I were stranded waiting for 85min is already long, then you want me to wait AN ADDITIONAL 60MIN!!!!!! He said well maybe you need to call a company who can work at your convenience. WHAT!!!! I wasn't looking for convenience...I was looking for ACCURACY AND CUSTOMER SERVICE

Driver showed up in a personal truck tied the strap on and pulled my car out. Took less than 2 min. I asked him how much. He tells me $200. Not even near what I was quoted. He went back and forth telling me I talked to someone else while I know exactly what number I called. No tow truck was used. I was completely fine with paying $95 but was taken advantage of and over charged. He ended up going down to $165. Don't waste your time using this company, call someone else that will honor the price they quoted or atleast generally close. While there was barely any labor involved it was not worth $165. Will not be using them ever again.

Jedi was the one who came to drop my car off and he did it super quickly and professionally! I asked him to park the car alongside the curve of the culdesac, which was a bit of a tight squeeze for the tow truck but he managed to get it done. On the way to the shop, the first tow truck contacted by my insurance wasn't able to tow the car and recommended that we call the insurance and have them send out someone with proper equipment, and sure enough they send Pantusa. I didn't catch the guy who came out this time but he was super patient and slowly and carefully maneuvered my car onto the flatbed with no issues!

Tesla dispatched Pantusa at about 10pm to come tow my car back to the closest service center, which was back in El Paso. Shortly after hanging up with Tesla I received a call from Charles, the tow truck driver, letting me know he was dispatched, that he was coming from El Paso, and he'd let me know when he was close. I've a towing company a couple times in my life and never had that happen, it was comforting to get the communication. He text me when he was about 10 minutes out to let me know, which was now almost midnight. When he arrived he took pictures all around the car, including the underside, and sent them to me so I also had them. I can't tell you how much I appreciated that since the prior time I had my X towed they did damage to the wheel and underside of the car. He clearly was familiar with towing the model X and knew where and how to pull onto the flatbed, and was very carful when doing so. Since it was very late by the time we got back to El Paso, he offered to take me to the hotel before dropping off the car at the service center. Overall, I was dealing with crappy situation but I really appreciated that Charles was friendly, communicative, attentive to details, and very competent in what he does, which helped lessen the stress of the situation. I purchased a truck from Jason at Kendall Auto less than six months ago. Jason came highly…read morerecommended from my company, which makes this even harder to write. At the time, Jason assured me this vehicle had a brand new engine, and that a considerable amount of other parts and components where recently replaced, as Jason had owned this vehicle prior. At the time, this truck had just over 240000 miles and Jason assured me that if I brought the truck to him he would honor a "warranty" that would cover parts... No labor. At the time, i was being pressured from my organization to purchase a vehicle, so I had little choice but to agree. Furthermore, I made the mistake of not paying attention to the quality of tire and what kind of rims/tires the truck needed... 22s as it were are difficult because no one has them on hand... The truck ran fine for a couple of months until those tires had to be replaced... Only 3000 miles after I bought the truck. Increasingly, more and more, issues began to arise with this vehicle... Coolant lines needing to be replaced, oil pressure senders and sensors going bad... My dashboard backlight going out (they are not individual lamps, but a whole piece that needs to be replaced) and to top it off- the knock sensor in the "brand new" engine Jason claimed all began showing signs of wear and needed changing... Fast forward to today- 255,000 miles on the frame - I've sunk close to $2500 already, owing $2800 still and still needing close to 1k work... Igo to ask Jason to to honor his promise for a warranty on the knock sensor and the dash light as I feel they pertain to the year warranty... What do I get as a response? Defensive rhetoric and accusations of not taking care of the vehicle... This guy will go back on his word and professional promises to his customers. I wish I could continue but at this point I will not be doing any further business with this establishment.
