One of the vehicles was actually quite difficult, as it was a BMW 440i Gran Coupé, it has the sportback trunk, which is advance way of calling it's a hatchback style... Well even with some of the hardware that creates privacy in the cargo area, they managed to absolutely nail it! I've gone with the darkest shape possible when it comes to the back windows, and maybe someone else did the front... Maybe not , and I go dark but not with the darkest shade, but let's just say that I love all of the windows and how they turned out! My most recent vehicle is a Ford Ranger Tremor, and yet another phenomenal job! I even came back and had them put in a limo black strip on the top of my windshield , since these days, they don't have any type of tinting on the top portion of the window, which used to be the case (at least for this truck), but with how this turned out, I would take the job they did any day over the little gradual tinting that used to be at the top of windshield virtually all the time. BTW, I see people doing that, even with vinyl and it's extremely low, as they go with anywhere from 6 to 8 inches sometimes... That's just not the look I would go for, and these guys were nice enough and skilled enough to customize mine and have it drop down the perfect amount, yet not have me feeling like I'm looking through some tiny little rectangular opening, as I feel like many of the cars do. The windshield strip is a little over 4 inches, and just in my view, it turned out perfect. Nothing against those who like it to go lower, because to each their own! But I would go with these guys every time, and I always just spend the extra money and go with the top end ceramic material. I can't leave my vehicles alone, and I am overly attentive to detail, and I figure if you're gonna do it, do it right and do it the way you want it to turn out and that's what they allow me to do So five stars all the way. Some didn't have what I was looking for, some didn't provide enough information in their reply, some did t reply at all and then there was Genesis Window Tinting. In a class of their own. First of all, major kudos to Yarlenny. Her customer service is top notch. From our first interaction, to the walkthrough of the job and then to making sure the job was done well and to my satisfaction, she excelled in all aspects of customer service and what it takes to make sure the customer is heard and requests are met. Initially, I wasn't too sure on the tint shade and was wondering how it would look on my car, she took the time to show her own Tesla and the tint it had on there. Being a visual person, this helped a lot with deciding to go darker or lighter on the tint. I was provided with clear, transparent pricing on everything that I wanted to include with the job. While they are not the cheapest, they are competitive - especially with certain films that they are certified on. They also offer "a la carte" option where they allow addition or subtraction of certain areas (for example do the tint on the car but exclude the back window). After dropping off the car, I was given a timeframe on when the job will be complete. They were right on the money. The tint came out super nice. The windows inside were clean and there wasn't any residue on the doors or dash, I've had a few experiences with other shops where this was an issue. The car looks so much better now. Overall, I'm extremely impressed with customer service, the tint job and professionalism. They do offer other services (PPF) on top of window tinting. If you're ever in the market to get your windows tinted, give them a call you will not be disappointed.

There were some minor flaws that I was able to live with, because the tint was serving its purpose. I decided to return to Tazz yesterday to have a very transparent UV ceramic tint installed on my windshield for dash protection. At that time, I asked if they could redo my side windows under warranty. Without hesitation, they said absolutely. I dropped the truck off first thing, and returned in the afternoon to pick it up. Apparently my truck is a little more difficult than the standard job, so they actually removed and reinstalled twice that day making it to where my truck took a little more time than usual. A word of advice to Mid Valley Sound, when a customer walks in the door asking "hows it going" then leaning on the counter and staring is not good customer service. How about "what can I help you with today" or "do you have any questions?". If I knew what I was doing I would be ordering parts online for cheaper and installing them myself not walking through your doors with a confused look on my face. After a few minutes of standing around waiting to be helped I left. Good service means I shouldn't have to come to you to and ask questions. I know there are two sides to every story. Maybe the guy was new or thought I didn't need help, etc. But I am very disappointed, I hope this was a one time situation. Chances are good I wont be back to find out.
