AAA could not take care of us but they referred us to these fine people in El Centro. We were desperate and they could have taken advantage of us. But they didn't. Their employee changed out the blown tire with one of our spares, put air in the other tires telling us the correct air pressure and charged $30!!!! Lupita ran the office and she was friendly and helpful and really calmed us old people down. I worried about using the bathroom in a male dominated tire warehouse but it was SPOTLESSLY clean!!!!! Luckily, we spoke to Rene when he was out last week working on & helped another RV and got his card so we knew who to call. Rene and one other guy came out and fixed the cables that were loose-but it didn't solve the charging problem. Rene said he needed a new charger and could get a one in by Tuesday (3 days not counting the weekend). They replaced items that he found a switch that would have fixed it. They didn't find the problem and RV still didn't work.
