Hard the right part that had a perfect fit that worked as I needed it to........price was good and great customer service

Our neighbor was having a bad time with his RV. He had an electrical problem. First, his batteries were dead so he had to replace them. Next, the charging system wasn't keeping the batteries up so he called El Centro RV Repair. Luckily, we spoke to Rene when he was out last week working on & helped another RV and got his card so we knew who to call. Rene and one other guy came out and fixed the cables that were loose-but it didn't solve the charging problem. Rene said he needed a new charger and could get a one in by Tuesday (3 days not counting the weekend). They replaced items that he found a switch that would have fixed it. They didn't find the problem and RV still didn't work. read more

Had Rene come out for a fridge issue on my RV. Rene thought the culprit was a Thermistor which he ordered and installed. The bill with trip charge and labor was quite expensive. Unfortunately the Thermistor was not the problem causing the refrigerator to malfunction. It ended up being a cooling unit which is very expensive to replace. I spoke with Rene about the problem, having already paid quite a bit for him to repair what we both thought was the issue and he ultimately decided that since he did not fix the problem, the honest and right thing to do was to me my check back. I couldn't believe that he was willing to do that and he offered that willingly and was very courteous and professional. I will definitely have Rene out for further repairs when needed. We were driving thru and our propane alarm kept going off. Stopped here and they quickly checked regulator and connections to confirm no leak. So bad sensors on alarm. Excellent service and fair price!! read more

10 gold stars! We have a 36 ft RV and had a leak in our bathroom under the sink. Pulled into our space at 1:00 to discover it. Called EL Centro and they setup an appointment at our spot for 3:00. Replaced all 3 connections in less than an hour. Super friendly too. Highly recommend. read more

Rene's El Centro RV is the best place you can go in Southern California for skilled, timely and reasonably priced RV service. I've tried several in this area and none compare - the others are too expensive, take too long, and don't do what you ask them to do. I bought a 30-year-old truck camper this month and, after unsatisfactory experiences elsewhere, drove 110 miles to El Centro on a Friday afternoon to have Rene look at the work needed. I hoped Rene would maybe have time for me the next morning, but he and his crew started right in on fixing the water pump then and there. In a half hour the water pump was working properly and we went on to other work. The next morning they started up at 7:00am and by 10:30am all the big-ticket items on the camper were taken care of, and at a cost at least 30% less than other places. While on vacation our trailer developed an electrical problem. I called this shop and they seemed reluctant to schedule a time and date for the repair. I drove to their office and met with a young man at the counter. He stated all he could do was take my name and phone number and someone would call. The next day the same young man called me back and we agreed on a date and time (5 days later). On the scheduled day, 30 minutes after the agreed upon repair visit, I received a telephone call advising me they couldn't make the repair because they were busy. There are a few times when a repair is needed to an essential system asap. Our RV propane furnace failed. Early morning temperatures where near the freezing mark & we were suffering with the flu.
