Dustin was very conscientious and good to work with until his mother passed away in mid-July. At that time he shut his business down for an undefined period of time, didn't respond to texts or voicemails. While we are sympathetic to his loss, the lack of communication is very unprofessional. When he finally responded to an email two weeks later, his solution was to send someone he knew that was not experienced with our AC and just made a mess of the replacement AC. We ended up contacting another tech who was able to install the new AC and have it working.

Found them on Yelp, reached out and was serviced the next day. Jesse fixed some electrical issues I was having and installed a new 18k AC unit for me. The communication was good, responsiveness was good and pricing was fair. They also installed the same unit on my coworkers 5th wheel, and he was equally happy. I would definitely recommend them for any RV related needs. If I wasn't leaving this town in a couple of days I would have them take care of some other issues as well.

Replaced same, worked fine. So why wouldn't we call him this time our our A/C not working? Yep, we called he arrived promptly when he said he would. Jumped into the issue, found the problem--------a loose ground on a control board in the unit, tightened same, performed a quality control check on the rest of the unit, buttoned up and voila!!! We came across this service that had stellar reviews & decided to reach out based on the reviews, all five stars, and we are so glad we did! Tim Mencel, the owner, is very knowledgeable and very customer service oriented. We had to move the appointment around which could have been frustrating, however, he was a very fast communicator and very flexible during the scheduling process. He showed up right on time, got to work right away & had our issue fixed within two hours. Our RV air-conditioning unit needed a few parts which he had, and we are up and running again, with the air blowing super cold!! We had what we thought was a serious electrical issue that could be disastrous. I needed someone right away. Tim literally canceled other less urgent appointments and was at my RV in about two hours.
